Ellis C. Snodgrass Memorial Bridge

Drinkwater Point is a promontory in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It is located 2.35 miles (3.78 km) southeast of Yarmouth Village and looks out into inner Casco Bay and Cousins Island. Gilman Road leads to the point itself, where the Ellis C. Snodgrass Memorial Bridge connects mainland Yarmouth to Cousins Island. Drinkwater Point and nearby Drinkwater Point Road are named for Captain Theophilus Drinkwater, son of Allen and Hannah Drinkwater. His house, built in 1791 by his grandfather, Nicholas, stood at the southern end of Drinkwater Point Road.

White's Cove is a cove in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It is around 0.53 miles (0.85 km) across at its widest point, in the inner waters of Casco Bay. It sits directly north of the Ellis C. Snodgrass Memorial Bridge. Whites Cove Road, off Gilman Road, leads to the cove.

Homewood Inn is a former inn that was in business in Yarmouth, Maine, from 1912 to 1992. Although the buildings are still standing, they are now used as private residential units.The original "Homewood" was built in the 18th century by "rugged coastmen."

Drinkwater Point Road is a prominent street in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. One of the first streets laid out in what was then coastal North Yarmouth, Province of Massachusetts Bay (when it was centered around the nearby Meetinghouse under the Ledge), it runs for about 0.45 miles (0.72 km) from Gilman Road in the north to Seaborne Drive in the south. Drinkwater Point faces Cousins Island, to which it is connected by the Ellis C. Snodgrass Memorial Bridge, and overlooks inner Casco Bay. Drinkwater Point Road and Drinkwater Point are named for Captain Theophilus Drinkwater, son of Allen and Hannah Drinkwater. His house, built in 1791 by his grandfather, Nicholas, stood at the southern end. Theophilus was married to Louisa Drinkwater. They had three children — Cornelia Amanda, Hannah Gray and Ferdinand. Theophilus, Louisa, Cornelia and Ferdinand are buried in the nearby Ledge Cemetery. Several other members of the notable seafaring Drinkwater family, lived nearby, including Captain Joseph Drinkwater. Captain James Munroe Bucknam's 115-acre farm extended west to where Bucknam Point Road is today. His house, today's number 215, was built in 1740 and later became the main building of the Homewood Inn development, whose property extended to the north and west. Bucknam wed Caroline Pierce Drinkwater in 1843 and they had five children together — Nicholas, Clarence Leland, Caroline Augusta, Clarence Loraine and James M., Jr. They were married for 26 years, until 1869, Caroline's death. He married for a second time the following year, to Abbie Frances Twombly, with whom he had another two children — Caroline Prince Bucknam and Albion Levi. Nine years after Abbie's death, he married for a third time, to Edna A. Marston, widow of William. Seaborne Drive and Channel Point Road appeared on a 1944 map of the town, as did Homewood Inn, which attracted guests from 1912 to 1992. The West Side Trail crosses the road near its intersection with Gilman Road.

Hill Cemetery is a historic cemetery on Cousins Island in Yarmouth, Maine. Located in today's Katherine Tinker Preserve, it is now closed to burials.The cemetery is so named because it contains only members of the Hill family, with dates of death ranging from 1831 to 1899. It includes burials of Revolutionary War veterans.

Cousins Island is an island in Casco Bay within the town of Yarmouth in Cumberland County, Maine, United States. It is listed as a census-designated place, with a population of 490 as of the 2010 census. The CDP is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine Metropolitan Statistical Area. The island is connected to mainland Yarmouth by the Ellis C. Snodgrass Memorial Bridge (colloquially known as the Cousins Island Bridge), built in 1955. It is also connected to Chebeague Island by a 15-minute ferry ride on the Chebeague Transportation Company's ferry, the Islander. The island's southwestern peninsula is the site of the Wyman Power Station, an oil-fired electric power plant capable of producing up to 823 megawatts of electricity. Wyman is a peaking power plant, which means it is fired up to operate only during times of high electricity demand in the region, such as hot summer days. The Wyman Energy Center also includes a lithium-ion battery grid energy storage system which was the largest and the first of its kind in New England at the time of commissioning. The battery is designed to provide ISO-New England an option for handling the continual changes in electricity supply and demand.The island, Cousins River and Littlejohn Island (collectively known at the time as the Hogg Islands) are named after Englishman John Cousins (c. 1596–1682), who emigrated from Marlborough, Wiltshire. He became the owner of Cousins Island in 1645 after purchasing it from Richard Vines, Steward General and councillor for Sir Ferdinando Gorges. Two years later, he sold approximately half of it to Richard Bray, who settled there with William Wise.Heritage Radio station WYAR was established in 1998 by Gary King in the basement of his Cousins Island home. King died in 2019, but the station is still on air today.

