Shanghai East railway station (simplified Chinese: 上海东站; traditional Chinese: 上海東站; pinyin: Shànghǎi Dōngzhàn) is a planned new station in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai. It will be located beside Shanghai Pudong International Airport, forming a future major intermodal passenger transport hub. Shanghai East Railway Station is expected to be completed and put into operation within 2024.

Nanhui District (simplified Chinese: 南汇区; traditional Chinese: 南匯區; pinyin: Nánhuì Qū; lit. 'South-confluence District'), formerly romanized as Nanhwei, was a district of Shanghai until it was merged into Pudong New Area in May 2009. It had a land area of about 809.5 km2 (312.5 sq mi) and a 59.5 km (37.0 mi) coastline. The population of Nanhui was 975,017 as of August 2006. On May 6, 2009, it was announced that the State Council of China had approved the proposal to merge Nanhui District into Pudong, which is also a district of Shanghai.

Lingkong Road (Chinese: 凌空路; pinyin: Língkōng Lù) is a station on Line 2 of the Shanghai Metro in the town of Chuanshaxin, Pudong. This station is part of the eastward extension from Guanglan Road to Pudong International Airport that opened on 8 April 2010.

Liuzao (Chinese: 六灶; pinyin: Liùzào; Shanghainese: loh4tsau3) is a town in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, located about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) west of Shanghai Pudong International Airport and more than 20 km (12 mi) southeast of Lujiazui. As of 2011, it has 2 residential communities (居委会) and 10 villages under its administration.

Huinan (Chinese: 惠南; pinyin: Huìnán) is a station on Line 16 of the Shanghai Metro in Pudong, Shanghai. It opened on 29 December 2013 as part of the first section of Line 16 from Luoshan Road to Dishui Lake.

Chuansha (Chinese: 川沙; pinyin: Chuānshā) is a station on Line 2 of the Shanghai Metro, located in the town of Chuanxinsha, Pudong. This station is part of the eastward extension from Guanglan Road to Pudong International Airport that opened on 8 April 2010.

Chuansha County (simplified Chinese: 川沙县; traditional Chinese: 川沙縣; pinyin: Chuānshā Xiàn, was a county located in the east of Shanghai until it was fully absorbed by the previously split Pudong New Area in 1993.

Disney Resort (Chinese: 迪士尼; pinyin: Díshìní) is a station on Line 11 of the Shanghai Metro in Shanghai's Pudong New Area. Located within the Shanghai Disney Resort complex, it serves as the eastern terminus of Line 11 and also a transportation hub for travel to and within the resort area. The station opened on April 26, 2016, and is known for its design, including a blue color scheme, fantasy elements, and skylight roof, and is fully accessible.

East Huaxia Road (simplified Chinese: 华夏东路; traditional Chinese: 華夏東路; pinyin: Huáxià Dōng Lù) is a station on Line 2 of the Shanghai Metro. Located along the Huaxia Elevated Road, it is between the Middle Chuangxin Road and Chuansha stations on Line 2. It came into operation on April 8, 2010 as part of an eastward extension from Guanglan Road to Pudong International Airport.

Shanghai Disneyland Hotel is one of two hotels located within Shanghai Disney Resort. The hotel is in the Art Nouveau style, with Disney theming. The hotel is located across Wishing Star Lake from Shanghai Disneyland Park.

Disneytown is a shopping, dining, and entertainment complex at the Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai, China. It is the Shanghai Disney Resort equivalent of the Downtown Disney complex at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California; Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida; Ikspiari at Tokyo Disney Resort, and Disney Village at Disneyland Paris, France. Disneytown is located near the two hotel resorts and Shanghai Disneyland Park. Along with dining and shops, the complex features the Walt Disney Grand Theatre, an Art Deco theatre that hosts the Mandarin Broadway version of The Lion King.There are numerous restaurants to choose from, from Blue Frog, to Coconut Paradise. The award-winning Crystal Jade offers a Chinese menu, and there is even a trendy bar by the name of Kokio Gastrobar where parents can relax after a long day in the park. At the heart of Disneytown is the Marketplace – with specialty shops with Disney merchandise, musicians and entertainers. Next to the Marketplace is an area called Spice Alley, offering a variety of Asian cuisine. Also near Disneytown is the resort's central lake area. The area includes a walking path and various gardens.

Shanghai Disneyland (Chinese: 上海迪士尼乐园; Pinyin: Shànghǎi díshìní lèyuán, Shanghainese: Zaon-he Diq-zy-nyi Loq-yoe) is a theme park located in Chuansha New Town, Pudong, Shanghai, China, that is part of the Shanghai Disney Resort. The park is operated by Disney Parks, Experiences and Products and Shanghai Shendi Group, through a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company and Shendi. Construction began on April 8, 2011. The park opened on June 16, 2016. The park operated in its first half-year with a visitor attendance of 5.60 million guests.The park covers an area of 3.9 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi), costing 24.5 billion RMB, with Shendi group holding 57% and Disney holding the remaining 43%. The park currently has eight themed areas: Mickey Avenue, Gardens of Imagination, Fantasyland, Treasure Cove, Adventure Isle, Tomorrowland, Toy Story Land, and Zootopia.
