Tin Shui Wai New Town is a satellite town in the northwestern New Territories of Hong Kong. Originally a gei wai (基圍) fish pond area, it was developed in the 1980s as the second new town in Yuen Long District and the eighth in Hong Kong. It is 25 kilometres (16 mi) due northwest of Central, the main business area in the territory, on land reclaimed from low-lying areas south of Deep Bay, next to historic Ping Shan. The population was 292,000 in 2014, while the total projected population for when the town is fully built-out is about 306,000.

Tin Wing stop

Tin Wing (Chinese: 天榮) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level beside Tin Shing Road in Tin Shui Wai Town Centre, Yuen Long District. It began service on 26 March 1995 and belongs to Zone 4.

SPHRC Kung Yik She Secondary School

Shap Pat Heung Rural Committee Kung Yik She Secondary School is an aided Hong Kong secondary school founded in September 1996. Located at Tin Shing Road in Tin Shui Wai, it is the only secondary school established by Shap Pat Heung Rural Committee. Since the retirement of then-principal Yeung Ng Wai-chun, Liu Siu-lin has been the principal of the school.

Tin Chung Court

Tin Chung Court (Chinese: 天頌苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Tin Wah Estate, Light Rail Chestwood stop and Tin Shui Wai Park. It comprises 15 residential blocks completed in 1999 and 2002 respectively.

Chestwood (Chinese: 翠湖) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level at the centre of Tin Wing Road, between Chestwood Court, Kingswood Villas Phase III, and Tin Chung Court, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. It began service on 26 March 1995 and belongs to Zone 4.

Tin Yuet stop

Tin Yuet (Chinese: 天悅) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level at the centre of Tin Shing Road, between Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Ching Estate, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. It began service on 7 December 2003 and belongs to Zone 5A. It serves Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Ching Estate.

Kingswood Villas

Kingswood Villas (Chinese: 嘉湖山莊) is a private housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong. It has a total of 58 residential blocks and 15,808 units in six phases. It is the first private housing estate in Tin Shui Wai and one of the largest private housing estates in Hong Kong. It was developed by Cheung Kong Holdings from 1991 to 1999.

Tin Yuet Estate (Chinese: 天悅邨) is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Tin Yuet stop. It consists of six residential buildings completed in 2000 and 2002 respectively.

Tin Ching Estate (Chinese: 天晴邨) is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Tin Yuet stop. It is divided into two phases and consists of seven residential buildings completed in 2008 and 2010 respectively.

HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College

The HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College (Chinese: 香港青年協會李兆基書院) is a Hong Kong Secondary School located in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories. Founded in 2006, it was the second school in Tin Shui Wai sponsored by HKFYG and funded by Lee Shau-kee, the first being the HKFYG Lee Shau Kee Primary School.

Tin Shui Wai Park (Chinese: 天水圍公園) is the central park of Tin Shui Wai New Town, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located alongside the Tin Shui Wai Sports Ground.

Ginza stop

Ginza (Chinese: 銀座) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level in the centre of Tin Shing Road in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. It began service on 7 December 2003 and belongs to Zone 4. It is the only station on the MTR network with a Japanese name, and it is one of the two Light Rail stops with announcements in Mandarin Chinese.The stop is near ＋WOO (Formerly Kingswood Ginza, which gave the name of this stop) and Kingswood Villas Phase 4.
