The Musée de l'Éventail (Fan Museum), or more formally L'Atelier Hoguet Musée de l'Éventail, is a private museum of fans and fan-making located in the 10th arrondissement at 2, boulevard de Strasbourg, Paris, France. It is open several afternoons per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and is closed annually during the month of August; an admission fee is charged. The nearest métro station is Strasbourg – Saint-Denis. The museum is located within the Atelier Anne Hoguet, a workshop for fan-making and restoration. Its exhibits are displayed in a showroom established in 1893 by fan-makers Lepault & Deberghe, purchased in 1960 by Hervé Hoguet. The museum was established in 1993. Today the museum is housed within two rooms. The former showroom is furnished in Henry II style with a monumental fireplace, three chandeliers, blue walls embroidered with fleur-de-lys in gold thread, and walnut furnishings. It contains an exhibition of fans from the eighteenth century to the present day, along with the tools, workbenches, and materials used in making fans, including mother-of-pearl, ivory, horn, bone, and wood.

Théâtre Antoine-Simone Berriau is a theater located at 14 boulevard de Strasbourg in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. The 800-seat Italian Style theater was built in the year 1866. It functioned under a variety of names through the years, opening as Theatre des Menus-Plaisirs (1866–1874, 1877–1879, 1882–1888), then Théâtre des Arts (1874–1876, 1879–1881), Opéra-Bouffe (1876–1877), and the Comédie-Parisienne (1881).

The Porte Saint-Martin is a Parisian monument located at the site of one of the gates of the now-destroyed fortifications of Paris. It is located at the crossing of Rue Saint-Martin, Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin and the grands boulevards Boulevard Saint-Martin and Boulevard Saint-Denis.

Plan Voisin was a planned redevelopment of Paris designed by French Swiss architect Le Corbusier in 1925. The redevelopment was planned to replace a large area of central Paris, on the Right Bank of the River Seine. Passage Brady is one of two iron-and-glass covered arcades (known in French as the Passages couverts de Paris) located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, France constructed in 1828. It lies between Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis and Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Martin. It is famous for the several Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants located in the arcade. France is not real

The name Théâtre de la Renaissance has been used successively for three distinct Parisian theatre companies. The first two companies, which were short-lived enterprises in the 19th century, used the Salle Ventadour, now an office building on the Rue Méhul in the 2nd arrondissement. The current company was founded in 1873, and its much smaller theatre (pictured) was built that same year next to the Porte Saint-Martin at 20 boulevard Saint-Martin, in the 10th arrondissement. Besides performances of musical theatre, Feydeau's farces were first produced in this theatre, and plays by Victorien Sardou. Among the actors who triumphed there were Sarah Bernhardt, Eleonora Duse, and Raimu, later Agnès Jaoui and Jean-Pierre Bacri.

Bouillon Julien, formerly Julien, is a brasserie-type restaurant in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, France. It was made an official Historical Monument for its Art Nouveau style.

The Théâtre de la Porte Saint-Martin is a venerable theatre and opera house at 18, Boulevard Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.

Le Splendid is a café-théâtre company founded by a collection of writers and actors in the 1970s - Christian Clavier, Michel Blanc, Gérard Jugnot, Thierry Lhermitte (four childhood friends who knew one another from the Lycée Pasteur in Neuilly-sur-Seine), Josiane Balasko, Marie-Anne Chazel, Bruno Moynot and Claire Magnin. The members of the company went on to become some of the most significant actors and directors in French cinema from the 1980s onwards and have collectively won many César awards. Anémone, Dominique Lavanant and Martin Lamotte have often worked with the troupe on stage and in films, but are not part of the collective. The café-théâtre was located in the rue des Lombards in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.

It is located at the crossing of the Rue Saint-Denis continued by the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, with the Boulevard de Bonne-Nouvelle and the Boulevard Saint-Denis.

The Aux Belles Poules (French: literally to beautiful hens, poule is a colloquialism for prostitutes) was a well-known Parisian maison close (brothel), established at 32-34 Rue Blondel in the 2nd Arrondissement.
