Harihokake Creek

Lodi is an unincorporated community in Tinicum Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. Lodi is located along Lodi Hill Road just southwest of an intersection with Pennsylvania Route 32 along the Delaware River in the northern corner of Tinicum Township near the Bridgeton Township border.

Delaware Canal State Park is a 830-acre (336 ha) Pennsylvania state park in Bucks and Northampton Counties in Pennsylvania. The main attraction of the park is the Delaware Canal which runs parallel to the Delaware River between Easton and Bristol. The Delaware River is the longest free-flowing river east of the Mississippi River in the United States. It serves as a major migration path for American Shad and waterfowl. A visitor's center is located at New Hope and the park management office is located in Upper Black Eddy. Within the park are two designated natural areas: Nockamixon Cliffs and River Islands. Recreational opportunities include hiking, biking and cross-country skiing along the towpath, fishing in the canal and river, and canal boat rides. Delaware Canal State Park was chosen by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and its Bureau of Parks as one of "25 Must-See Pennsylvania State Parks".The Delaware Canal State Park frequently floods. The path was restored recently but was washed out again due to flooding in April 2011. Canal paths for the Delaware and Raritan Canal on the New Jersey side of the Delaware have not suffered the same damage.

The Frenchtown School District is a community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade from Frenchtown, in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States.As of the 2021–22 school year, the district, comprised of one school, had an enrollment of 109 students and 14.2 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 7.7:1. Uhlerstown Historic District, also known as Uhlerstown Village and Rural Historic District, is a national historic district located in and around Uhlerstown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 63 contributing buildings, 4 contributing sites, and 16 contributing structures along the Delaware Division of the Pennsylvania Canal centered on the village of Uhlerstown. Notable buildings and structures include a covered bridge (1832), Michael Uhler house, a stone hotel, Redman's Hall, lock tender's house, a feed mill, a general store, Uhler's old store and post office, a boat building shop, lime kiln, and several mule barns.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Uhlerstown is an unincorporated community in Tinicum Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The community is located along Pennsylvania Route 32 (River Road) and is served by the 18920 ZIP Code. Uhlerstown is one of the many Delaware River communities in the county. In 1949, painter Frederick Harer died here. Uhlerstown actually uses the post office and ZIP Code of nearby Erwinna; therefore, many Uhlerstown residents say that they are from Erwinna, as that is what shows up on their addresses. The Uhlerstown-Frenchtown Bridge, a free Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission bridge over the Delaware River, connects Pennsylvania Route 32 in Uhlerstown to New Jersey Route 12 in Frenchtown in Hunterdon County, New Jersey; PA 32 leads south to Interstate 295, which leads to Philadelphia. The existing bridge has a roadway width of 16 feet 6 inches. A sidewalk is supported on steel cantilever brackets. The bridge maintains a fifteen-mile per hour speed limit. The Uhlerstown Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

The bridge connects New Jersey Route 12 in Frenchtown of Hunterdon County, New Jersey with Pennsylvania Route 32 in Uhlerstown of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The existing bridge has a roadway width of 16 feet 6 inches. A pedestrian walkway is supported on steel cantilever brackets. The bridge maintains a fifteen-mile per hour speed limit. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 19, 1994 as part of the Frenchtown Historic District

The Nishisakawick Creek is a 9.6-mile-long (15.4 km) tributary of the Delaware River in Hunterdon County, New Jersey in the United States. The headwaters of the Nishisackawick begins in forested wetlands in Alexandria Township and it flows through Camp Marudy Lake, past Camp Marudy, and through Everittstown on its way southwest past farms and developed land joins the Delaware at Frenchtown. The Little Nishisakawick springs from wetlands in Kingwood Township and flows approximately 4 miles southwest through mostly agricultural land gently dropping to the Delaware River. Nishisackawick is thought to originate from a Unami word — neschi-sakquik, meaning “double outlet or mouth".

Frenchtown is a borough in Hunterdon County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Frenchtown is located along the banks of the Delaware River on the Hunterdon Plateau, 32 miles (51 km) northwest of the state capital of Trenton. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 1,370, a decrease of three people (−0.2%) from the 2010 census count of 1,373, which in turn reflected a decline of 115 (−7.7%) from the 1,488 counted in the 2000 census.

Hakihokake Creek (also known as Quequacommissacong Creek or Milford Creek) is a 8.4-mile-long (13.5 km) tributary of the Delaware River in Hunterdon County, New Jersey in the United States. The Hakihokake's headwaters begins in the Musconetcong Mountains in forested wetlands in Holland and Alexandria townships and runs southwest through Sweet Hollow and Little York before joining the Delaware River just upstream of its sister tributary Harihokake Creek at Milford.

Milford is a borough located in western Hunterdon County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 1,232, a decrease of one person (−0.1%) from the 2010 census count of 1,233, which in turn reflected an increase of 38 (+3.2%) from the 1,195 counted at the 2000 census.Milford was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 15, 1911, from portions of Holland Township, based on the results of a referendum held on May 8, 1911. The borough's incorporation was confirmed on March 13, 1925.The borough is located on the Delaware River in the western portion of Hunterdon County, known as the Hunterdon Plateau. The Borough dates to the mid-18th century when a grist mill was established beside a river in what was then Bethlehem Township. After the mill was destroyed by fire in 1769, the settlement became known as Burnt Mills in Alexandria Township. The area was renamed as "Lowreytown" after Thomas Lowrey purchased land in the area in 1796. The community became commonly known as "Millford" or "Millsford" by the beginning of the 19th century, but by 1844 the name had lost a letter or two. By 1863 it was consistently spelled as "Milford". The community was incorporated in 1911 but the official incorporation was not registered until 1925.

The Upper Black Eddy–Milford Bridge is a free bridge over the Delaware River, owned and operated by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. The bridge carries Bridge Street, connecting CR 519 in Milford, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, with Pennsylvania Route 32 in Upper Black Eddy, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The bridge currently has a 55-ton weight limit, the heaviest free bridge on the Delaware.
