London (Pioneer Airpark) Aerodrome (TC LID: CPN8) is located 5.7 nautical miles (10.6 km; 6.6 mi) north northeast of London, Ontario, Canada.

Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School is a Roman Catholic co-educational secondary school in London, Ontario, Canada. It was established in 2000 and is the largest secondary school in the London District Catholic School Board.

London North Centre is an electoral district in the province of Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 1999. London North Centre was created from London North to match the federal riding in 1996. Its population in 2006 was 115,250 and the average family income was $71,995.

Medway Creek is a tributary of the Thames River in southwestern Ontario, Canada, draining into the North branch of the Thames at the University of Western Ontario. Medway Creek runs a 214 km watercourse, providing a 205 km2 watershed, the majority of which is Middlesex county farmland. The Creek begins just north of Elginfield Rd (Highway #7), just east of Lucan, Ontario. Tributaries that flow into Medway Creek include Cook Drain, Elginfield Drain, Edgewood Drain, White-Fitzgerald Drain, Risdon Drain, Mills-Guest Drain, Colbert Drain and Snake Creek. 30% of the watercourse is natural, while 49% is channeled; the final 21% is buried in tile drains. The Creek drains just after running through the Medway Heritage Forest in Northwest London, which is one of the few wooded areas that still hides the creek from housing development or farmland. Traveling north on Highway #4 (Richmond St.), one can plainly see the creek's wandering path, as it frequently crosses the road. However, 34% of the riparian zone, a 30-metre buffer on each side of the creek, is in permanent vegetation (forest and meadows).

A.B. Lucas Secondary School is a secondary school located at the northern end of London, Ontario, Canada. The school was named after A.B. Lucas, who was recognized for his contribution to education in London. In April 1962, Hugh Murray became the first principal. He commissioned lieutenants Terry Ferris, Jim Wylie, Don Epplet, Phil Sparling, Don Carson, Charlie Belchamber, Alex Shamas, Alan Williams, Ed Hancox and Fred Hickman. During the next few months, these men recruited more staff, acquired equipment and supplies and arranged programs. During the years 1962–1963 some 60 north-Londoners traveled daily to Westminster Secondary School in the west end of the city. But by September 1963 the doors were opened to the first Viking recruits in grades 9, 10, and 11. The premier of Ontario, Mr. John Robarts, officially opened the school on October 25, 1963.

Uplands is a neighbourhood in the City of London, Ontario, Canada. The neighbourhood is located in the northern part of the city. Almost all of its residents live in low-density, single detached dwellings. As of 2011, the area is home to 7,835 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a middle to upper-income area, with an average family income of $128,806 an average dwelling value of $371,210 and a home ownership rate of 85%.

Fanshawe Lake, is a small man-made lake east of London, Ontario. It is fed by the Thames River from the north, and is separated from the river to the southwest by Fanshawe Dam. The Lake is a popular choice for boaters during the summer months, and also features many low flying aircraft, as the lake is used to line up approaches for aircraft landing in the airport to the south. The reservoir was closed to swimming in 2009 due to the presence of blue/green algae.Fanshawe Lake is a popular rowing venue, hosting several regattas throughout the year, the lake is home to the London Training Centre for Canada's women's national rowing team, the University of Western Ontario's rowing team and Western-Middlesex Rowing Club. The Fanshawe Lake trail also surrounds the lake, a 22–25 km dirt path that is popular for mountain biking, trail running, and hiking. The path is known for providing scenic views of the lake from different vantage points.

Montcalm Secondary School is a comprehensive "Technology Emphasis" secondary school located in northeast London, Ontario, Canada. The school provides a range of programs for all students. Student population is roughly 800.

The Gibbons Lodge, also known as the President's House or the Helen Gibbons House, is a residence for the University of Western Ontario's president located in the neighbourhood of Uplands in London, Ontario, Canada. The residence is located on a 18-hectare (44.5-acre) property which borders Richmond Street and overlooks the University of Western Ontario. Helen Gibbons daughter of a prominent lawyer, Sir George C. Gibbons purchased the property in 1928. The house was built in 1932 by a local builder, Charles Oram. After Miss. Gibbons death (1960), the house was donated to The University of Western Ontario’s Board of Governors, and the surrounding land purchased in 1961 by the University for $150,000. The mansion has served as University of Western Ontario president's residence since the property was purchased in 1960.

Fanshawe Dam is a dam located on North Thames River near the eastern edge of London, Ontario. The crest of the dam is 625 metres long. It is 30.5 metres in height and drops the river surface 12 metres. Fanshawe Lake is the reservoir created by the dam. The hydroelectric generator of the Fanshawe Dam generates enough power to run 400 households. It is one of three dams on the Thames River and its tributaries. After repeated floods, the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority built the dam to control the level of the Thames River; construction began in 1950 and completed in 1952. It cost $5 million - Federal government 37.5%, Provincial government 37.5%, Upper Thames River Conservation Authority 25% (95% from City of London, Ontario, 5% from London Township). A seismograph is placed inside the dam by the University of Western Ontario’s geology department.

Masonville Place (known locally as Masonville or Masonville Mall, and corporately styled as CF Masonville Place) is a two-storey regional shopping mall located in London, Ontario, Canada, at the southeast corner of Fanshawe Park Road and Richmond Street. The mall contains over 130 stores, several restaurants, and a food court. Masonville Place is anchored by several large retailers including Hudson's Bay, Zara, H&M, Sport Chek/Atmosphere, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Cineplex Cinemas has two locations at the shopping mall, the SilverCity / IMAX theatres, and The Rec Room, an adult-centred entertainment facility featuring food, drink, arcade games and axe-throwing. Masonville Place opened on January 2, 1985. It was the third multi-level shopping centre to open in London, after Westmount Mall and White Oaks Mall. It was anchored by Sears, Eaton's, and Loblaws, although Loblaws opened on its own in late 1984, preceding the building of the rest of the mall.

Huron Heights is a neighbourhood in the City of London, Ontario, Canada. Located in the northeast part of the city, development began around 1960 and continued to the late 1960s in four distinct phases (one of which was commonly known as Huron Village), and included three public elementary schools, and provided students to one Catholic elementary in the area and one public secondary school just northwest of the development. A large commercial plaza with anchor grocery and department stores was developed at the west edge, and a neighbourhood plaza was developed in the central part. A city arena was built and later supplemented with a public swimming pool. Huron Heights consists mostly of low-density, single detached dwellings. As of 2011, the area is home to 19,470 residents. Most of the neighbourhood is considered a lower-income area with an average family income of $71,288, an average dwelling value of $231,279 and a home ownership rate of 57%.It also is home to thousands of students residents from Fanshawe College and the University of Western Ontario.
