Owenahincha (Irish: Abha na hInse) is a beach located near Rosscarbery in County Cork. It is, as of 2022, a Blue Flag beach. There are a number of camping and caravan parks in the area.

Carbery Rangers is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the village of Rosscarbery, County Cork, Ireland. The club is solely concerned with the game of Gaelic football.

The Cathedral Church of St. Fachtna, also known as the Cathedral Church of St Faughan, Ross Cathedral, and Rosscarbery Cathedral, is a cathedral of the Church of Ireland in Rosscarbery, County Cork in Ireland. Located in the ecclesiastical province of Dublin, it is the smallest cathedral in Ireland. Having once been the mother church of the Diocese of Ross, it is now one of three Anglican cathedrals in the United Dioceses of Cork, Cloyne and Ross, alongside Saint Fin Barre's Cathedral and Cloyne Cathedral. Dating from the 1600s, it was extensively refurbished in the 19th century.

Castlefreke, also known as Rathbarry (Irish: Ráth an Bharraigh), is a townland and village in County Cork, Ireland. The townland is located in the civil parish of Rathbarry on the R598 regional road, to the east of Rosscarbery.

The Michael Collins Birthplace is a cottage and National Monument located in Kilkerranmore, County Cork, Ireland. It was the birthplace of Irish revolutionary leader Michael Collins (1890–1922).

Kilkeran Lake is a natural sedimentary lagoon in county Cork, in the Castlefreke townland. Its southern shore is approx. 300 meters away from the ocean shore of the Glandore Bay, and separated by the Long Strand beach, a system of dunes, and a road. The Long Strand River connects it to the ocean.

Castle Salem is a fortified house near Rosscarbery, in County Cork, Ireland. The house was home to the Morris family from around 1660 until the early 1800s, and was bought in 1895 by the Daly family, descendants of whom now run it as a guest house.

Coppingers Court is a ruined four-storey fortified house dating from 1616, situated on private property approximately 1 kilometre (0.6 mi) from the sea. It was built by Sir Walter Coppinger and located in Ballyvireen valley, west of Rosscarbery in County Cork, Ireland. The house has a rectangular centre flanked by two wings on the east and west, resulting in a total of 9 gables.

Lisduff (Irish: Lios Dubh, meaning 'black fort') is a townland in County Cork, Ireland. Historical records list Lisduffe from the Down Survey dated 1655. The Record of Monuments and Places contains two entries in the Lisduff area; a millstone and a ringfort.

Clonakilty GAA is a Gaelic football and hurling club based in the town and parish of Clonakilty in County Cork, Ireland. It is affiliated to the Carbery division of Cork. It was founded in October 1887. The club is most famous for being from the same town where Clonakilty black pudding is produced. The club currently plays in the Cork Senior Football Championship and has won the title on 9 occasions. They are considered a traditional superpower in Cork football and viewed as part of the big four alongside, Nemo Rangers, St. Finbarrs and O’Donovan Rossa. They also play in the South West Junior A Hurling Championship Where they were crowned champions on 18 different occasions.

Ardfield (Irish: Ard Ó bhFicheallaigh, meaning 'Height of the Feelys'), historically Ardofoyle, is a small village and civil parish on the south-west coast of County Cork, Ireland. It lies 8 kilometres south of Clonakilty and 11 kilometres east of Rosscarbery, near Galley Head. Ardfield's Roman Catholic church dates to 1832 and is within the ecclesiastical parish of Ardfield/Rathbarry.Ardfield is home to St James' GAA Club, which fields both hurling and Gaelic football teams. Local amenities include the local Roman Catholic church, a school, a pub, Ardfield Creamery, a children's playground and two all-weather tennis courts. The village is close to several beaches, including Red Strand and Long Strand.

Kilbree are a Junior A hurling club from the south-west division (Carbery GAA) of County Cork, Ireland. Their sister club in Gaelic football is Kilmeen which competes at Junior A level. The club participates in Carbery and Cork competitions.
