The Samuel Goldwyn Estate at 1200 Laurel Lane in Beverly Hills, California is a house designed by Douglas Honnold and George Vernon Russell, completed in 1934 for the film producer Samuel Goldwyn and his wife Frances Howard. The property was owned by the Goldwyn family until 2015, when it was purchased and subsequently restored by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. The house was made a National Historic Landmark in 2017. It also hosts Swift's recording studio, Kitty Committee Studio, set up in April 2020.
