The Tinton Falls Solar Farm is a 20-megawatt solar photovoltaic power plant located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The farm contains 85,000 ground-mounted solar panels, and at the time of its construction, it was one of the largest solar farms in the northeast United States.The solar farm was developed by Rager Energy LLC and was acquired in 2011 as a fully approved project by Jiangsu Zongyi (a Chinese company) under a subsidiary named Zongyi Solar Energy (America). The purchase price of the raw land was reported to be $5.5 million US dollars (2012).The solar farm began operations in October 2012.

Tinton Falls is a borough in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Located within the heart of the Jersey Shore region, the borough is a commercial hub of Central Jersey (it is the site of the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets and different corporate headquarters) and is an established bedroom suburb of New York City, in the New York Metropolitan Area. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 19,181, an increase of 1,289 (+7.2%) from the 2010 census count of 17,892, which in turn reflected an increase of 2,839 (+18.9%) from the 15,053 counted in the 2000 census.The borough was formed as New Shrewsbury by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on August 15, 1950, based on the results of a referendum held on July 18, 1950, after breaking away from Shrewsbury Township. It was renamed "Tinton Falls" in 1975, to avoid postal errors. The name came from Lewis Morris's plantation, Tinton Manor (which employed free white workers and slaves) as it featured a gristmill, making it one of New Jersey's earliest bustling mill towns. The borough is home to the highest waterfall on New Jersey's coastal plain, from which the aforementioned mill generated power.

Wayside is an unincorporated community located along the border of Tinton Falls Borough and Ocean Township in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The community is largely residential though some churches, parks, and schools are located in the area. The main arterial roads in the community are Hope Road (through which the Tinton Falls–Ocean Township municipal line runs), Wayside Road (County Route 38 in Tinton Falls), and West Park Avenue. Access to New Jersey Route 18 is available via nearby interchanges with Deal Road, West Park Avenue, and Wayside Road; the Garden State Parkway's exit 105 is also located north of Wayside. The building that once housed the 16-lane Wayside Bowl-O-Drome is still in use, now as an office building.

Eatontown is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 Census, the borough's population was 12,709, reflecting a decline of 1,299 (−9.3%) from the 14,008 counted in the 2000 Census.What is now Eatontown was originally incorporated as Eatontown Township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 4, 1873, from portions of Ocean Township and Shrewsbury Township. Portions of the township were taken to form West Long Branch (April 7, 1908) and Oceanport (April 6, 1920). Eatontown was reincorporated as a borough on March 8, 1926, replacing Eatontown Township, based on the results of a referendum held on April 13, 1926. Old Mill at Tinton Falls is located in Tinton Falls, Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The mill was built in 1676 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 24, 1973.
