Neraluru is a village in Anekal taluk, Bangalore urban district, India. It is around 28 kilometers from Bangalore and 10 kilometers from Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The nearest mofussil towns are Attibele and Chandapura, both of which are within a 5 kilometer radius of Neralur. Jigani Hobli is located in Anekal taluk in South Bengaluru, India and is situated at a distance of 28 km from Bangalore city railway station. Some of the features of the place Jigani are that it has a well-established Jigani industrial area and also very near to Electronics City in Bangalore. Hosur Aerodrome is an aerodrome located in the Belagondapalli suburb, 10 Kilometres southwest of Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. The airfield is owned by Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited (TAAL), established in 1994 as the first private sector company to manufacture General Aviation aircraft in India. TAAL uses the airfield for its Aircraft Manufacturing, Sales, and MRO businesses. This aerodrome is approved and licensed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation under the private use category. The aerodrome complex also houses MRO facilities of Air Works India and widebody aircraft painting facilities of Air Livery. Many Indian carriers notably SpiceJet, GoAir and Vistara send their aircraft to Hosur for 'C' checks and inspections by Air Works Ltd., and for aircraft painting done by Air Livery. Recently, Air India Express sent their first Airbus A320neo (acquired from AirAsia India, post-merger) to Hosur for repainting into the new livery launched by the Tata Group.

Attibele is Town Municipality Council (TMC) in Anekal taluk, Bengaluru Urban district Karnataka, India. The Karnataka check post border is situated here, which is marked by an arch. It is 32 km from Bengaluru on NH 7.

BTL Institute of Technology (BTLIT) was an engineering college situated in Bommasandra Industrial Area near Electronics City in Bengaluru, India. The college was founded in 1997, initially being affiliated to the Bangalore University, Bengaluru. From 1998, the college has been associated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Bommasandra is the upcoming elevated southern-east terminal metro station on the Yellow Line of the Namma Metro serving the Bommasandra neighbourhood with its Industrial Area and Heelalige railway station connected in this area. To the north it leads to Electronic City which holds the IT Parks like Infosys, Bosch (Bengaluru) and Wipro Floating Learning Centre. To the south, it leads to Attibele and Hosur, an industrial city in Tamil Nadu. As per latest reports, this metro station is stated to be operational post May 2024 due to the upcoming Indian general election which will occur during April-May 2024.
