Eshkol National Park (Hebrew: גן לאומי אשכול) is a national park located in Northern Negev, Israel, near Gaza.

Ein HaBesor (Hebrew: עֵין הַבְּשׂוֹר, lit. 'Spring of the Besor') is a moshav in southern Israel. Located in the Hevel Eshkol area of the north-western Negev desert near the border with the Gaza Strip and around a kilometre from Magen, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,114.

al-Imara (Arabic: العمارة), was a Palestinian village, located in the northern Negev Desert 27 kilometers (17 mi) northwest of Beersheba.

Urim (Hebrew: אוּרִים, lit. Lights) is a kibbutz in the Negev desert in southern Israel. Located near the border of the Gaza Strip and about 30 kilometers west of Beersheba, the kibbutz falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021, it had a population of 504.

Magen (Hebrew: מָגֵן, lit. 'Shield') is a kibbutz in southern Israel. Located in the north-western Negev desert and covering 8,500 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021, it had a population of 537.

Urim SIGINT Base is an Israeli intelligence-gathering installation, supposedly part of the Unit 8200, the signal intelligence unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. It is located in the Negev desert approximately 30 km from Beersheba, a couple of kilometres north of the kibbutz of Urim. Until articles were published about the base in 2010, it was not known to the outside world. Equivalents of Unit 8200 are the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) of Britain and the National Security Agency (NSA) of the United States. Each of these signals interception spy agencies is far bigger in size than the traditional intelligence agencies of their respective countries.

Ohad (Hebrew: אֹהַד or אוהד‎) is a moshav in southern Israel. Located in the Hevel Eshkol area of the north-western Negev desert near the Gaza Strip border, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 413.

Tzohar (Hebrew: צֹחַר) is a community settlement and regional center in southern Israel. Located in Hevel Eshkol, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 475.

Talmei Eliyahu (Hebrew: תַּלְמֵי אֵלִיָּהוּ, lit. Eliyahu Furrows) is a moshav in southern Israel. Located in the Hevel Eshkol area of the north-western Negev desert, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 321.

Ami'oz (Hebrew: עַמִּיעוֹז) is a moshav in southern Israel. Located in the Hevel Eshkol area of the north-western Negev desert near the border with the Gaza Strip, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 208.

Sde Nitzan (Hebrew: שְׂדֵה נִצָּן, lit. Field of (Flower) Buds) is a moshav in the northern Negev desert in Israel. Located twelve kilometres east of Kerem Shalom and near Beersheba, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 387.

Mivtahim (Hebrew: מִבְטַחִים, lit. 'Safe Havens') is a moshav in southern Israel. Located in the Hevel Eshkol area of the north-western Negev desert near the Gaza Strip border and covering an area of 4,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 463.
