Wenjing Subdistrict (Chinese: 文景街道; pinyin: Wénjǐng Jiēdào; Wade–Giles: Wên2-ching3 Chieh1-tao4) is a subdistrict situated within Tongzhou District, Beijing. It borders Liyuan Town and Linheli Subdistrict to its north, Zhangjiawan Town to its east, Taihu Subdistrict to its south, and Heizhuanghu Township to its west. Wenjing Subdistrict was created from part of Taihu Subdistrict in 2020.

The Universal Beijing Resort (Chinese: 北京环球度假区), commonly known as Universal Beijing, is a theme park and entertainment resort complex based in Beijing, China. Invite-only test operation started on September 1, 2021, and the full operation started from September 20, 2021.The resort is operated by Universal Destinations & Experiences. It is owned by NBCUniversal, a division of Comcast, and Beijing Shouhuan Cultural Tourism Investment. Once completed, Universal Beijing Resort will consist of two theme parks (Universal Studios Beijing and a second planned theme park), a water park, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex (Universal CityWalk Beijing), and six hotels.

Wanshengdong station (Chinese: 万盛东站) is a subway station on the Line 7 of the Beijing Subway.

Universal Resort station (Chinese: 环球度假区站; pinyin: Huánqiú Dùjiàqū zhàn) is a subway station on Line 7 and the Batong line (through operation to Line 1) of the Beijing Subway. It is located near the entrance of Universal Beijing Resort. The station opened on 26 August 2021.

Liyuan Town (simplified Chinese: 梨园镇; traditional Chinese: 梨園鎮; pinyin: Líyuán Zhèn) is a town situated in northwestern side of Tongzhou District,Beijing, China. It shares border with Yangzhuang and Jiukeshu Subdistricts to the north, Linheli Subdistrict to the northeast, Zhangjiawan Town to the east, Wenjing Subdistrict to the south, and Heizhuanghu Township to the west. As of 2020, its total population was 285,445.The town's name Liyuan (Chinese: 梨园; lit. 'Pear Orchard') came from a pear orchard within the region during the Ming dynasty.

Qunfang station (Chinese: 群芳站) is a subway station on the Line 7 of the Beijing Subway.

Wanshengxi station (Chinese: 万盛西站) is a subway station on the Line 7 of the Beijing Subway.

Universal Studios Beijing (Chinese: 北京环球影城) is a Universal theme park in Beijing that opened on September 20, 2021 as part of Universal Beijing Resort. Invited-only test operation started on September 1, 2021. The park would become the fifth Universal Studios-branded theme park in the world, the seventh Universal-built park overall, and the third in Asia, after Universal Studios Japan and Universal Studios Singapore. However, it would also be the first Universal-built park in Asia to not include Sesame Street as one of its licensed properties. The project was announced on October 13, 2014 with the plan to invest 20 billion RMB (US$3.3 billion) into the new theme park; a groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 31, 2016. It features attractions themed primarily to Universal-owned movies, TV shows, animation, and music, as well as licensed properties from other companies (e.g., Warner Bros. etc.)

Linheli Subdistrict (Chinese: 临河里街道; pinyin: Línhélǐ Jiēdào) is a subdistrict located on the northwest of Tongzhou District, Beijing. It borders Yuqiao Subdistrict in its north, Yongshun and Zhangjiawan Towns in its east, Liyuan Town in its south, and Jiukeshu Subdistrict in its west. The subdistrict was formally created on 2020.

Jiukeshu Subdistrict (Chinese: 九棵树街道; pinyin: Jiǔkēshù Jiēdào; Wade–Giles: Chiu3-kʻo1-shu4 Chieh1-tao4) is a subdistrict located at the northwest of Tongzhou District, Beijing. It borders Beiyuan Subdistrict in its north, Yuqiao and Linheli Subdistricts in its east, Liyuan Town in its south, and Heizhuanghu Township in its west. The subdistrict was created from part of Liyuan Town in 2020.

Huazhuang station (Chinese: 花庄站; pinyin: Huāzhuāng zhàn) is a subway station on Line 7 and the Batong line (through operation to Line 1) of the Beijing Subway. It is located in Huazhuang Village in Liyuan Town in Tongzhou District. It has a double-island platform. It is operated by Beijing Mass Transit Railway Operation Corporation Limited. The station was the eastern terminus for both lines until Universal Resort station opened on August 26, 2021.

Yizhuang railway station (simplified Chinese: 亦庄站; traditional Chinese: 亦莊站; pinyin: Yìzhuāng zhàn) is a railway station on the Beijing–Tianjin Intercity Railway in Taihu, Tongzhou District, Beijing. It lies right next to the Taihu Toll Gate on the S15 Jingjin Expressway. It has been fully built but no trains currently stop at the railway station. Currently, the railway station is not opened.
