WXGN-LP (92.7 FM, "Truth That Rocks") is a radio station broadcasting a Christian radio format. Licensed to serve Ocean City, New Jersey, United States, the station is currently owned by Joy Broadcasting, Inc.

Ocean City City Hall is located in Ocean City, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The building was built in 1914 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 13, 1997. To celebrate its 100th anniversary, it was made the subject of the 2014 Ocean City Seasonal Beach Tag. Every fall, students of Ocean City High School turn the building into a Haunted House to celebrate Halloween, although there have been gaps where this didn't happen.

Ocean City Tenth Street Station is located in Ocean City in Cape May County, New Jersey. Built in 1898, it served rail service until 1981. The building now operates as the Ocean City Transportation Center, which is a bus stop for NJ Transit. In 2012, the building was damaged after being flooded by Hurricane Sandy, and was reconstructed to its historic appearance.

The Flanders Hotel is located at 719 East 11th Street in Ocean City in Cape May County, New Jersey. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 20, 2009, for its significance in architecture, community planning and development, and entertainment/recreation. The Flanders Hotel is named after Flanders Fields in Belgium.

Ocean City Residential Historic District consists of 169 properties, dating back to the 1880s, located in Ocean City, New Jersey. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 20, 2003.

The Ocean City School District is a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade from Ocean City, in Cape May County, New Jersey. As of the 2020–21 school year, the district, comprised of three schools, had an enrollment of 2,056 students and 220.4 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.3:1.Public school students from Corbin City, Longport, Sea Isle City and Upper Township attend Ocean City High School for ninth through twelfth grades as part of sending/receiving relationships with their respective school districts.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "DE", the fifth-highest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.

Ocean City High School (OCHS) is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in Ocean City, in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades as the lone secondary school of the Ocean City School District. Students from the Corbin City, Longport, Sea Isle City and Upper Township school districts attend Ocean City High School as part of sending/receiving relationships.As of the 2021–2022 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,231 students and 126.4 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.7:1. There were 91 students (7.4% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 27 (2.2% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.As of 2015 about 60% of students in Ocean City High School were from Upper Township.The school is fully accredited by the New Jersey Department of Education.

Gillian's Wonderland Pier is a historic amusement park founded in 1929 by David Gillian, who first came to Ocean City in 1914. It is located near the beginning of the commercial boardwalk on 6th street. Gillians is generally considered to be an institution of Ocean City, with grand openings and pre-season sales for the location historically having drawn crowds multiple blocks long, and employs many local youths during the summer, and in more recent years, many Eastern European workers.

Carey Stadium is an open-air multi-purpose stadium located just off the boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey. The stadium is primarily used by the Ocean City School District for Ocean City High School's football, soccer, and lacrosse teams. Carey Stadium is also known as the home field for the Ocean City Nor'easters (formerly named Ocean City Barons) of the USL League Two. The club has called the stadium home since 2005. In 2016, the stadium's natural grass field was replaced with a new FieldTurf surface made of all-natural cork fill instead of crumb rubber. The stadium's nickname "The Beach House" was coined during the Nor'easters' 2005 season by the team's play-by-play announcer Josh Hakala. Since joining USL League Two in 2003, the Nor'easters have had the fourth-best home record of any team in the league.Carey Stadium is located a little more than 200 meters from the Atlantic Ocean, only one minor league sports team in the country plays closer to an ocean than the Nor'easters do. The Ocean City Life-Saving Station (also known as U.S. Life Saving Station 30 and U.S. Coast Guard Station No. 126) is the only life-saving station of its design in New Jersey still in existence. Designed by architect James Lake Parkinson in a Carpenter Gothic style, the building is one of 25 stations built of the 1882 life-saving type. It is also one of six still in existence in the country. Construction on the facility began in September 1885 and was completed in the following year. There were two earlier stations in the northern end of Ocean City before this facility was constructed, and there were two stations farther south on the island. At 4th Street and Atlantic Avenue, the life-saving station was originally near the beach, but sand gradually accumulated, such that it is currently about 1⁄4 mi (400 m) from the coast. In December 1936, the facility was shut down in favor of the larger Great Egg Coast Guard Station, across Great Egg Harbor Inlet. The United States Coast Guard continued to own the property, utilizing it during World War II to store equipment and personnel who patrolled the beach for German submarines and spies. In October 1945, the Coast Guard sold the life-saving station, and for 54 years the building served as a private residence. From 1999 to 2010, a developer sought to demolish the building in favor of constructing three duplexes. After legal battles and intervention from local historic groups, Ocean City purchased the property in May 2010. After a $1.5 million renovation, the life-saving station reopened on December 31, 2017, and six months later reopened as the Ocean City Life-Saving Museum.

Great Egg Harbor Inlet is an inlet connecting Great Egg Harbor Bay with the Atlantic Ocean in New Jersey, forming a part of the boundary between Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
