The Billings-Hougaard House, at 75 E. 300 North, off U.S. Route 89 in Manti, Utah, was built around 1855. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.It is a one-and-a-half-story folk/vernacular hall and parlor plan house, about 30 by 18 feet (9.1 m × 5.5 m) in plan. It has a rear T-extension. The house is built of high quality adobe bricks laid in common bond. It has Greek Revival style characteristics, in its proportions, its shallow pitch of roof, its half-height upper windows, and its cornice returns at gable ends.It was deemed significant as "significant as an excellent example of Utah folk/vernacular design and because it is one of the best surviving unsheathed adobe homes in the state."It was built by Alfred Billings and was bought in 1863 by Rasmus Hougaard (1806-1875), a wealthy arriving immigrant farmer from Virkel, Falster, Denmark.It is located on the northwest corner of E. 300 North and N. 100 East.

The Manti Utah Temple (formerly the Manti Temple) is the fifth constructed temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Located in the city of Manti, Utah, it was the third Latter-day Saint temple built west of the Mississippi River, after the Mormons' trek westward. (The St. George and Logan Utah temples preceded it.) The Manti Temple was designed by William Harrison Folsom, who moved to Manti while the temple was under construction. The temple dominates the Sanpete Valley, and can be seen from many miles. Like all Latter-day Saint temples, only church members in good standing may enter. It is one of only two remaining Latter-day Saint temples in the world where live portrayal is used in the endowment ceremonies (the other is the Salt Lake Temple); all other temples use films in the presentation of the endowment, a practice that will end following renovations announced in 2021. It is an early pioneering example of four rooms representing the journey of life.

The Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area (MPNHA) is a federally designated National Heritage Area that recognizes and commemorates the efforts of Mormon pioneers who made the trek westward, settling Utah and the American West. Spanning a 400-mile area along U.S. Highway 89, Utah State Route 24 and Utah State Route 12 – an All American Road – the MPNHA encompasses five unique districts, each with its own distinct history and landmarks. According to its mission statement, the MPNHA "preserves, interprets, promotes, and enhances Utah's pioneer heritage…working to increase tourism, encourage economic development, revitalize communities, provide heritage educational opportunities, and improve the quality of life" within its districts. Furthermore, the area was formulated around three central themes: the interaction of people with the landscape, the interaction of people with each other and the interaction of people with the institutions they created. The National Heritage Area offers one of the best perspectives of the Mormon colonization experience in the United States. It has been identified by Congress as a factor in the settling and western expansion of the United States.

The Sanpete County Courthouse, at 160 N. Main St. in Manti, Utah, was built in 1935. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.It was built of oolite limestone in PWA Moderne style. It has a two-story central block with vertical window panels and two two-story wings with horizontal window panels.It was asserted to be "one of the best examples of the distinctive PWA Moderne architectural style in Utah."

The Manti National Guard Armory, at 50 E. 100 North in Manti, Utah was built in 1936-38 as a Works Progress Administration project. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.It is a two-story PWA Moderne-style, flat-roofed building.It was designed by Salt Lake City architect Niels P. Larsen, who also designed at least six other armories in Utah. Surviving, as of 1986, were the NRHP-listed Mount Pleasant National Guard Armory and ones in Nephi, Fillmore, and Spanish Fork (the latter was NRHP-listed in 1986, but was delisted in 1996, presumably after being demolished); ones in Logan and Cedar City had been demolished.

The John Patten House is a historic two-story house in Manti, Utah. It was built with limestone in 1854 by John Patten, a native of Fairplay, Indiana who converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the 1830s with his family and relocated to Utah in 1850. Patten had two sons and three daughters with his first wife Candace Smith. After she died, he married her sister Emily, and they had three sons and two daughters. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since August 22, 1977.The house is primitive vernacular in style, and, in 1977 was being restored by the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers to serve as a pioneer museum. It faces west, and a 1981 photo shows it with the Manti Temple in the background, to the northeast.Its NRHP nomination lists it at 95 W. 400 North St.; the house is found, however, at northeast corner of W. 300 North and N. 100 West, instead.

The Manti Motor Company Building, also known as the Utah-Idaho Motor Company Building and Nell's Motor in Manti, Utah, was built in 1916. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. The building was designed by Lauritz Peder Miller.

The Pectol-Works House, at 96 West 400 North in Manti, Utah, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.It was built in two phases, in 1851 and 1863.

The Manti Carnegie Library is a historic building in Manti, Utah. It was built in 1910-1911 as a Carnegie library, and designed in the Classical Revival style by Richard C. Watkins and John F. Birch. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since October 25, 1984.

Manti High School is a public high school located in Manti, Utah, United States, and is part of the South Sanpete School District. Students from Manti, Ephraim, and Sterling attend the school. It is fed by Ephraim Middle School, which is in turn fed by Ephraim Elementary School and Manti Elementary School.

The Cox-Shoemaker-Parry House is a historic two-story house in Manti, Utah. It was built in 1858 by Orville Sutherland Cox, who converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Illinois, where he was baptized by Joseph Smith in 1839. Cox later served as the bishop of Bountiful, Utah, and he settled in Sanpete County in 1849. He became a counselor to Bishop John Lowery, Sr., in Manti, and he lived in this house with his three wives: Elvira Mills, Mary Allen, and Eliza J. Losee.The house, designed by Cox, is constructed of coursed ashlar cream-colored limestone. It has a plain entablature, and, on the west front of the house it has pedimented returns, which are suggestive of Greek Revival Style.The house was later purchased by Jezreel Shoemaker, a convert to the LDS Church who served as the mayor of Manti. It was later acquired by Edward L. Parry, a stonemason and immigrant from Wales who converted to the LDS Church and helped build the Salt Lake Temple, the St. George Tabernacle, and the Manti Utah Temple. Parry remodeled and expanded the house around 1880. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since August 4, 1982.The house displayed a Maple Leaf flag along with a U.S. one, in September 2012.

The Poulsen-Hall House, at 90 S. 100 East in Manti, Utah, was built in 1876. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.Architecture: Gothic, Greek Revival, Temple Form It may also be known as the Niels C. & Jensene Poulsen House or the William T. & Dagmar P. Hall House.The house has been available for vacation rental.