Cousins Island Chapel is an historic non-denominational chapel at 414 Cousins Street on Cousins Island, an island in Casco Bay off the coast of Yarmouth, Maine. Built in 1894 by local year-round residents, it is the most architecturally notable building on the island, and is representative of a late 19th-century trend of building summer chapels in coastal Maine. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

Gilman Road is a prominent street in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It runs for about 1.7 miles (2.7 km) from Lafayette Street (State Route 88) in the northwest to the Ellis C. Snodgrass Memorial Bridge at White's Cove in the southeast. At the bridge, which connects the Yarmouth mainland to Cousins Island, the road becomes Cousins Road. One of the first streets laid out in the town, it was later named for Tristram Gilman, the fourth pastor of the Meetinghouse under the Ledge, which stood near the road's intersection with today's Lafayette Street between 1729 and 1836, prior to Yarmouth's secession from North Yarmouth. (He was also the original 1771 occupant of what is now known as the Gilman Manse, which is located at 463 Lafayette Street.) A 2021 Historic Preservation Advisory Ordinance identified ten Local Historic Landmarks, three Historic Districts and three Historic Objects. Many are located in the Gilman Road and Pleasant Street areas, which leads to the possibility of it being a future historic district. Yarmouth's West Side Trail crosses Gilman Road a short distance east of the Pioneer Cemetery.

Callen Point is a promontory in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It is located 2.2 miles (3.5 km) east-southeast of Yarmouth Village, on the southern banks of the Royal River, east of Larrabee's Landing and near the river's confluence with Casco Bay. It was an important defensive point during King Philip's War and King William's War of the 17th century. Its name is believed to derive from Calling Point, due to locals calling across to the garrison for assistance. It is named Cuttinge Pinte in the York County deeds.

Madeleine Point is a promontory on Cousins Island in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It is located around 3.44 miles (5.54 km) south of Yarmouth Village and looks out into inner Casco Bay, back toward mainland Yarmouth. It is accessed by Madeleine Point Road, which is off Cousins Street.

Princes Point Road is a prominent street in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It runs for about 1.93 miles (3.11 km) from Lafayette Street (State Route 88) in the north to Sunset Point Road in the south. It was one of the first streets laid out in the town when it was centered around the Meetinghouse under the Ledge in the 18th century. Gilman Road, another of the early roads in the area, intersects Princes Point Road near its northern end. In the late 19th century, trolleycars of the short-lived Portland and Yarmouth Electric Railway passed Princes Point Road en route to Yarmouth's village center after the town's population had moved away from the Broad Cove area. Yarmouth's West Side Trail crosses Princes Point Road between Gilman Road and Morton Road. The road is named for the Paul Prince (1720–1809), who served for Massachusetts in the American Revolutionary War.

Brown's Point is a promontory in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It is located around 1.90 miles (3.06 km) southeast of Yarmouth Village at the confluence of Cousins River, to the north, and Royal River, to the south. It sits across Cousins River from Powell Point and across Royal River from Callen Point. The point is accessible via Bayview Street. The land was originally owned by English settler William Royall in the 16th century. Some of Royall's land was later transferred to Moses Brown, a farmer in whose family it remained for over three hundred years. The Browns' farmland was sold off in 1977, creating the Brown's Point Road development.Mary Estelle Blake (1920–2017) was the last of the Brown family to live on the point.The 100 acres (40 ha) Bay View Farm Inn and Cottages stood on the point in the early 20th century. It burned down in 2008.
