Motera Stadium metro station

Motera is a neighbourhood in the northwestern part of the metropolis of Ahmedabad in Gujarat, India. It lies west of the Sabarmati River. It falls under the West Zone of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and under the Gandhinagar South constituency of Gujarat Legislative Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) and under the Gandhinagar constituency of the Lok Sabha. The chief attraction in Motera is the world's largest sports stadium, Narendra Modi Stadium. The stadium is the venue for the international cricket matches held in Ahmedabad. In 2015, old stadium was demolished and new stadium was built which got the honour of world's largest stadium.

The Narendra Modi Stadium is a cricket stadium situated inside the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Sports Enclave in Ahmedabad, India. As of 2022, it is the largest stadium in the world, with a seating capacity of 132,000 spectators. It is owned by the Gujarat Cricket Association and is a venue for Test, ODI, and T20I cricket matches. The stadium was constructed in 1983 and was first renovated in 2006. It became the regular venue for international matches in the city. In 2015, the stadium was closed and demolished before being completely rebuilt by February 2020, with an estimated cost of ₹800 crore (US$100 million).Apart from cricket, the stadium has hosted several programs arranged by the Government of Gujarat. It has hosted matches during the 1987, 1996, and 2011 Cricket World Cups. As of 2021, the stadium has hosted 14 Tests, 24 ODIs, and 6 T20I matches.On 24 February 2021, the stadium was renamed as the Narendra Modi Stadium by the Gujarat Cricket Association after the current Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, a Gujarat native, who was also the president of Gujarat Cricket Association (2009 - 2014) and the chief minister of the state from 2001 - 2014. It hosted its first ever pink ball test match on 24 February 2021 between India and England.

Gujarat Technological University (International Innovative University), commonly referred as GTU, is a state university affiliating many engineering, pharmacy, and management colleges in Gujarat state, India. The university is headed by the state government and came into existence on 16 May 2007. Engineering institutes such as Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering, Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya, Vishwakarma Government Engineering College and many Government Engineering Colleges are a part of GTU. Earlier, Gujarat University was the prime university of Gujarat state heading all colleges including technical colleges. To ensure more efficient, and systematic imparting of technical education, the state government formulated GTU. GTU declares results all around from February to April for winter exams and all around from June to August of summer exams. Currently 486 Colleges are affiliated to this GTU from across Gujarat with over 400,000 students.

It is located on the GTU Chandkheda campus in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The school offers AICTE-approved undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma programs in engineering and applied technology.

Sabarmati is an elevated metro station on the North-South Corridor of the Red Line of Ahmedabad Metro in Ahmedabad, India. Around this metro station holds the Sabarmati Police station along with Panchshil Hospital, Manav Mitra Convention Centre and Pukhraj Raichand General Hopsital in Ahmedabad. This metro station was inaugurated on 30 September 2022 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and was opened to the public on 6 October 2022.

Sabarmati high-speed railway station is an under construction high-speed railway station on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad high-speed rail corridor. This station is located near Sabarmati Junction railway station in Ram Nagar, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is the twelfth and the last station, as well as the northern terminus of the Mumbai–Ahmedabad high-speed rail corridor.

The Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) is an autonomous physics research institute located in India. The institute is involved in research in aspects of plasma science including basic plasma physics, research on magnetically confined hot plasmas and plasma technologies for industrial applications. It is a large and leading plasma physics organization in India. The institute is mainly funded by Department of Atomic Energy. Sabarmati Central Jail is the main prison in Ahmedabad in Gujarat. It was established in 1895.
