Scott's Store is a historic commercial building located near Bridgeville, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built about 1875, and is a two-story, rectangular, frame structure in a simplified Victorian Gothic style. It sits on a brick foundation, is sheathed in weatherboard, and a gable roof. The storefront has a pair of double doors and there is the large one-story, hipped porch roof extending across the face of the building. Also on the property are a contributing garage and outhouse, and a submerged round metal tank used to mix carbide gas. It is typical of the no longer numerous 19th-century country stores of southern Delaware.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Richards Historic District is a national historic district located in Greenwood, Sussex County, Delaware. The district includes 21 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site encompassing portions of three separate farms with three groupings of farm buildings. The farms are Poplar Level Farm, Locust Grove Farm, and Middle Space Farm. The three houses in the district were constructed by various members of the Richards family between 1758 and 1868. The earliest structure in the district is Poplar Level, the main section of which was built about 1758 by John Richards.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

It was built in 1885, and is a two-story, frame church building in the Gothic Revival style. It has a gable roof and corner pilasters with lancet insets. Marshy Hope Wildlife Area is a state wildlife area located in Sussex County, Delaware, near the town of Bridgeville, Delaware, and along the Maryland and Delaware border and along the Delaware side of the Marshyhope Creek. It is made up of three land tracts totaling 1,079 acres (437 ha). It is managed by Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Department of Fish and Wildlife.

The farm, recorded as 211 acres (85 ha) in size in 2015, contains one of the state's best-preserved farm complexes, with an evolutionary history spanning more than 100 years. Five of its buildings (the house, a granary, two barns, and a carriage house) date to the c. 1850-70 period when the farm was first developed, and its other buildings reflect the evolutionary change in agricultural uses of the land over the following century.The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
