Ping Shan Chai

Pat Sin Leng Country Park (Chinese: 八仙嶺郊野公園; Jyutping: Baat3 Sin1 Leng5 Gaau1 Je5 Gung1 Jyun2) is a country park in Hong Kong located in the northeastern New Territories. Established on 18 August 1978, the country park covers 3,125 hectares (7,720 acres) of natural terrain. It comprises the Pat Sin Leng mountain range and other spurs, including Wong Leng, Ping Fung Shan, Cloudy Hill and Kwai Tau Leng. Hok Tau Reservoir and Lau Shui Heung Reservoir are also within the country park.

Hok Tau Reservoir is a small S-shaped reservoir situated in the northeastern New Territories, Hong Kong. The Tan Shan River flows through the reservoir and eventually empties into the Ng Tung River. The reservoir can be accessed by Stage 9 of the Wilson Trail or by the Hok Tau Reservoir Family Walk. It is within the borders of Pat Sin Leng Country Park and the family trail has many barbecue sites adjacent to the reservoir.

Sha Lo Tung (Chinese: 沙羅洞) is an area of Tai Po District, in the northeastern New Territories of Hong Kong.

Tung Tsz (Chinese: 洞梓), sometimes transliterated as Tung Tsai, is an area near Shuen Wan (Plover Cove) in the Tai Po District of the New Territories, Hong Kong, under the hills of Pat Sin Leng. The area is mainly rural and has a few villages. The campus of The Education University of Hong Kong and the campsite of Tung Tsz Scout Centre for The Scout Association of Hong Kong are also located in the area. Tung Tsz Road goes through the village connected by Ting Kok Road.

The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) is a public university in Ting Kok, New Territories, Hong Kong. The university was founded in 1994 as The Hong Kong Institute of Education. It is one of eight subsidised universities under the University Grants Committee of Hong Kong and the only one dedicated to teacher education.

Hok Tau Wai (Chinese: 鶴藪圍) is a village in Fanling, in the North District of the New Territories of Hong Kong.

Tsz Shan Monastery (慈山寺) Tsz Shan Monastery is a prominent Buddhist temple situated in Tung Tsz, Tai Po District, Hong Kong. The monastery is notable for its 76-meter tall bronze-cast statue of Guan Yin, a revered figure in Buddhism. It is located in a scenic area, with Pat Sin Leng mountain range behind it and Plover Cove Reservoir in front. The monastery covers an area of approximately 500,000 square feet. The construction of Tsz Shan Monastery was completed in April 2015, and it was opened to the public in the same month. The project was initiated by Mr. Li Ka-shing, the founder of the Li Ka Shing Foundation. The Foundation has reportedly invested over HK$3.3 billion in the project, covering costs for land acquisition, construction, and ongoing operational expenses. In 2015, following the opening of the monastery, Mr. Li Ka-shing expressed his belief in the soothing and soul-nourishing qualities of Buddhist art. Motivated by this belief, he spearheaded the development of the Tsz Shan Monastery Buddhist Art Museum, located beneath the Guan Yin statue. After extensive planning and preparation, the museum was officially opened to the public in 2019.

Wong Leng (Chinese: 黃嶺; literally: "Yellow Ridge") is on section 9 of the Wilson Trail in Pat Sin Leng Country Park, Hong Kong. It is 639 metres tall.

Wai Ha (Chinese: 圍下) or Shuen Wan Wai Ha (Chinese: 船灣圍下) is a village in Tai Po District, Hong Kong.
