Al Luqta

Lebday (Arabic: لبديع; also spelled as Libdayya) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Al Rayyan.In the 2015 census, it was listed as a district of zone no. 52 which has a population of 18,433 and also includes Al Shagub, Old Al Rayyan, Fereej Al Zaeem, and Al Luqta.It borders Old Al Rayyan to the west and south, Al Messila and Madinat Khalifa South in Doha to the east, and Al Luqta to the north.

Al Rayyan Al Qadeem station is a station on the Doha Metro's Green Line. It serves the municipality of Al Rayyan, specifically Old Al Rayyan, Lebday, and other suburbs of Al Rayyan City. It is found on Al Rayyan Al Qadeem Street in the Lebday district.The station currently has no metrolinks. Facilities on the premises include restrooms and a prayer room.

Al Shaqab station is a station on the Doha Metro's Green Line. Contrary to its name, the station is located on Huwar Street in Old Al Rayyan, but is near the border with Al Shaqab (also spelled "Al Shagub"). It serves the municipality of Al Rayyan, specifically Education City, Al Shaqab, Old Al Rayyan, Al Luqta and the suburb of Ain Al Rakheesa.The station currently has no metrolinks. Facilities on the premises include restrooms and a prayer room.

Madinat Khalifa South (Arabic: مدينه خليفه الجنوبيه, romanized: Madīnat Khalīfah al Janūbīyah) is a north-western district of Doha, Qatar. It is one of the two sections of Madinat Khalifa, the other being Madinat Khalifa North. The district was constructed in the 1970s by the Emir of Qatar at the time, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, primarily to serve as a residential district for Qatari families. Shortages of affordable housing in the district have fueled illegal construction practices such as constructing additional floors.

Education City Mosque (QFIS Mosque; Arabic: مسجد المدينة التعليمية), is the national mosque of Education City Al Rayyan in Qatar. It is located in the Minaretein building, which rests on five large columns representing the five pillars of Islam, with each featuring a verse drawn from the Quran. In 2016, the building was nominated by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) for its inaugural international prize. In 2015, it won the Best Religious Building prize at the World Architecture Festival (WAF) in Singapore. The mosque was designed by the architectural team of Mangera Yvars.

Zone 28 is a zone of the municipality of Ad Dawhah in the state of Qatar. The main districts recorded in the 2015 population census were Madinat Khalifa North and Dahl Al Hamam.

Madinat Khalifa North (Arabic: مدينه خليفه الشماليه, romanized: Madīnat Khalīfah ash Shamālīyah) is a north-western district of Doha, Qatar. It is one of the two sections of Madinat Khalifa, the other being Madinat Khalifa South. The district was constructed in the 1970s by the Emir of Qatar at the time, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, primarily to serve as a residential district for Qatari families.The district is situated between the adjacent city of Al Rayyan and downtown Doha.

Al Messila (Arabic: المسيلة) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Doha. For the most part, large gated compounds and schools occupy this district. It shares its western border with Lebday and Old Al Rayyan in Al Rayyan Municipality.

The Miraculous Journey (2005 to 2013) is a series of 14 bronze sculptures by the artist Damien Hirst. The sculptures are situated outside the Sidra Medical and Research Center in Doha, Qatar. The sculptures show the development of a human foetus in the womb, ending with a 46 feet (14 m) tall sculpture of a baby boy. Hirst said that his fascination with childbirth began after the birth of his own children, saying that "Everyone talks about our life's journey, but we have a whole journey before you're born". The work was originally unveiled in 2013, but was covered up until November 2018. At its 2013 unveiling each sculpture was covered with a balloon that slowly opened to reveal each piece. The intermediate sculptures vary from 5 metres (16 ft) to 11 metres (36 ft) in height and collectively weigh 216 tonnes, with the final piece reaching a height of 14 metres (46 ft). The piece is believed to have cost $20 million. The chairperson of Qatar Museums, Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, visited Hirst's studio in Gloucestershire, England, and was shown drawings from 2005 that Hirst had made of prenatal development. Hirst had intended them to be monumental sculptures, and Al-Mayassa imagined situating them in front of the Sidra Medical Center.

Landmark Mall is a shopping mall located in Al Gharrafa in Doha, Qatar.

Sidra Medicine is a 400-bed women's and children's hospital, medical education and biomedical research center in Doha, Qatar. The hospital first opened its outpatient facility in 2016, followed by its inpatient hospital in January 2018.

Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions at Qatar (DHSHP@Q in short) is a private international middle and secondary school in Doha, Qatar. It is modeled after the original school in Houston, Texas of the same name. Named after Michael E. DeBakey, the school opened in September 2008. Debakey offers education from grades 5 through 12. The school's structure has the 8th Grade Academy to prepare students for the high school levels. The curriculum is based on United States school coursework with Advanced Placement classes. The school's classes is taught in the English language. Vouchers accommodate low income students. The Houston Chronicle stated that the school attracted Qataris, Arab and American expatriates. The school is located in Al Messila and is close to the Hamad Medical Center.
