The Clipper Belt Lacer Company Complex is a complex of seven former factory buildings located at 974-1010 Front Avenue NW in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2023.

Berkey and Gay Furniture Company Factory is a manufacturing plant located at 940 Monroe Ave., NW in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Creston High School opened in 1923 as Creston Junior High School, with its first class graduating in 1927. This school was one of the five high schools in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Belknap Hill (also called Lookout Hill), is a prominent river bluff directly northeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. The hill is a distinct topographical feature when viewed from the Western approach to the downtown area. Belknap Hill holds a nostalgic place in the sentiments of Grand Rapidians in that it has long been a popular place to propose marriage. Hidden in the backwaters of the semi-isolated Belknap Lookout neighborhood atop this hill remain some of the simple nineteenth century framed homes from days when Belknap Hill bordered small farms and apple orchards. A cherished historic feature of the hill is the steeply inclined Trowbridge and North Street which are the city's Two fieldstone cobblestoned streets.

The American Seating Company Factory Complex is a historic manufacturing plant located at 801 Broadway Avenue NW in Grand Rapids, Michigan, used by the American Seating company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Haskelite Manufacturing Corporation (1917–1956) was a conglomerate of Michigan–based companies. It was located on Broadway Avenue in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They manufactured haskelite plywood for a wide variety of applications and vehicles. Their office headquarters were located in Chicago, Illinois. The Grand Rapids corporation was a spin-off from the Haskell Manufacturing Company in Ludington, Michigan. It was a factory twice the capacity at over 100,000 square feet and designed to make up to ten times as much plywood per day as the Ludington facilities. The plywood at the beginning was needed for World War I military airplane body parts. The plywood later was used in houses, buildings, automobiles and ship construction. Different styles and types of plywood were made for particular niches. The corporation made the largest plywood ever produced, which was used in constructing a particular US Navy boat. A well known use for the Haskelite plywood produced at the Grand Rapids facilities was for the construction of the Spirit of St. Louis, Charles Lindberg's plane.
