Twin Cities Academy (TCA) is a charter middle and high school including sixth grade in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. Twin Cities Academy established a high school in 2006.

The Bruce Vento Regional Trail is a rail trail in the cities of Vadnais Heights, Gem Lake, Maplewood, and Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA. The trail occupies an abandoned Burlington Northern Railroad corridor and intersects with the Gateway State Trail in Maplewood and continues to just east of Lake Phalen in Saint Paul. South of the lake, it continues along Phalen Boulevard and through Swede Hollow to its terminus near Seventh Street. Another spur off of Phalen Boulevard continues west, going over a long bridge that crosses very active railroad tracks, and terminates at Interstate 35E. The trail is approximately seven miles (11 km) long from its northern end just north of Interstate 694 to the southern terminus near Seventh Street and Payne Avenue. The extension along Phalen Boulevard is 1.3 miles (2.1 km). Most of the trail was built in the late 1990s. The section along Phalen Boulevard was paved in late 2005. The trail leads through an abandoned rail corridor and is mostly off the road. In some places it goes through residential neighborhoods. There are some views of Lake Phalen through the trees. The section in Swede Hollow is particularly scenic where it runs through a ravine except for the presence of out-of-scale billboards. The south end of the trail features the Seventh Street Improvement Arches. This is a historic bridge built to carry the St. Paul and Duluth Railroad underneath Seventh Street. North beyond this are abandoned factories that belong to 3M. The Phalen Boulevard extension goes through more industrial and office areas, but at the top of the bridge over Westminster Junction, there is a historical exhibit with descriptions of how the railroads developed along with the city. The trail is named for U.S. Representative Bruce Vento. This former Burlington Northern Railroad corridor was formerly used by the Northern Pacific Railway and was originally built as the St. Paul and Duluth Railroad.

Harding Senior High School is a public comprehensive high school located on the East Side of Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. The school is one of the nine high schools in the Saint Paul Public School District and is the largest high school in the city of Saint Paul, with enrollment at approximately 1,908. The school was opened in 1926 as the second high school on the East Side, after Johnson Senior High School. Harding is part of the IB Diploma Programme. Harding is a member of the Minnesota State High School League and the athletic teams compete in the Saint Paul City Conference.

Dayton's Bluff is a neighborhood located on the east side of the Mississippi River in the southeast part of the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota which has a large residential district on the plateau extending backward from its top. The name of the bluff commemorates Lyman Dayton, for whom a city in Hennepin County was also named. On the edge of the southern and highest part of Dayton's Bluff, in Indian Mounds Park, is a series of seven large aboriginal mounds, 4 to 18 feet (1.2 to 5.5 m) high, that overlook the river and the central part of the city.

Lake Phalen is an urban lake located in Saint Paul, Minnesota and in its suburb of Maplewood. It is one of the largest lakes in Saint Paul and is the centerpiece of the Phalen Regional Park System. The lake drains into the Mississippi River after traveling through Phalen Creek. The lake and surrounding 494-acre (2.00 km2) park receive around 500,000 visitors each year.

The Church of Saint Casimir is a Roman Catholic church building built in 1904 in the Beaux-Arts style in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The church was founded to serve the needs of Polish American immigrants.

The 3M Administration Building was the corporate headquarters of 3M in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, from 1940 to 1962. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its national significance in commerce, industry, and invention, and its local significance in architecture. The building reflects the corporation's success in the 1930s and continued rise to international prominence in the 1940s and 50s through its commitment to research, product development, and product diversification. The building is also a distinctive example of Moderne architecture within Saint Paul.

The Giesen–Hauser House (also known as the Gregory & Nancy Ward Residence) is a historic house located at 827 Mound Street in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Indian Mounds Regional Park is a public park in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, featuring six burial mounds overlooking the Mississippi River. The oldest mounds were constructed beginning about 2,500 years ago by local Indigenous people linked to the Archaic period, who may have been inspired by of the burial style known as the Hopewell Tradition. Mdewakanton Dakota people are also known from historic documents to have interred their dead here well into the historic period. At least 31 mounds were destroyed by development in the late 19th century. This burial mound group includes the tallest mounds constructed by people Indigenous to in Minnesota and Wisconsin (except for the unique 45-foot (14 m) Grand Mound outside International Falls, Minnesota). Indian Mounds Regional Park is a component of the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area, a unit of the National Park System. In 2014, the extant Mounds Group was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The nomination document provides a description of the archaeology and the context. Euclid View Flats is a historic apartment building in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, constructed 1894–1895. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its local significance in architecture. Euclid View Flats is a sophisticated early example of an apartment building designed to attract the middle class. Prior to the 1890s, multi-family housing in the United States was overwhelmingly in the form of tenements catering to the poor. Euclid View Flats provided an acceptable alternative to the single-family houses that dominated middle-class residential options in Saint Paul and the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood in particular. In addition to representing a change in housing preferences, the building reveals in its transitional architecture a shift from the highly ornamented Queen Anne style to the more restrained Romanesque Revival style during the same period.Euclid View Flats is currently being rehabilitated, with plans to offer all 12 units as affordable housing. The building had fallen into some disrepair and was then vacant beginning in 2010.

The Schornstein Grocery and Saloon is a commercial/residential building in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1884 for $5,000 in the French Second Empire style, this Dayton's Bluff business was designed by architect Augustus F. Gauger (1852-1929). It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.It was built by William Schornstein, "a prominent member of the local German American community," who lived on the premises with his wife Wilhelmina from 1885–1920, running a grocery and saloon. "The establishment was especially popular among the area’s German-Americans and there was a large hall on the third floor for meetings and special events."
