Cafe Regatta

The Töölö Rowing Stadium is a rowing and canoeing venue located a kilometer from Helsinki Olympic Stadium in Helsinki, Finland. Originally constructed for the 1940 Summer Olympics, that were cancelled in the wake of what became known as World War II, the venue was not approved by the International Rowing Federation (FISA) due to being exposed to sea breezes. As a result, the rowing events were moved to Meilahti while the canoeing events took place as planned. The Rowing Station is close to Cafe Regatta, where people can rent kayaks, canoes and rowing boats during the summer.

The Sibelius Monument (Finnish: Sibelius-monumentti; Swedish: Sibeliusmonumentet) by Eila Hiltunen is dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius (1865–1957). The monument is located at the Sibelius Park (Finnish: Sibeliuspuisto; Swedish: Sibeliusparken) in the district of Töölö in Helsinki, the capital city of Finland.

Sophie Mannerheim School (Finnish: Sophie Mannerheimin koulu; formerly Aurora School, Finnish: Auroran koulu) is a primary and hospital school located in the Taka-Töölö district in Helsinki, Finland. The school has grades 1–9, and it has the special mission of hospital teaching to teach elementary school-aged children who are hospitalized at HYKS. The school is named after Sophie Mannerheim (1863–1928), a baroness nurse who founded the Children's Castle, among other things.As of 2019, the school operates in mobile modular buildings in front of the HYKS Psychiatry Center. In addition, the school has branch office on the Stenbäckinkatu street near the New Children's Hospital. As of 2023 planning is ongoing for a move of the school to Laakso, where a new hospital is expected to house a children's ward starting from 2028.

Children's Castle (Lastenlinna) is a children's hospital in Helsinki, Finland. It is part of Helsinki University Central Hospital. The hospital was established in 1917 in the Kallio district of Helsinki. The building was designed by the Finnish architect Elsi Borg. Its current building in Taka-Töölö was completed in 1948. Pediatrician Arvo Ylppö was the hospital chief of Children's Castle from 1920 to 1963.

Kesäranta (lit. "summer shore", Swedish: Villa Bjälbo) is the official residence of the Prime Minister of Finland, located in Helsinki in the neighborhood of Meilahti, overlooking Seurasaarenselkä. The residence is owned by the Finnish Government through Senate Properties. Meilahti neighborhood where Kesäranta is located is a zone of prohibited airspace .

Hietaniemi beach (Finnish: Hietaniemen uimaranta or Hietaranta, Swedish: Sandudds badstrand or Sandstrand; colloquially Hietsu) is a popular sand beach in central Helsinki, Finland. It is located in the Töölö district, next to the Hietaniemi Cemetery and is the most popular beach in central Helsinki. On the hill next to the beach is a stone sundial designed in 1931 by Gerda Qvist.

Töölö Church (Finnish: Töölön kirkko, Swedish: Tölö kyrka) is a Lutheran church in the Taka-Töölö district of Helsinki, Finland. The building represents Nordic Classicism and was designed by Hilding Ekelund following an architectural competition. Completed in 1930, it originally served as a parish center and was dedicated as a church when Töölö parish was created in 1941.The church main hall seats 400 people. There are also two parish meeting halls for 70 and 20 people.Töölö Church reopened in early 2016 after three and a half years of renovations.

Helsinki School of Business (HELBUS) is a private university located in Helsinki, Finland. The school offers a bachelor's degree in business and management (BA Hons) and an MBA in partnership with the University of Northampton, an institution governed by QAA, the official British quality agency for higher education. As an added-value offering, undergraduate students at HELBUS also earn the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business (BTEC Level 5) as part of their regular studies. The Meilahti Tower Hospital, part of the Helsinki University Central Hospital (HUCH), is the largest hospital in Finland, located in the Meilahti district of Helsinki. The hospital has a helipad with the ICAO airport code EFHY.

Helsinki University Central Hospital (HUCH; Finnish: Helsingin seudun yliopistollinen keskussairaala; Swedish: Helsingfors universitets centralsjukhus) is a hospital network in Finland. It is one of the largest hospitals in Europe. It encompasses 17 hospitals in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, and has all major medical specialties represented. The HUCH Hospital Area is one of the five hospital areas making up the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS). The Meilahti Campus (Finnish: Meilahden kampus, Swedish: Campus Mejlans) is a campus area of the University of Helsinki in Finland. It houses the Faculty of Medicine and many medical research institutions. Several hospitals are also concentrated in the area.

The Töölö Hospital is a hospital in Taka-Töölö, Helsinki, Finland, belonging to the Helsinki University Central Hospital. It has special departments for plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery and traumatology, hand surgery and neurosurgery. The hospital has a 24-hour policlinic receiving trauma patients from the Helsinki capital area and occasionally from the entire region of Southern Finland. Patients usually arrive at the policlinic on a medical note. The policlinic treats about 18 thousand patients per year. The hospital also hosts the cleft lip and cleft palate centre HUSUKE, containing research and care for cleft lips and cleft palates as well as the department for care of mouth and jaw diseases. The Töölö Hospital also has its own X-ray facility and laboratory. The Töölö Hospital is part of the Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District. Until the early 1960s, the hospital was known by its earlier name as the Finnish Red Cross Hospital. People who lived through wartime in Finland used to call the hospital with the name Mannerheim hospital, as field marshal Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim had become a personification of the Finnish Red Cross, and was also treated as a private patient at the Töölö Hospital. The Töölö Hospital will be discontinued in the 2020s when the new Siltasairaala hospital in Meilahti is completed.
