Grace Lutheran College (GLC), founded in 1978, is a co-educational, private high school based in Rothwell and Caboolture in Queensland, Australia. Grace Lutheran Primary School is located in Clontarf, approximately a 10-minute drive from the main Grace College Campus at Rothwell. The current principal is David Radke, who took up the post in 2017 after the school's second principal, Ruth Butler, retired. The college's enrolment at the start of the 2011 school year was over 1800. Grace Lutheran College is a Christian school of the Lutheran Church of Australia.

It features a park & ride facility and local bus stops. A stabling facility, capable of holding 10 six car trains, is located to the west of the station. It opened, together with the rail line, on 4 October 2016.Following an upgrade of Kippa-Ring railway station's car park, the station now has 408 parking spaces, consisting of 396 normal parking spaces, two new family parking spaces, and ten disability parking spaces, eight are located near the grassed area at the entrance to the station, with two of the originally installed spaces still available, with the rest being replaces by the two family parking spots and seven regular parking spots.

The Redcliffe Peninsula is a peninsula located in the City of Moreton Bay in the northeast of the Brisbane metropolitan area in Queensland, Australia. The area covers the suburbs of Clontarf, Kippa-Ring, Margate, Newport, Redcliffe, Rothwell, Scarborough and Woody Point. Redcliffe was the site of the first European settlement in Queensland, and was previously governed by its own local government area, the City of Redcliffe. Today, it falls within the City of Moreton Bay local government area. As a result of its beaches as well as its coastal, fishing and recreational amenities, the Redcliffe Peninsula is a popular recreational destination within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Redcliffe Peninsula is home to over 55,000 residents over its total area of 38.1 km2 (14.7 sq mi). The peninsula is relatively flat with few areas rising more than 20 m (66 ft) above sea level.

Talobilla Park also contains an Automated Weather Observing System for the Australian Bureau of Meteorology. It is built on an old landfill reserve.
