Tufan Lake

Jandari Lake (Georgian: ჯანდარის ტბა; Azerbaijani: Candargöl) is a lake on the Azerbaijan–Georgia border, it is located in south-east Georgia and north-west Azerbaijan, at 291,4 metres above sea level. The lake's surface area is 10.6 km2, while the catchment area is 102 km2. Maximal depth is 7.2 m. Some 67% of the basin is located on Georgian territory and 33% in Azerbaijan.

Gardabani (Georgian: გარდაბნის მუნიციპალიტეტი, Gardabnis Municiṕaliťeťi) is a municipality in Georgia's southern region Kvemo Kartli. It covers an area of 1,212.2 km2 (468 sq mi). As of 2021 it had a population of 80,329 people. The city of Gardabani is its administrative centre.

Gardabani (Georgian: გარდაბანი) is a city of 11,650 residents (2021) in the southern Georgian region of Kvemo Kartli and is the administrative centre of the Gardabani Municipality. It is located 34 kilometres (21 mi) southeast of capital Tbilisi and 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from Rustavi in the Kvemo Kartli Plain at an elevation of 300 metres (980 ft) above sea level. Until 1947 Gardabani was known as Karayazi (Azerbaijani: Qarayazı) and the city status was granted in 1969, after a thermal power plant was built for Tbilisi in the 1960s causing rapid growth. Since then more plower plants have been built and the city nowadays supplies almost all thermally generated electricity in the country.

Internati, officially is known as Giorgi Chkondideli District (Georgian: ჭყონდიდელის დასახლება), is a suburb of Rustavi, south-eastern Georgia, which is situated in the eastern part of the city and is separated from the rest of town by the Tbilisi-Baku railway track. The name Internati (Internatebi) comes from the short form of the word "International", used because diverse ethnic groups live there alongside Georgians. In spite of the popularity, it is not used as the official name.

Rustavi (Georgian: რუსთავი [ɾustʰavi]) is a city in the southeast of Georgia, in the region of Kvemo Kartli and 20 km (12 mi) southeast of capital Tbilisi. It has a population of 132,333 (January 2023), making it the fourth most populous city in Georgia. Its economy is dominated by the Rustavi Metallurgical Plant.

The Poladi stadium is a multi-use stadium in Rustavi, Georgia. Used mostly for football matches, the arena belonged to the local municipality before it was handed over to the Rustavi metallurgical plant. Therefore, the stadium built in 1948 was the home ground of Metalurgi Rustavi for many years. After the latter dissolved in 2015, FC Rustavi became its tenants, although due to a dispute with the plant administration, at some point they had to move out of the stadium. In early 2018, the Football Federation revealed that talks were ongoing about a possible return of the stadium to the city municipality. The transfer of ownership was announced in October 2018. Since 2023, Liga 3 side FC Rustavi as well as their junior team participating in the regional league have been using the stadium for home matches. The stadium is able to hold 4,657 people. Original capacity before installing individual seats was 10,720. Twice, in 1985 and 2009, the arena underwent a partial reconstruction.

The Rustavi church of the Assumption of Mary (Georgian: ყოვლადწმინდა ღვთისმშობლის მიძინების სახელობის ტაძარი) better known as Rustavi Sioni (Georgian: რუსთავის სიონი) is a Georgian Orthodox church in Rustavi, Georgia. It was built in 2000-2011. The project was created by Besarion Menabde, Nikoloz Abashidze and Nikolos Dadiani. The building works were led by Temur Burkiashvili.The Rustavi Sioni church was consecrated on 27 August 2011 by Ioane, the Archbishop of Rustavi and Marneuli. On the following day, 28 August, on the day of Assumption of Georgian Orthodox Church, the first liturgy was conducted in Rustavi Sioni Church.
