170th Street station (IND Concourse Line)

It is one of six smaller specialty high schools located on the campus of the former William H. Taft High School, which was closed in 2008 and divided into separate collocated specialty schools. The BronxCare Health System, previously known as "Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center," is a hospital in the Bronx, New York City. It was founded as the Lebanon Hospital by Jonas Weil in 1890. In 1962, Lebanon Hospital merged with Bronx Hospital, and since 2016 the combined center has served as a teaching hospital for Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

On June 30, 2017, at around 2:45 PM EDT, a doctor opened fire at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in the Bronx, New York City, United States, killing a doctor on the 17th floor and wounding six people on the 16th floor with an AR-15-type semi-automatic rifle. The shooter was later identified as 45-year-old Nigerian-born Dr. Henry Michael Bello, a family physician formerly employed by the hospital.

The Kent Theater was located on 167th street between the Grand Concourse and Sheridan Avenue in the Concourse section of The Bronx. It was opened in the 1930s and closed early 1990s. Terminator 2: Judgment Day was the last show at the theater before it was converted to a 99 cent store.

Located at the intersection of 167th Street and Grand Concourse in the Highbridge and Concourse neighborhoods of the Bronx, it is served by the D train at all times except rush hours in peak direction and the B train during rush hours.

Morrisania Hospital was a four-structure full service hospital with an 11-story main building that was built in 1926 and closed in 1976.

Mount Eden Hospital (also known as Mt. Eden Hospital or Mt. Eden General Hospital) was located in the Bronx; it was razed in 2011. The BronxCare Health and Wellness Center, an outpatient medical facility, now exists at that location.The name "Mt. Eden Hospital" is used in The Unruly Life of Woody Allen.
