Ocean City Tenth Street Station is located in Ocean City in Cape May County, New Jersey. Built in 1898, it served rail service until 1981. The building now operates as the Ocean City Transportation Center, which is a bus stop for NJ Transit. In 2012, the building was damaged after being flooded by Hurricane Sandy, and was reconstructed to its historic appearance.

The Flanders Hotel is located at 719 East 11th Street in Ocean City in Cape May County, New Jersey. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 20, 2009, for its significance in architecture, community planning and development, and entertainment/recreation. The Flanders Hotel is named after Flanders Fields in Belgium.

Ocean City City Hall is located in Ocean City, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The building was built in 1914 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 13, 1997. To celebrate its 100th anniversary, it was made the subject of the 2014 Ocean City Seasonal Beach Tag. Every fall, students of Ocean City High School turn the building into a Haunted House to celebrate Halloween, although there have been gaps where this didn't happen.

WLOM (90.5 FM) was a radio station licensed to the community of Somers Point, New Jersey. The station went on the air with a Contemporary Christian Music format on October 22, 2000. As WXGN, original licensee Joy Broadcasting, Inc. was granted the original construction permit on February 9, 1996.Effective August 17, 2020, Joy Broadcasting sold WXGN to Hope Christian Church of Marlton, who began broadcasting their "Hope FM" Christian radio format. The station changed its call sign to WLOM on August 24, 2020. On July 26, 2021, Hope Christian Church surrendered the WLOM license for cancellation. Simultaneously, it filed to upgrade another Hope FM transmitter, WWFP in Brigantine.

WXGN-LP (92.7 FM, "Truth That Rocks") is a radio station broadcasting a Christian radio format. Licensed to serve Ocean City, New Jersey, United States, the station is currently owned by Joy Broadcasting, Inc.

Thomas Beesley Sr. House is located in the Beesley's Point section of Upper Township, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The house was built in 1816 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 17, 1992.

Ocean City Residential Historic District consists of 169 properties, dating back to the 1880s, located in Ocean City, New Jersey. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 20, 2003.

The Great Egg Harbor Bridge is a series of four bridges along the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey, with tolls collected in the southbound direction. It crosses the Great Egg Harbor Bay, connecting Upper Township, in Cape May County to Somers Point in Atlantic County. The bridge crosses over a section of Egg Harbor Township, and Drag Island. It carries a portion of U.S. Route 9.

Gillian's Wonderland Pier is a historic amusement park founded in 1929 by David Gillian, who first came to Ocean City in 1914. It is located near the beginning of the commercial boardwalk on 6th street. Gillians is generally considered to be an institution of Ocean City, with grand openings and pre-season sales for the location historically having drawn crowds multiple blocks long, and employs many local youths during the summer, and in more recent years, many Eastern European workers.

The Ocean City School District is a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade from Ocean City, in Cape May County, New Jersey. As of the 2020–21 school year, the district, comprised of three schools, had an enrollment of 2,056 students and 220.4 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.3:1.Public school students from Corbin City, Longport, Sea Isle City and Upper Township attend Ocean City High School for ninth through twelfth grades as part of sending/receiving relationships with their respective school districts.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "DE", the fifth-highest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. Ocean City High School (OCHS) is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in Ocean City, in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades as the lone secondary school of the Ocean City School District. Students from the Corbin City, Longport, Sea Isle City and Upper Township school districts attend Ocean City High School as part of sending/receiving relationships.As of the 2021–2022 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,231 students and 126.4 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.7:1. There were 91 students (7.4% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 27 (2.2% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.As of 2015 about 60% of students in Ocean City High School were from Upper Township.The school is fully accredited by the New Jersey Department of Education.

Carey Stadium is an open-air multi-purpose stadium located just off the boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey. The stadium is primarily used by the Ocean City School District for Ocean City High School's football, soccer, and lacrosse teams. Carey Stadium is also known as the home field for the Ocean City Nor'easters (formerly named Ocean City Barons) of the USL League Two. The club has called the stadium home since 2005. In 2016, the stadium's natural grass field was replaced with a new FieldTurf surface made of all-natural cork fill instead of crumb rubber. The stadium's nickname "The Beach House" was coined during the Nor'easters' 2005 season by the team's play-by-play announcer Josh Hakala. Since joining USL League Two in 2003, the Nor'easters have had the fourth-best home record of any team in the league.Carey Stadium is located a little more than 200 meters from the Atlantic Ocean, only one minor league sports team in the country plays closer to an ocean than the Nor'easters do.
