Stacey Street is a street in the London Borough of Camden that runs from Shaftesbury Avenue in the south to Flitcroft Street in the north. It is joined on its east side by New Compton Street and on its west side by Phoenix Street which gave its name to the Phoenix Garden on the east side of Stacey Street.

The Phoenix Garden is a local community garden in central London, England, established in 1984. Located in St Giles behind the Phoenix Theatre, within the London Borough of Camden, the Phoenix Garden is nestled between the busy Soho and Covent Garden areas. The Garden is located just off St Giles Passage and Stacey Street, north of Shaftesbury Avenue and east of Charing Cross Road. The Garden was set up on a carpark in the 1980s, which had itself been established on a World War II bombsite (the site was bombed in 1940). Prior to this the Garden was the site of many houses, including a pub. The Phoenix Garden has survived various challenges, including a major industrial fly-tipping incident soon after its foundation. It is the only one of the original seven Covent Garden Community Gardens to survive to this day. The Phoenix Garden continues to be run by a committee of volunteers comprising local residents and workers. It is a registered charity (number 287502), and used to be known as the Covent Garden Open Spaces Association (CGOSA). The Garden has won first prize for Best Environmental Garden in the Camden in Bloom competition six times, from 2004 to 2010. It also holds regular social events, including an annual Agricultural Show and volunteering work-days. The garden was under threat of closure in 2016, and was closed for an 18-month renovation. It reopened in 2017 with an event space building designed by Office Sian. The garden is featured in the 2019 film Last Christmas.

Soho Baptist Chapel is a church at 166a Shaftesbury Avenue, London, on the corner with Mercer Street. Originally a Baptist church (which relocated to North Finchley now called High Road Baptist Church). It is now the Chinese Church in London.

New Compton Street is a street in the London Borough of Camden that runs from Stacey Street in the south to St Giles High Street in the north. It is crossed only by St Giles Passage. At its southern end, on the western side, is the Phoenix Garden and the rear of the Odeon Covent Garden cinema, formerly the Saville Theatre, on the other side of the street.

Mercer Street is a street in the Seven Dials district of Covent Garden, London, England.Mercer Street runs south east to north west from Long Acre to Shaftesbury Avenue, crossing Shelton Street. About two-thirds up, it meets Seven Dials, where it intersects with Monmouth Street, Earlham Street, and Shorts Gardens. The street takes its name from the Mercers' Company, who owned much of the land next to the seven acres of Covent Garden purchased by the Earl of Bedford in 1552.Originally, the name Mercer Street was only given to the section between Long Acre and Shelton Street; the section from Shelton Street to Seven Dials was called Little White Lion Street, and the section from Seven Dials to Shaftesbury Avenue was called Great White Lion Street. In the 1930s the name Mercer Street was given to the whole street.Freed of London manufactured pointe shoes for ballet dancers in Mercer Street from 1947 until 1971, when production moved to Well Street, Hackney.

Earlham Street is a street in Covent Garden, in the London Borough of Camden that runs from Shaftesbury Avenue in the west to Neal Street in the east, crossing Seven Dials midway, where it intersects with Monmouth Street, Mercer Street, and Shorts Gardens. Tower Street and Tower Court join it on its south side. Earlham Street Market operates from the street.

St Giles-in-the-Fields is the Anglican Parish Church of the St Giles district of London. It stands within the London Borough of Camden and belongs to the Church of England Diocese of London. The church, named for St Giles the Hermit began as a monastery and leper hospital and now gives its name to the surrounding district of St Giles, in the West End of London between Seven Dials, Bloomsbury, Holborn and Soho. The present church is the third on the site since the parish was founded in 1101. It was rebuilt most recently in 1731–1733 in Palladian style to designs by the architect Henry Flitcroft.

Better Books was an independent bookstore. It was founded by Tony Godwin and was located at 94 Charing Cross Road, London. The shop was a significant location in the 1960s counterculture movement in London.

Marks & Co was a antiquarian bookshop at 84 Charing Cross Road, London. The shop was founded in the 1920s by Benjamin Marks and Mark Cohen. Cohen was persuaded to allow his name to be abbreviated in the company's name. A book of correspondence between Helene Hanff and Frank Doel, together with other members of the staff between 1949 and 1968, published by Hanff as 84 Charing Cross Road, was later made into a stage play, television play and BAFTA-winning film. Marks & Co closed in 1970.

Tower Street is a street in Covent Garden, in the London Borough of Camden. It runs from Earlham Street in the north to Monmouth Street in the south and is crossed only by the pedestrianised Tower Court.

West Street is a street in London, that runs from Shaftesbury Avenue in the north to Upper St Martin's Lane in the south. It is joined by Litchfield Street on its south side and the pedestrian Tower Court on the north side. The east side of the street is in the London Borough of Camden and the western side in the City of Westminster.
