Temple Stadium

Errny Field is a baseball field at Mount Pleasant Avenue and Michener Street in the West Oak Lane neighborhood of Philadelphia. It is adjacent to the former site of Temple Stadium. Erny Field was the home field of the Arcadia University baseball team from 2004 until 2017. The Temple University baseball team played its home games at the baseball field from 1927 until 2003. The field is named for Charles Erny (1889-1963) a benefactor of Temple University and its athletic program.

Cedarbrook is a neighborhood located in the Northwest section of the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The Ivy Hill neighborhood comprises roughly the northwestern half of Cedarbrook. Ivy Hill Cemetery (established 1867) forms the geographic heart of the neighborhood. (The neighborhood most likely takes its name from the cemetery [rather than vice versa], as the area was woods and farmland when the cemetery was established.) Ivy Hill Road is sometimes mistakenly restyled as "Ivyhill Road"—most notably on its own newest street signs.

Cedarbrook is located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Route 309 and Greenwood Avenue, just over the city line of Philadelphia. Cedarbrook is home to the Cedarbrook Shopping Center, a major shopping attraction for many Cheltenham Township and North Philadelphia shoppers.

Holy Sepulchre Cemetery is a Catholic cemetery owned by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia and located in Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania. It has a Philadelphia mailing address, 3301 West Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but the grounds are in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County. It was established in 1894 and is managed by StonMor Partners.The cemetery contains a large bronze statue of Christ created by J. Otto Schweizer in 1949. The statue depicts Christ with his hands raised in a blessing and is named "Benediction".

Greenleaf at Cheltenham, formerly Cheltenham Square Mall, is an outdoor shopping center and former enclosed shopping mall along Cheltenham Avenue between Ogontz Avenue (PA 309) and Washington Lane on the border of Philadelphia and Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania. It draws most of its customers from Northwest Philadelphia. Greenleaf at Cheltenham is anchored by Target, ShopRite, Burlington, and The Home Depot and contains smaller stores and restaurants such as Marshalls, LA Fitness, Old Navy, Panda Express, Mad Rag, KicksUSA, Oak Street Health, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Cheltenham High School is a public high school in the Wyncote neighborhood of Cheltenham Township, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, located 0.5 miles (800 m) from the border of the City of Philadelphia and 12 miles (19 km) from Center City. Serving grades 9 through 12, Cheltenham is the only high school in the School District of Cheltenham Township. It is fed by Cedarbrook Middle School, the only school in the school district for grades 7 and 8. Cheltenham High School was established in 1884 and is one of the oldest public high schools in Pennsylvania. The first location was on Ashbourne Road, and at the time of its closing in 1953, it was considered the oldest public school site in continuous use. The next building was at High School Road and Montgomery Avenue in Elkins Park. The current Cheltenham High School located at 500 Rices Mill Road in Wyncote was built in 1959. It sits on a land area of approximately 47 acres, and is bound by Route 309, Route 152, Panther Road, Rices Mill Road, Carlton Avenue, and Old Mill Road. In 2017–18 the student ethnicity was distributed as follows: 54% Black, 31% White, 8% Asian, and 5% Hispanic. The school has approximately 1400 students in grades 9 through 12, with a student-teacher ratio of about 12:1.Cheltenham's athletic teams are known as the Cheltenham Panthers and are members of the PIAA District 1 in the American Conference of the Suburban One League. They have a long-standing tradition of holding a Thanksgiving Day football game against their cross-town rival, Abington Senior High School. The rivalry celebrated its 100th year in 2015. Among the school's notable alumni are the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, his older brother Yoni Netanyahu, their class of 1964 classmate baseball Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson, talk radio host Mark Levin, 15-time Grammy Award winner Michael Brecker, and rapper Lil Dicky.

Samuel W. Pennypacker School is a historic elementary school located in the West Oak Lane neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is a part of the School District of Philadelphia. It was designed by Irwin T. Catharine and built in 1929–1930. It is a three-story, eight bay, brick building on a raised basement in a Late Gothic Revival-style. It features brick piers with terra cotta capitals, a projecting stone two-story bay, and four small towers at each corner. It was named for Pennsylvania Governor Samuel W. Pennypacker (1843-1916). It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Ivy Hill Cemetery is a public cemetery and crematorium located at 1201 Easton Road in the Cedarbrook neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Chartered in 1867, it is 80 acres in size and was originally named the Germantown and Chestnut Hill Cemetery. It was renamed Ivy Hill Cemetery in June 1871.The gatehouse is a grand gothic archway and contains a farmhouse chapel.One cremation unit was installed in 1985 and the number has been expanded to include six cremation units.One of the notable monuments in the cemetery is of Melville H. Freas. He fought in the American Civil War as a member of the 150th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment and commissioned a life-size statue of himself in his military uniform to adorn his grave.

The Grey Towers Castle is a building on the campus of Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania, which is located in Cheltenham Township, a suburb of Philadelphia, United States. The castle was designed by Horace Trumbauer and built starting in 1893 on the estate of William Welsh Harrison. The university (then known as Beaver College and located in nearby Jenkintown) purchased the estate in 1929 for $712,500, equal to $12,142,878 today. Classes were split between the two locations until 1962, when the school moved all of its operations to the Glenside area. The castle was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1985 for its architecture.

Arcadia University is a census-designated place located in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It is located just off campus at Arcadia University and off Pennsylvania Route 309. As of the 2010 census the population was 595 residents. With 10,438 people per square mile, Arcadia University is the most densely populated census-designated place in Montgomery County and 33rd most densely populated census-designated place in the U.S. It is one of only two places in Montgomery County that has over 10,000 people per square mile (the other is Conshohocken). This is attributed to the land area consisting mostly of college dormitories. Arcadia University is home to National Historic Landmark Grey Towers Castle which serves as the main administration building for Arcadia University.
