Morgan High School Mechanical Arts Building

Morgan High School is a public high school in Morgan, Utah, United States, for grades 9–12. It is the only high school in Morgan County. It was founded in 1911 and its athletic teams are known as the Trojans. Morgan School District is a small rural district located in Northern Utah. Morgan County is home to about 3100 students in five schools. Morgan High School is accredited by the Northwestern Accreditation Association.

Morgan (Shoshone: Guc-ta Bi-oh-qua, “Where the water flows fast”) is a city in the U.S. state of Utah and the county seat of Morgan County. It is part of the Ogden-Clearfield metropolitan area. It is named after Jedediah Morgan Grant, a leader in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who served as an apostle and as a member of the LDS First Presidency under Brigham Young in the mid-1850s. As of the 2020 census, the city population was 4,071 people. Morgan is also a location where some of the movie Troll 2 was filmed in 1989.

The Morgan Union Pacific Depot, at 98 N. Commercial St. in Morgan, Utah, was built in 1926. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. It has also been known as the Morgan Union Pacific Railroad Depot and as Morgan Station. It may have been designed by Gilbert Stanley Underwood. It was used as a passenger depot until 1972. A freight portion of the depot was moved to a new location. It was later used as Morgan's Planning & Zoning office.

The Daniel Heiner House, at 543 N. 700 East in Morgan, Utah, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. It is a five-bay two-story I-form central hall plan house with a two-story porch, with porch columns matching the five bays on each floor. It was the home of pioneer Daniel Heiner, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who married his brother's widow and also married another woman, together in a double ceremony in 1873. He was mayor of Morgan for two years and was president of the First National Bank of Morgan for 16 years.

The South Round Valley School, in Morgan County, Utah near Morgan, Utah, was built in 1873 by stonemason Henry Olpin. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. It is asserted to have elements of Classical architectural style. It is a one-room schoolhouse. It is located east of Morgan at 1925 E. Round Valley Rd. adjacent to, or on the grounds of, what is now the Round Valley Golf Course.

East Canyon Creek is a 40.5-mile-long (65.2 km) north by northwest-flowing stream that begins northwest of Kimball Junction in Summit County, Utah, on the east side of the summit of the Wasatch Range, and flows to its confluence with the Weber River in Morgan County, Utah. East Canyon Creek is one of four major tributaries of the Weber River, which in turn, flows to the Great Salt Lake.

Dalton Creek is a stream in Morgan County, Utah, United States. A tributary of the Weber River, it is located within the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest and its mouth is about 1.75 miles (2.82 km) southeast of Peterson.The stream has two main tributaries: the Left Hand Fork Dalton Creek and the Right Hand Fork Dalton Creek. The headwaters of all three creeks are just east of the ridge of the Wasatch Range (a few miles north of Francis Peak), which is also the borderline with Davis County, and all three flow east. Dalton Creek empties into the Weber River (at a point just west of Interstate 84), which in turn flows roughly northwest to empty into the Ogden Bay of the Great Salt Lake.Dalton Creek was named for Ted Dalton, a pioneer settler.

Enterprise is a census-designated place (CDP) in northwestern Morgan County, Utah, United States. The population was 605 at the 2010 census.

Morgan County Airport (FAA LID: 42U) is a county-owned, public-use airport in Morgan County, Utah, United States. It is located eight nautical miles (9 mi, 15 km) northwest of the central business district of Morgan.

Bountiful Peak is a 9,259-foot elevation (2,822 m) mountain summit located in Davis County, Utah, United States.

Francis Peak, Elevation 9,560 feet (2,910 m), was named in honor of an early pioneer, Esther Charlotte Emily Weisbrodt Francis, who contributed to the colonization of the Morgan Valley in Morgan county in Utah. One of the taller peaks of the Wasatch Range, Francis Peak is located on the border between Morgan and Davis counties; approximately 18 miles (29 km) north of Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. The summit is seasonally accessible by hiking, biking, recreational vehicles, and automobile. The unpaved roads are mostly one-lane, steep, switchbacked and cliff-hanging/rocky in spots, perhaps best handled by smaller 4-wheel drive vehicles. Views of the valleys below are spectacular. As of Summer 2021, Google maps proved accurate. Download your GPS plan beforehand since cell service on the mountain is sketchy, and there are unmarked side roads. Vehicles can access the peak via Skyline Drive in Bountiful and Farmington Canyon Road in Farmington. Camping sites, trails, small ponds, wildlife, and great vistas are part of this rugged natural setting. Atop the peak are domed radar towers constructed in 1959 and operated by the Federal Aviation Administration and Air National Guard.
