Chelsea Park

The Chelsea-Elliott Houses is a combined housing project of the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), located between West 25th and 27th Streets and Ninth and Tenth Avenues in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It consists of two contiguous projects which were originally separate but have been combined for administrative purposes: the John Lovejoy Elliott Houses, named after the founder of the Hudson Guild, has four 11- and 12-story buildings which accommodate over 1400 residents in 589 apartments. The Chelsea Houses has over 1,000 residents in 426 apartments within two 21-story buildings.

The Kasmin Gallery, formerly known as the Paul Kasmin Gallery, is a New York City fine art gallery, founded in SoHo in 1989.

One Hudson Yards is a residential skyscraper at 530 West 30th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Related Companies developed the building, and it is adjacent the much larger Hudson Yards project. One Hudson Yards contains 178 apartments. The building is clad in brick, reminiscent of the industrial buildings that once occupied the site.The name "One Hudson Yards" originally referred to 55 Hudson Yards.

The Church of the Holy Apostles is an Episcopal parish located at 296 Ninth Avenue at 28th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Its historic church building was built from 1845 to 1848, and was designed by New York architect Minard Lafever. The geometric stained-glass windows were designed by William Jay Bolton. The church faces Chelsea Park across 9th Avenue. The building is a New York City landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2020, it reported 115 members, average attendance of 86, and $239,257 in plate and pledge income.

The Chelsea Recreation Center is a community center and athletic facility operated by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation in Chelsea, Manhattan. At 56,500 square feet (5,250 m2), the building is one of the largest neighborhood recreation centers in New York City, containing a 25-yard six lane pool, volleyball court, basketball court, fitness rooms, dance studios, game rooms, and a computer resource center. The center hosts a wide range of community-oriented classes and events, many of which are free to youth and older adults.

Abington House (located at, and originally known as, 500 West 30th Street) is a residential building in Chelsea, in Manhattan, New York City just outside the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project. There are 386 rental apartments at the building, located at the southwest corner of 30th Street and Tenth Avenue. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the building, and The Related Companies developed the building. There is about 7,200 square feet (670 m2) of rental space on the ground floor of the 33-story, 325 feet (99 m)-tall building; the building also has a pre-fabricated red brick facade. The building, the first to open in the area under the zoning of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project, has 78 permanent units. It started leasing in April 2014, two years after beginning construction in 2012.

520 West 28th Street, also known as the Zaha Hadid Building, is located in New York City. Designed by the architect Zaha Hadid, the building was her only residential building in New York and one of her last projects before her death. The building is located along the High Line. The building is set to have four art galleries located at street level. The building also has a sculpture platform with art curated by Friends of the High Line.

Brick House is a 16-foot (4.9 m) tall bronze bust of a black woman by Simone Leigh, installed along New York City's High Line in 2019. Another copy of the sculpture was installed at the main entrance of the University of Pennsylvania in November 2020. This statue is the first sculpture in Simone Leigh’s Anatomy of Architecture series, which combines architectural forms from varied regions with elements of the human body.The sculpture’s head is crowned with an afro framed by two asymmetric cornrow braids that each end in a cowrie shell. Meanwhile, the torso of the sculpture, 9 feet (2.7 m) in diameter, combines the form of a skirt with a clay house based on architectural styles from Africa and the southern United States. While the sculpture has traditionally Black features, it lacks a pair of eyes, which allows the identity of the sculpture to remain ambiguous so that it cannot be attached to one specific Black individual or group. The statue, which weighs 5,900 pounds (2,700 kg), was the inaugural commission for New York City’s High Line Plinth and was installed in the fall of 2019. At that time, there were only a handful of monuments to Black individuals in New York City; and only one of these depicted a woman (Alison Saar’s Swing Low sculpture of Harriet Tubman in Harlem).

Bungalow 8 is a nightclub chain created in 2001 that was located in Chelsea, Manhattan on 27th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues.

360 Tenth Avenue is an unbuilt skyscraper in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. It would have been 772 ft (235 m) tall and have 61 floors.

Avenues: The World School is an international system of for-profit private schools for toddler-12th grade. The first campus opened in September 2012 in New York City in the neighborhood of Chelsea. Avenues plans to open 20 or more campuses in other cities around the world over the next decade. The system is planned to be an integrated "learning community" with a shared vision, curriculum, technology, professional development of faculty and oversight by a centralized headquarters.

10 Hudson Yards, also known as the South Tower, is an office building that was completed in 2016 in Manhattan's West Side. Located near Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea and the Penn Station area, the building is a part of the Hudson Yards urban renewal project, a plan to redevelop the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's West Side Yard. Coach, Inc. is the anchor tenant. During planning, the tower was known as Tower C.
