Danyang Road station

The Yangshupu Waterworks (Chinese: 杨树浦水厂) is a waterworks built in 1883, and located at 830 Yangshupu Road (杨树浦路830号) in the district of Yangpu, Shanghai, China. The waterworks was the first of its kind to be built in China and provided running water for the first time to some of the cities' residents. It belongs to the Shanghai Water Company and occupies a site of 32 acres and has four major lines of tap water allowing for a maximum capacity of around 1.5 million cubic metres a day. In 2009 it supplied 400 million cubic metres of water, about 20% of the total water supply of Shanghai. In 2013, the site was designated as a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level by the State Council of China, one of 28 sites in Shanghai. The site is also of importance due to the effect it had on China's early modern industries in the 1880s and 1890s, with many factories being built around the waterworks providing electricity, gas, vehicles and textiles. It is regarded as the birthplace of China's modern industry by the Shanghai municipal government. Furthermore, the site is protected due to its unique architecture. To the east and west of the waterworks used to lie the docks. The waterworks lie to the south west of the Yangshupu Power Station.

Yangpu District is one of the 16 districts of Shanghai. It is located in northeastern part of downtown Shanghai, bordering the Huangpu River on the east and south, Hongkou District on the west, and Baoshan District on the north. The southern part of Yangpu District is 4 km (2.5 mi) away from the Bund, a major tourist attraction. It is predominantly composed of residential communities, with a total area of 60.61 km2 (23.40 sq mi) and a population of 1.313 million as of 2010. The district administers 12 subdistricts.

Pingliang Road (Chinese: 平凉路; pinyin: Píngliáng Lù) is a Shanghai Metro station taht is located on Line 18 within Yangpu District, Shanghai. Located at the intersection of Pingliang Road and Jiangpu Road, the station opened on December 30, 2021 at the northern segment of Line 18 between South Changjiang Road and Yuqiao stations, which includes Pingliang Road station.

Yangshupu Road (simplified Chinese: 杨树浦路; traditional Chinese: 楊樹浦路; pinyin: Yángshùpǔ Lù) is a station on Shanghai Metro Line 4. It is located along Dalian Road (大连路) at its intersection with Yangshupu Road, in the Yangpu District of Shanghai, and is the first station on Line 4 in Puxi travelling counter-clockwise after crossing the Huangpu River from Pudong. Service began at this station on 31 December 2005.

Yuanshen Road (Chinese: 源深路) is a station that is part of Line 14 of the Shanghai Metro. Located at the intersection of Yuanshen Road and Pudong Avenue in Pudong, the station opened with the rest of Line 14 on December 30, 2021.

Changyi Road (Chinese: 昌邑路) is part of an interchange station of Lines 14 and 18 of the Shanghai Metro. Located at the intersection of Minsheng Road and Pudong Avenue in Pudong, Shanghai, the station opened on December 30, 2021, when both lines began operations. Its name is taken from the adjacent parallel street just north of the station, Changyi Road. It's one of the featured stations of the two lines, with tree-like structures and changing color lights, attracting passengers to take photos.

Jiangpu Park (simplified Chinese: 江浦公园; traditional Chinese: 江浦公園; pinyin: Jiāngpǔ Gōngyuán) is an interchange station. The station began operations when Line 12 opened on December 29, 2013, followed by Line 18 on December 30, 2021.

Daqiao Subdistrict (simplified Chinese: 大桥街道; traditional Chinese: 大橋街道; pinyin: Dàqiáo Jiēdào; Shanghainese: du3jiau1 ka1dau2) is a subdistrict of Yangpu District, Shanghai. As of 2018, it has 29 residential communities (居委会) under its administration.

Ningguo Road (simplified Chinese: 宁国路; traditional Chinese: 寧國路; pinyin: Níngguó Lù) is a Shanghai Metro station located on Line 12 in Yangpu District, Shanghai. Located at the intersection of Changyang Road and Ningguo Road, the station opened on 29 December 2013, as part of an initial fifteen station-long segment of Line 12 between Tiantong Road and Jinhai Road stations.

The International Ocean Shipping Building (Chinese: 国际航运金融大厦) is a 50-floor 232 meter (762 foot) tall skyscraper completed in 2000 located in Shanghai, China. Part of the building is occupied by the Novotel Atlantis Pudong Shanghai hotel, with 303 guest rooms. The 50th floor is home to a revolving restaurant.

The Tilanqiao Prison (Chinese: 提篮桥监狱), formerly known as the Ward Road Gaol or Shanghai Municipal Gaol, is a former prison in Hongkou District of Shanghai, China. Originally built in the foreign-controlled Shanghai International Settlement, following the Chinese Revolution it run by the Chinese Ministry of Public Security. Throughout the first forty or so years of its life it was the largest prison in the world and earned a reputation as the "Alcatraz of the Orient".

Pudong Avenue (simplified Chinese: 浦东大道; traditional Chinese: 浦東大道; pinyin: Pǔdōng Dàdào) is the name of a station on Line 4 and Line 14 of the Shanghai Metro. It is the first station on Line 4 in Pudong travelling clockwise after crossing the Huangpu River from Puxi. Service began at this station on 31 December 2005. It later became an interchange station on December 30, 2021 after the opening of Line 14.
