Pergine Valdarno

Laterina Pergine Valdarno is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Arezzo in the Italian region Tuscany. It was established on 1 January 2018 by the merger of the municipalities of Laterina and Pergine Valdarno.

The Romito di Laterina Bridge is a four arched bridge from Etruscan-Roman times located in Laterina in the Province of Arezzo, Italy. In 2023, Italian historian Silvano Vinceti proposed it could be the bridge in background of Leonardo da Vinci's painting, Mona Lisa.

Tuori is a frazione of Civitella in Val di Chiana in the province of Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy. Town is situated hilltop overlooking the northern part of Val di Chiana. In the past, Tuori has been a military district of Arezzo. Remains of the old fortified castle (Cassero), built in the 14th century, are still present in the town center. The church, built in the 13th century, is devoted to Saints Giorgio and Luca.

Arezzo War Cemetery is a war cemetery operated by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, to the North West of the city of Arezzo, Italy. It was established in November 1944, to house the remains of Allied casualties from World War II. The remains of 1,266 men are interred there, mostly British. However, the interments also include a number of members of the 4th and 8th Divisions of the Indian Army, who are buried in a separate section, in plots VII–IX. The cemetery also has one American burial, plus more from Canada, New Zealand, and South Africa, and 37 who are unidentified. Near the entrance is an inscription, in English and Italian, reading: The land on which this cemetery stands is the gift of the Italian people for the perpetual resting place of the sailors, soldiers & airmen who are honoured here Notable interments include Lieutenant St John Graham Young GC.

The Ponte Buriano is a 1277 stone seven-arch bridge that is located north of the town of Arezzo in the Tuscany region of central Italy. Some references tells that the bridge was used by Leonardo da Vinci in the lower-right quadrant of his painting Mona Lisa.

The Insigne Collegiata di San Lorenzo (Distinguished Collegiate Church of St Lawrence) is a church in Piazza Varchi of central Montevarchi, Province of Arezzo, Tuscany, central Italy. Attached to the church is a small museum of sacred art, which includes a reconstructed chapel (tempietto) bedecked with panels by Andrea della Robbia.

Terranuova Bracciolini is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Arezzo in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) southeast of Florence and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of Arezzo. Terranuova Bracciolini borders the following municipalities: Castelfranco Piandiscò, Castiglion Fibocchi, Laterina Pergine Valdarno, Loro Ciuffenna, Montevarchi, San Giovanni Valdarno. Known historically as just Terranuova, the municipality was the birthplace in 1380 of the famed early humanist Poggio Bracciolini, for which it was renamed in 1862.

The Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, also once called the Chiesa della Misericordia, is a Renaissance-style Roman Catholic church located in the town of Lucignano, Province of Arezzo, region of Tuscany, Italy. The church was built in 1468 as an oratory for the Company of the Battenti Neri, a fraternity of flagellants. That company was suppressed under the Granduke Leopold in the 1780s, and substituted by the Compagnia di Carità, then by the present Venerabile Arciconfraternita di Misericordia, whose coat of arms is on the portal. The unpolished stone facade is simple. The gilded main altar dates from 1583. Inside there are a number of works of art of the following two centuries, including a Nativity attributed to Orazio Porta, and terra-cotta reliefs of the Annunciation by the studio of Andrea della Robbia. In addition there is an altarpiece depicting the Annunciation by Onorio Marinari, and the Glory of the Virgin by Alessandro Gherardini.
