Adam Fisher Homestead, also known as Artuso Farm, is a historic home and farm located in Mount Pleasant Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The house was built about 1837, and is a two-story, five bay brick dwelling with a cut sandstone foundation in a vernacular Federal style. The farmstead includes the following contributing outbuildings: combination Smoke house / bake oven / coalhouse, combination summer kitchen / wash house, and cooper's shed.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

It was sparked by a 52-passenger tour bus traveling downhill, which struck an embankment and flipped on its side, causing a chain-reaction crash of two UPS trucks, a FedEx truck, and at least one other vehicle. Five people were killed, at least 60 people were injured, and an 86-mile (138 km) stretch of the Pennsylvania Turnpike was shut down in both directions as the crash was being investigated.

It enrolls 1200 students in grades 7-12. It is located off Pennsylvania Route 981. The high school was opened in 1964, and the junior high was added in 1975.
