Nagatinsky Zaton (Moscow Metro)

Yuzhny Port (Russian: Южный порт, Southern Port) is a projected Moscow metro station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line (line 10). It will be located in the Yuzhny Port industrial zone in Pechatniki District. It is planned to start building in 2022. The opening is scheduled for 2025 on the existing section between Kozhukhovskaya and Pechatniki stations.

Nagatinsky Zaton District (Russian: район Нагатинский Затон) is a district in Southern Administrative Okrug of Moscow, Russia, located on the right bank of the Moskva River. The name Nagatino comes from a former village, known since the 14th century, which was engulfed by Moscow in 1960. District authorities control Kolomenskoye park, four permanently uninhabited islands on Moskva River and the peninsula of Nagatino Poima on its opposite, northern bank. Nagatino-Sadovniki is a different district, west of Nagatinsky Zaton.

On 7 December 2021, a mass shooting took place in the Moscow Multifunctional Center in Moscow, Russia. 2 were killed and 4 more were injured. The perpetrator was identified as 45-year-old Sergei Glazov, who had previously served in the Federal Security Service.

Pechatniki District (Russian: райо́н Печа́тники) is an administrative district (raion), one of the twelve in South-Eastern Administrative Okrug of the federal city of Moscow, Russia. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 83,403.

Nikolo-Perervinsky Monastery (Николо-Перервинский монастырь in Russian) is the southernmost historical monastery of Moscow. It is dedicated to Saint Nicholas the Miracle-Worker. It is situated at south of the district of Pechatniki between the Moscow river and the Lublino railroad classification yard. The abbey was first mentioned in the city records in 1623, although it is believed that it had existed for more than a century prior to that. Its name (from the Russian verb "to interrupt") is explained by the fact that the Moskva River has repeatedly changed its flow at this place. The abbey began to expand in the mid-17th century and grew especially large at the turn of the century, when Patriarch Adrian made the cloister his summer residence and built the so-called Old Katholikon (1696–1700). In 1775, they opened a theological seminary on the premises of the monastery. Its main sources of income were Sukharev Tower, Iverskaya Chapel and other sketes, attached to it by the ecclesiastic authorities. In 1908, the vast New Katholikon was consecrated to the Holy Icon Our Lady of Iberia. The abbey was closed down in 1928. The Russian Orthodox Church resumed divine service in the Old Katholikon in 1991.

Klenovy Bulvar (Russian: Кленовый бульвар, lit. 'Maple Boulevard') is a metro station on the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line of the Moscow Metro, between Kashirskaya and Nagatinsky Zaton. The name of the station derives from Klenovy Boulevard as it is located at the junction of between Kolomenskaya Street and Klenovy Boulevard. The station was opened on 1 March 2023. The construction started in 2017.In 2027, the station is planned to have a transfer to the Biryulyovskaya line.

Pechatniki (Russian: Печатники) is a station of the Moscow Metro's Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line. The station was opened on 28 December 1995 as part of the first stage of the Lyublinsky radius, and is named after the district that it is situated in. The station is typical pillar-trispan, although it was the last of such design to be opened in Moscow to date. "Pechatniki" is the shallowest underground station in Moscow Metro. The architects Yuri Orlov and A.Nekrasov designed the station in a unique way with no lighting above the black ceiling platforms and central wave-like anodised aluminium ceiling. The pillars are revetted with pink marble whist, the walls show greyish tint. The floor is laid with red and grey granite. The station has one surface vestibule with access to Shosseinaya, Polbina and Guryanova streets. The vestibule is separately decorated with a large metallic panno Muscovites' work and rest (artist V. Bubnov). Just before the station is a service branch leading into the Pechatniki depot that serves the Lyublinskaya Line. A transfer to the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line at Pechatniki is planned.

Pechatniki (Russian: Печатники) is a station on the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line of the Moscow Metro, in the Pechatniki District, between the planned stations Tekstilshchiki and Nagatinsky Zaton. There is a transfer to the Lyublinsko–Dmitrovskaya line, via its Pechatniki station. The nearby Pechatniki railway station opened in 2022 to allow for transfers to Line D2 of the Moscow Central Diameters, as part of a new transport interchange hub estimated to serve around 70,000 people daily.The station is one of 14 Moscow Metro stations that were opened on 1 March 2023. Pechatniki's technical launch was held on 30 December 2022, along with those of Tekstilshchiki, Nagatinsky Zaton, and Klenovy Bulvar, as part of the deployment of the new east section of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line.

Renault Russia (Russian: Рено Россия, tr. Reno Rossiya, IPA: [rʲɪˈno rɐˈsʲijə]), known until 2014 as Avtoframos (Russian: Автофрамос, tr. Avtoframos), was a Russian automotive company established in 1998 by the Moscow city and Renault. It was a wholly owned Renault subsidiary from 2012 onwards. The company has gone defunct in May 2022 as its assets were acquired by the Moscow city government.

Technopolis Moscow is a specialized territory for innovative production development in Moscow, created under the control of SUE Stroyexprom.Development of Technopolis is supervised by the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow Government. The project is implemented under personal control of the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin. Technopolis Moscow is located on the territory of the South-Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow, close to Tekstilshchiki metro station. Property complex of Technopolis Moscow includes buildings located on industrial purpose land lots with a total area exceeding 32 hectares. At the beginning of 2014, industrial pavilion with a total area of 240,000 square meters operated on the territory of Technopolis Moscow. Reconstruction of the second pavilion will be completed in 2016, increasing industrial area up to 350,000 square meters. Administrative and office premises with a total area exceeding 30,000 sq. meters are being reconstructed. They will be commissioned at the beginning of 2017.

Dream Island (Russian: Остров мечты; Ostrov mechty) is an amusement park in Moscow that opened 29 February 2020. It is the largest indoor theme park in Europe.

Kozhukhovskaya (Russian: Кожуховская) is a station on Moscow Metro's Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line. Named after the district it is located in, the station was opened on December 28, 1995 as part of the first stage of the Lyublinsky radius. The station is a single vaulted design with a back vault to accommodate for the additional hydroisolation required. The theme of the decoration is history of automobile design which shows the perfection of the station walls made of white marble turning into a large aluminum ceiling. Darker, brown marble is used for lower regions of the back vault and lighting comes from very large and contrasting red metallic structures hanging from the main vault. Grey granite also contributes to the station's very bright appearance. The architects are A.Vigdorov and L.Borzenkov. The station has one vestibule with a glazed pavilion on the corner of Yuzhnoportovaya and Trofimova streets.
