Fleischmanns is a village within the town of Middletown in Delaware County, New York, United States. The population was 351 at the 2010 census. It is named after Charles Louis Fleischmann, a Hungarian Jewish manufacturer.

The Skene Memorial Library is located on Main Street in Fleischmanns, New York, United States. It is also used as the village hall. The frame building, combining elements of the Queen Anne and Shingle architectural styles, dates to the early 20th century. Its exterior incorporates aspects of local train station architecture.It was built by the widow of prominent gynecologist Alexander Skene, who summered in the area, and had founded the library several years before. In addition to her own contributions and contributions from villagers, she raised money from Andrew Carnegie, making it one of the many Carnegie libraries. Later it was deeded to the village. In 2001 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The library currently features a collection of books on the Catskills and Hudson River region among its 15,000 volumes.

Maxbilt Theatre is a historic theater located at Fleischmanns, Delaware County, New York. It was built in 1929, and is a two-story, brick, concrete block, and stucco building. It measures 65 feet wide and 185 feet deep, and consists of three sections: a five-bay by three-bay main block, (housing the lobby, storefronts, projector rooms and apartments above), a large auditorium (housing the theater), and a one-story, rectangular concrete block rear section. It is an intact example of a small regional theater built during the heyday of the Catskills resort era.: 5 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Congregation Bnai Israel Synagogue is a Conservative synagogue located on Wagner Avenue in Fleischmanns, New York, in the United States. The wooden building dates from the 1920s, built two years after local farmers founded the congregation. Originally an Orthodox synagogue, it has since become Conservative. It is the only synagogue in the Catskills with an exposed truss roof. In 2002, the synagogue was added to the National Register of Historic Places, after a multi-year effort by Bernard Rosenberg, the descendant of a founding member. Congregation Bnai Israel Synagogue is the only synagogue in Delaware County to be listed.

The station at Fleischmanns, New York, MP 44.1 of the Ulster and Delaware Railroad, was originally called Griffin's Corners station, as that was the town's original name. It was situated on a hill high above the busy town, and, like the town, was always very busy itself. Changes were made to the station when the New York Central purchased the line in 1932; a room was added on, and a chimney and a lookout room on the second floor were removed. The New York Central continued passenger service into the early 1950s, discontinuing it by early 1954. It survived even afterwards, but all that remains now is a freight house, which is used by the Delaware and Ulster Railroad.

Amelita Galli-Curci Estate, also known as Sul Monte, is a historic country estate located near Fleischmanns, New York, straddling the boundaries of Delaware County and Ulster County, New York. The architect Harrie T. Lindeberg (1879–1959) designed it as a country home for Italian operatic soprano Amelita Galli-Curci (1882–1963). The estate has seven contributing buildings and two contributing structures. The main house, built in 1922, is large and rambling, two-stories high, with multiple wings that wrap around a central courtyard. The structure is wood-frame construction sitting on a concrete foundation, its walls clad in variegated stone, stucco and wood, and its steeply-pitched roof clad with cedar shingles. Other contributing buildings and structures include the swimming pool, stone gateposts, sheds, caretaker's cottage and dairy barn. Galli-Curci sold the estate in 1937.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Monka Hill is a mountain located in the Catskill Mountains of New York north-northwest of Pine Hill. Monka Hill is located east of Rose Mountain.

The Grand Hotel was a hotel located in Highmount, New York. It was built by the Ulster and Delaware Railroad in 1881 and closed in 1966. J. A. Wood was the building's architect. Sitting on the side of Monka Hill, it had 418 rooms overlooking the Big Indian Valley towards Slide Mountain.
