It is two rooms deep and has been extended by additions within the historic period.It was deemed "architecturally significant as one of 76 extant hall and parlor houses in Park City, 22 of which" were nominated for National Register listing at the same time. Hall and parlor houses were the "earliest house type to be built in Park City, and one of the three most common house types that were built during the early period of Park City's mining boom era."

The Henry M. Hinsdill House, at 662 Norfolk St. in Park City, Utah, was probably built around 1893. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.It is a one-story variant of a hall and parlor plan house, with a gable roof. Unlike the typically symmetric facade of a hall and parlor house, this has two windows on one side of the front door and one on the other, with the latter set at an angle in the northwest corner of the house. A porch across the front wraps around this corner. Original porch balustrade and piers have been replaced. Norfolk Street is no longer open for automobile traffic along its full original length; south of 8th Street it becomes closed to traffic and appears to descend as a walkway on a diagonal down to Woodside Avenue, and then further down to Park Avenue. Its design is typical for pyramid houses with a square plan and its "door set slightly offcenter between two groups of windows."The house, albeit perhaps remodeled and with a modern roof, appears to be still in place in 2019.

The Dr. William Bardsley House, at 517 Park Ave. in Park City, Utah, was built around 1888. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.It is a frame cross-wing type house, with the cross-wing being two-story tall and projecting a gable-end towards the street. This has an "Italianate style box bay window and paired double hung windows above." The gable end has decorative bargeboard which was taken from another historic house, apparently replacing an earlier bargeboard. It is on the uphill side of Park Ave., overlooking Main St.It was deemed significant as "an example of the residential architecture of Park City, the largest, historic metal mining town in Utah." It was "one of nearly 150 houses recorded as part of the research for the "Residences of Mining Boom Era Park City" thematic nomination" which determined National Register eligibility for 104 houses.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.It was probably owned by Charles Meadowcroft, who probably worked in mines here (as he did as well in Butte, Montana), and probably was built in 1888. It is a one-story frame "T/L cottage" with a gable roof. Its stem-wing's roof slopes off to the rear, as in a saltbox roof.

The Reese Williams House, at 421 Park Ave. in Park City, Utah, was built in 1898. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.It is a two-story frame "box house", with a truncated hip roof having dormers on east and south sides. It was built as a house for Reese Williams by carpenter Ellsworth J. Beggs. Williams, born in 1851 in Wales, worked at the Silver King Mine, and died in 1898 just three days after this house was completed; his widow and children lived here for only one year.In 1984 it was deemed "architecturally significant as one of four extant two story box houses in Park City, three of which are well preserved and included in this nomination. The two story box is closely tied with the pyramid house, one of three major house types in Park City. Like the pyramid house, it has a square or nearly square form, a pyramid or truncated hip roof, and a porch spanning the facade. It varies in size from the pyramid house, being a full two stories, as compared with the one or one and one half stories of the pyramid house. The two story box was not common in Park city, but judging from the range of extant buildings in Park City, it seems to have been the preferred design choice for a sizeable Park City house. All of the extant examples of this house are located on prominent sites along Park Avenue, the most prestigious street in Park City, further documenting the significance of this house type as one chosen by those who were seeking more than a utilitarian dwelling. This house is also historically significant as the first hospital in Park City. It served the community from 1900 until at least 1904, when the large Miners Hospital was constructed."It was leased in early 1900 to T.H. Monahan and E.H. Howard who set up the Park City Hospital. The hospital had an operating room and electric lights. Monahan was a surgeon; Howard was manager of the hospital. The Williams family continued to own the building after the hospital closed, eventually selling it in 1925 to Henry Thomas, and it was then owned by the Thomas family for many years.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.It is a one-and-a-half-story "wood-frame, cross-wing type house with gabled roofs on each wing. The East-facing/, vernacular structure has some muted hints of Victorian Eclecticism in its detailing, typical of the Park City's building boom period." It was renovated in 1995. The property has terracing in its front yard, with stone retaining walls from the time of the original construction of the house.
