USC Kaufman School of Dance

The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry is the dental school of the University of Southern California. It was established in 1897 as simply the "University of Southern California School of Dentistry," and graduated its first class of 11 students in 1900. In 2010, the school was renamed after a $35 million donation by a USC alumnus, and the school was renamed for its benefactor, Herman Ostrow. Dr. Ostrow was a School of Dentistry of USC alumnus who graduated in 1945. He practiced with the profession of dentistry for 17 years before getting into real estate development in the Los Angeles area, where he made most of his earnings. The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry offers online dental master's degrees and certificate programs in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Radiology, Geriatric Dentistry, Community Oral Health, and a Pain Medicine program in partnership with the Keck School of Medicine of USC.

The Uytengsu Aquatics Center (originally the McDonald's Olympic Swim Stadium) is a 2,500-seat outdoor aquatics venue located on the campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, USA. The facility features two pools: a long course pool (50x25 meters), and a diving well (25x25 yards) with towers. The facility is the home pool for the USC Trojans swimming and diving teams. The facility was originally constructed for the 1984 Summer Olympics, and opened in July 1983. Financial assistance for the construction of the facility came from McDonald's, and for the first 29 years of its existence, the stadium bore the name McDonald's Olympic Swim Stadium.At the time of the '84 Games, it was called the "Olympic Swim Stadium", and was the main aquatics venue at the Games, hosting competitions in swimming, diving, and synchronized swimming. (Water polo was held at Raleigh Runnels Memorial Pool in Malibu, California.) For the Games, the facility featured temporary bleacher seating around the two pools, which was removed after the Games. In 1989, the Lyon Center was built on a portion of the land where the Games stands were. The pool has hosted several high-level national meets since 1984, including the 1989 U.S. Swimming Nationals, the Swimming competitions at the 1991 U.S. Olympic Festival, and the 1993 U.S. Diving Nationals. It hosted the NCAA Women's Water Polo Championship in 2002 and is slated to host again in 2014. It also hosted the NCAA Men's Water Polo Championship in 2012. The pool was closed in 2013, was rebuilt, and reopened in 2014 with its current name, a homage to USC alumnus, Filipino businessman Fred Uytengsu, who donated $8 million for the renovations. The pool is named for former USC swim coach Peter Daland, while the diving tower was dedicated to Olympian diver Sammy Lee.

Howard Jones Field/Brian Kennedy Field is the practice facility for the USC Trojans football team. Howard Jones Field is named after former USC head football coach, Howard Jones. The facility was expanded in the fall of 1998 to include Brian Kennedy Field. In early 1999, Goux's Gate — named after the late popular long-time former assistant coach Marv Goux — was erected at the entrance to the practice fields.

The University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts (SCA) houses seven academic divisions: Film & Television Production; Cinema & Media Studies; John C. Hench Division of Animation + Digital Arts; John Wells Division of Writing for Screen & Television; Interactive Media & Games; Media Arts + Practice; Peter Stark Producing Program. The USC School of Cinematic Arts is led by dean Elizabeth Monk Daley, who holds the Steven J. Ross/Time Warner Chair and is the longest-serving dean at the University of Southern California, having led the cinema school since 1991.

The USC School of Dramatic Arts (commonly referred to as SDA)—formerly the USC School of Theatre, is a private drama school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. It is ranked one of the top 10 dramatic arts schools in the world, according to The Hollywood Reporter's Top 25 Drama Schools. The school offers Bachelor of Arts degrees in theatre and visual & performing arts; Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in acting, design, sound design, stage management and technical direction; and Master of Fine Arts degrees in acting and dramatic writing.

The USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism comprises a School of Communication and a School of Journalism at the University of Southern California (USC). Starting July 2017, the school's Dean is Willow Bay, succeeding Ernest J. Wilson III. The graduate program in Communication is consistently ranked first according to the QS World University Rankings.

The USC Thornton School of Music is a private music school in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 1884 only four years after the University of Southern California, the Thornton School is the oldest continually operating arts institution in Los Angeles. The school is located on the USC University Park Campus, south of Downtown Los Angeles. The Thornton School is noted for blending the rigors of a traditional conservatory-style education with a forward-looking approach to training the next generation of musicians. Highly regarded internationally, the school is widely ranked as one of the top 10 schools of music in the United States.

The USC Michelson Center for Convergent Bioscience is a building at the University of Southern California. The Center is the largest building on the University Park Campus and provides 190,000 square feet of laboratories and office space.The Center houses research groups from both the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and the Viterbi School of Engineering, including groups led by USC Provost Professor of Biological Sciences and Chemistry Raymond C. Stevens and USC Dean's Professor of Biological Sciences Peter Kuhn.Construction of the building officially began in 2014 and was completed in 2017 at an anticipated total cost of over $100 million, $50 million of which has been donated by the building's namesake Dr Gary K. Michelson through the Michelson Medical Research Foundation.

Dedeaux Field is a college baseball stadium in Los Angeles, California, U.S., on the west end of the campus of the University of Southern California. The home field of the USC Trojans of the Pac-12 Conference, it has a seating capacity of 2,500. It opened 48 years ago in 1974, the year USC won its record fifth consecutive College World Series title, the sixth in seven years. It is named after longtime head coach Rod Dedeaux (1914–2006), who led the Trojans from 1942 until his retirement at age 72 in June 1986. The elevation of the playing field is about 175 feet (53 m) above sea level. The previous venue was Bovard Field, which was about 500 yards (460 m) to the southeast. Bovard's home plate was located in today's E.F. Hutton Park and a large eucalyptus tree guarded the right field line.

The Physical Education building is the University of Southern California's oldest on-campus athletic building. It is home to the 1,000-seat North Gym as well as the campus's first indoor swimming facilities. The North Gym was the USC Trojans men's volleyball and USC Trojans women's volleyball teams' home court from 1970 until 1988. From 1989 to 2006, the North Gym and the Lyon Center split time as the teams' home courts. In 2007, the teams moved to the Galen Center, but use the old venues if the Galen Center is reserved for other events.Until 2006, the Trojans basketball and volleyball teams held practice in the North Gym.The Physical Education building is home to USC's Air Force, Army, and Navy ROTC programs, and has been used as a filming location for many films, including Love & Basketball and Swimfan.

Wallis Annenberg Hall (or simply Annenberg Hall) is a $150 million building at the University of Southern California, dedicated to "media education, communication and production." Dean Ernest Wilson has stated that the new building for the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism is intended to facilitate collaboration between students and faculty, as part of a larger initiative to reform and modernize within the school.

Bovard Field was a stadium in Los Angeles, California, on the campus of the University of Southern California. The Trojans football team played here until they moved to Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in 1923 and it was the home of USC baseball until Dedeaux Field opened in 1974, about 500 yards (460 m) to the northwest. The football stadium and running track held 12,000 people at its peak, and ran southwest to northeast, near and parallel to today's Watt Way. The elevation of the field is approximately 175 feet (53 m) above sea level. The baseball field was aligned (home to center field) similar to Dedeaux Field, but a few degrees clockwise, nearly true north, but just slightly west. Home plate was located in today's E.F. Hutton Park and left field was bounded by Watt Way. Beyond first base, a large eucalyptus tree came into play; while its trunk was in foul territory, some of its branches crossed into fair territory and guarded the foul line in shallow right field.
