WBBL (AM)

WLEE (1480 AM) was a radio station in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Last owned by Gilcom Corporation of Virginia, the station broadcast an adult standards format before closing. It broadcast from October 1, 1945, to December 31, 1988. The frequency was shared with WBBL, which primarily served to broadcast the services of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church; for its entire history, WBBL programs were broadcast on WLEE's transmitter. Established by Thomas Garland Tinsley, the station emerged as one of Richmond's most popular radio stations and as its leading Top 40 station from the 1960s through the mid-1970s. However, as music listening shifted to the FM band, its audience fell, and by the time it was closed, it had not made money in a decade. Delays in approval for a reconfigured transmitter setup at its site off Broad Street in Richmond caused a potential buyer to walk away and led to the decision to shut it down.

Brookfield Plantation was an about 2,000 acre plantation in Henrico County, Virginia in the late 18th and 19th-centuries. It was first owned by the Prosser family and it is where Gabriel Prosser planned Gabriel's Rebellion of 1800. It is one of several lost historical buildings of the county, and it is near Bon Air, Virginia and Bryan Park in Richmond, Virginia.

The Reynolds Metals Company International Headquarters is an International Style building complex set in a composed landscape in Henrico County, near Richmond, Virginia, completed in 1958. The low-rise Executive Office Building was designed by Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, in collaboration with Richmond landscape architect Charles F. Gillette. The headquarters complex has been cited as a prototype for modern suburban office development. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. It is the headquarters for the Altria Group, formerly known as the Philip Morris Companies, Inc. The property is owned by the University of Richmond.

WRNL (910 AM, "910 AM 105.1 FM The Fan") is a commercial radio station licensed to Richmond, Virginia. WRNL features a sports radio format and is owned and operated by Audacy, Inc. The studios, offices and transmitter are all co-located just north of the Richmond city line on Basie Road in Dumbarton, Virginia. By day, WRNL has a power of 5,000 watts non-directional. To avoid interfering with other stations on 910 AM, at night it reduces power to 1,000 watts and uses a directional antenna. WRNL is licensed by the FCC to broadcast in the HD Radio (hybrid) format. The station also broadcasts on 250 watt FM translator W286DJ at 105.1 MHz. It is also heard on the HD2 signal of sister station 94.5 WRVQ.

WRXL (102.1 FM "Alt 102-1") is a commercial radio station licensed to Richmond, Virginia, and serving Central Virginia. WRXL is owned and operated by Audacy, Inc. WRXL airs an alternative rock radio format. Studios, offices and the transmitter tower are on Basie Road in Richmond. The station carries the syndicated Elliot in the Morning show, produced by Premiere Networks and originating at former sister station WWDC-FM in Washington, D.C.

WLFV (98.9 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station, licensed to Midlothian, Virginia, and serving the Greater Richmond Region. The station is branded as "K-Love" and features a contemporary Christian format. The station is owned by Educational Media Foundation. WLFV's transmitter is off Basie Road in Henrico, Virginia.

WCDX (92.1 FM) is an urban contemporary formatted broadcast radio station licensed to Mechanicsville, Virginia, serving the Richmond/Petersburg area. WCDX is owned and operated by Urban One. The station's studios and offices are located just north of Richmond proper on Emerywood Parkway in unincorporated Henrico County, and its transmitter is located separately a mile east of the studios. WCDX is licensed by the FCC to broadcast in the HD Radio format.

Willow Lawn station, located at the Shops at Willow Lawn, is a rapid transit station in Richmond, Virginia along the GRTC Pulse bus rapid transit route. It is one of two stations located in Henrico County, and serves the western terminus of the system. The station opened on June 24, 2018. The station offers parking.

Barksdale Theatre merged with Theatre IV in 2012 to become Virginia Repertory Theatre.Barksdale Theatre in Richmond, Virginia, United States, is Central Virginia’s first nonprofit professional performing arts organization, founded in 1953 at the historic Hanover Tavern by Tom Carlin, Stewart Falconer, David 'Pete' Kilgore, Priscilla Kilgore, Muriel McAuley and Pat Sharp. Before the merger, Barksdale presented season at two home locations: Barksdale Theatre at Hanover Tavern and Barksdale Theatre at The Shops at Willow Lawn. Barksdale is recognized as Central Virginia's leading professional theatre. It continues on as Virginia Repertory Theatre's Barksdale Season at Hanover Tavern under the leadership of Artistic Directors Rick Hammerly, Todd D. Norris, and Desiree Roots.

St. Christopher's School is an American private college preparatory school for boys located in Richmond, Virginia. The school is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Shops at Willow Lawn is a shopping center located slightly outside the city limits of Richmond, Virginia in unincorporated Henrico County. It is the first shopping center in the Richmond area. Currently, the center is entirely a strip mall now, the remaining enclosed portion having been demolished and rebuilt. The center features over 60 stores and several restaurants. Federal Realty Trust owns the shopping center.
