Ruiz Pineda station

Las Adjuntas is a common station shared by two Venezuelan metro lines of the Caracas Metro and the Los Teques Metro. The station has two platforms that are connected by three pedestrian overpasses. Each platform serves up to two trains from their respective metro lines. The metro station was opened on 4 October 1987 as part of the inaugural section of Line 2 from La Paz to Las Adjuntas and Zoológico. The adjacent station is Ruiz Pineda.

Caricuao (Spanish pronunciation: [kaɾiˈkwao]) is a district of Caracas, Venezuela. It is part of Libertador municipality. It is named after a powerful indigenous chief of the Caracas tribe, who fought bravely against the Spaniard Conquistadores; he and Tiuna chief were the first indigenous leaders to set up "armies" on their tribes to organize the battles against their enemies, the Spanish, to which they inflicted great losses as the native indigenous tribes were fighting the Spanish settlement. Caricuao is known as the second vegetal reserve of Caracas. The most important public zoo of the capital, the Parque Zoológico Caricuao, is located there. Since its foundation in 1961 it has had a strong cultural movement especially in the music, the first rocksteady, reggae and ska bands of Venezuela were born in this neighborhood, for this it is also known as "The Independent Republic of Reggae and Ska". From Caricuao broadcasts "Radio Perola", one of the most emblematic independent community radio stations in the nation. Since it is a large neighborhood, it is possible to get there on several Caracas Metro stations on Line 2 (the green one) such as Caricuao, Ruiz Pineda, and Zoológico. A new subway line opened in October 2006 to connect Las Adjuntas, a neighboring suburb, and Caracas to Los Teques, capital city of Miranda State and an important pole of development.

The Macarao National Park (Spanish: Parque nacional Macarao) Is a protected area with the status of a national park located in the Macarao, San Pedro and Jarillo rivers, in the north of the South American country of Venezuela. Its extension of 15,000 hectares covers part of the Capital District and Miranda State. The area was declared National Park in 1973. It constitutes a zone of protection of hydrographic resources that contributes to satisfy the drinking water needs of the city of Caracas. It is characterized by a mountainous relief that forms part of the Cordillera de la Costa, the highest point of which is the Alto de Ño León. It has facilities to facilitate sports, scientific and educational excursions.

Caricuao is a Caracas Metro station on Line 2. It was opened on 4 October 1987 as part of the inaugural section of Line 2 from La Paz to Las Adjuntas and Zoológico, on the branch leading to Zoológico. The station is between Mamera and Zoológico. The station is located in the district of Caricuao, hence the name.

Zoológico is a Caracas Metro station on Line 2. It was opened on 4 October 1987 as part of the inaugural section of Line 2 from La Paz to Las Adjuntas and Zoológico. It serves as the terminus of one of the two southern branches of the line. The adjacent station is Caricuao.

Mamera is a Caracas Metro station on Line 2. It was opened on 4 October 1987 as part of the inaugural section of Line 2 from La Paz to Las Adjuntas and Zoológico. Here, the line branches into two. The previous station is Antímano, the next station in the direction Zoológico is Caricuao, the next station in the direction Las Adjuntas is Ruiz Pineda.

One of the largest universities in Venezuela, UCAB has campuses in several cities, such as Caracas (main campus), Los Teques, Guayana, and Coro. Named for Venezuelan writer Andrés Bello, UCAB was founded in October 1953 by the Society of Jesus (Episcopado Venezolano a la Compañía de Jesús). In 2017 it was ranked as the fourth best and top private university in Venezuela.

Antímano is a Caracas Metro station on Line 2. It was opened on 4 October 1987 as part of the inaugural section of Line 2 from La Paz to Las Adjuntas and Zoológico. The station is between Carapita and Mamera.

Antímano is a district of Caracas, Venezuela. It is part of Libertador municipality. According to a 2007 estimate of the National Institute of Statistics of Venezuela, it had a population of 150,971 people in 2007. The name Antímano derives from a combination of the words Atamanona and Amatima, the names of two indigenous groups which lived in the area before the Spanish Conquest. Antímano was established in 1621 as an agricultural village, and remained rural until the first part of the twentieth century. Towards the end of the nineteenth century the Venezuelan President Antonio Guzmán Blanco built a country house in Antímano, calling it "La Pequeña Versalles" (Little Versailles). From the mid-1940s Antímano began to develop as an industrial zone, with the first factories producing Polar beer and Pepsi. The steel company Sidetur was founded here in 1948. The house of Guzman Blanco fell into disuse for over 30 years (despite being declared a National Monument) and was eventually restored in 2004, the building being turned into a Sociocultural Complex, and its grounds converted into a sports facility with baseball, football and basketball fields.Since it is a large neighborhood, it is possible to get there on a number of Caracas Metro stations on Line 2 (the green one) including Antímano, Carapita, and Mamera.

Montalbán is a neighborhood of Caracas belonging to the parroquia of La Vega, in Libertador Bolivarian Municipality. It borders the parishes El Paraíso and Antímano.

The Isla Multiespacio Complex (abbreviated IME) is among the most ambitious architectural projects of recent years in Venezuela. This is currently under construction in the Municipality of San Diego in Valencia, Carabobo State (Venezuela). Its construction started in July 2009 and is expected to be completed in 2018. From the Isla Multiespacio stands the highest office tower in the Midwest, the skyscraper would be 142 m initially but then they decided to increase the height to 245 m and 65 flooring, it's the tallest building in Venezuela, built the first private theater in the nation and a hotel designed for guests with joy social areas looking at the city from above, among other projects.
