Zhouzai Wetland Park

Lotus Pond (Chinese: 蓮池潭; pinyin: Liánchí Tán; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Liân-tî-thâm) is an artificial lake and popular tourist destination on the east side of Zuoying District in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Opened in 1951, it is famous for the lotus plants on the lake and the numerous temples around the lake, including the Spring and Autumn Pavilions (春秋閣), the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas (龍虎塔), and the Confucian Temple (孔廟). Lotus Pond was the site for several water sporting events for World Games 2009, including canoe polo, water ski, and dragon boat.

Zuoying District (Chinese: 左營區; pinyin: Zuǒyíng Qū; Wade–Giles: Tso3-ying2 Ch'ü1; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Chó-iâⁿ-khu) is a district of Kaohsiung City in southern Taiwan. Zuoying District has the most populous village in Taiwan: Fushan Village.

The Spring and Autumn Pavilions (Chinese: 春秋閣; pinyin: Chūnqiū Gé) are a Taoist temple complex located on Lotus Lake in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Like the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas, the temple is special and unique. It was built in 1953 by Chi Ming palace, were two Chinese palace-style pavilions. The complex can be seen from the top of the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas.

The Dragon and Tiger Pagodas (Chinese: 龍虎塔; pinyin: Lónghǔ Tǎ) is a temple located at Lotus Lake in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The temple was built in 1976. One of the towers is the Tiger Tower, the other one being the Dragon Tower.Both towers are seven storeys tall and have yellow walls, red pillars and orange tiles. A zigzag bridge connects the towers to the shore. There are paintings inside the temple depicting Ksitigarbha. In the Tiger Tower, there are paintings of twelve Magi and the Jade Emperor's thirty palaces as well as paintings of Confucius. The towers have a double spiral staircase, one each for ascending and descending visitors. Overlooking the towers are the Small Tortoise mountains, Spring and Autumn Pavilions, 5-mile Pavilion and Pei Chi Pavilion, as well as a surrounding lake.

Zuoying–Jiucheng (Chinese: 左營·舊城; pinyin: Zuǒyíng–Jìuchéng) is a railway station in Kaohsiung, Taiwan served by Taiwan Railways. The station is served by local trains. Formerly Zuoying, the station was renamed on October 14, 2018, based on the nearby Old City of Zuoying to avoid the confusion with Xinzuoying, when the new underground station was opened.

The Kaohsiung American School (KAS; Chinese: 高雄美國學校; pinyin: Gāoxióng Měiguó Xuéxiào) is a private, Pre-K through grade 12 college preparatory school located in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The school was established in 1989 and it is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The current superintendent is Mr. James Laney, Jr. The school has been accredited to teach the IB Diploma Programme since August 2010 and the Middle Years Program (MYP) since September 2015.

Zuoying Ciji Temple (Chinese: 慈濟宮; pinyin: Cí jì gōng) or Bao Sheng Da Di Temple (保生大帝) is a temple by Lotus Lake in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

The Kaohsiung City Temple of Confucius (Chinese: 高雄市左營孔子廟; pinyin: Gāoxióng Kǒngzǐ Miào) is a temple dedicated to the memory of Confucius near Lotus Pond, Zuoying District, in the Taiwanese city of Kaohsiung. With an area of 167 square metres (1,800 square feet), it is Taiwan's largest Confucian temple complex.

The Cide Temple on Dianziding Street, also known as the Dianziding, Liujia, Mazu, or Tianhou Temple, is a temple northwest of Lotus Lake in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. In Chinese, it is commonly distinguished by its location.

The Old City of Zuoying (Chinese: 左營舊城; pinyin: Zuǒyíng Jiùchéng), also known as the Old City of Fongshan County (Chinese: 鳳山縣舊城; pinyin: Fengshan Xiàn Jiùchéng), is a walled city located in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was built during the Qing rule period and is one of the first Taiwanese cities fortified by a defensive wall. The city was administrated under the Fongshan County (鳳山縣) of Taiwan Prefecture.

Ecological District is a station on the Red line of Kaohsiung MRT in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The station is a two-level, underground station with an island platform and two exits. It is 188-metres long and is located at the intersection of Bo-ai 3rd Rd. and Mengzih Rd., near Bo-ai Park.

Zuoying (Chinese: 左營; pinyin: Zuǒyíng) is a metro and railway station in Kaohsiung, Taiwan served by Kaohsiung MRT, Taiwan High Speed Rail, and Taiwan Railways, where it is known as Xinzuoying (Chinese: 新左營; lit. 'New Zuoying'). The station is served by the fastest HSR express services of the 1 series.
