Al-Majdoul Tower (Arabic: برج المجدول, lit. 'Twister Tower') is a commercial twisted skyscraper in the King Fahd District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With a height of 244 meters (801 ft), it is the eighth tallest building in Riyadh and twelfth tallest in Saudi Arabia. The tower was constructed from 2012 to 2019 and costed around US$106.6 million. It was selected as one of the zones of Riyadh Season entertainment festival in 2022.

Riyadh Gallery Mall (Arabic: الرياض جاليري مول), or simply Riyadh Gallery, is an indoor shopping center and a commercial complex located in the King Fahd District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Inaugurated in 2007, it covers an area of almost 38 acres and was owned by Saudi businessman Sheikh Saleh al-Rajhi. It is among the most popular malls in Riyadh and includes several retail outlets, hypermarkets and department stores.

Al Nakheel Tower (Arabic: برج النخيل) is a 26-floor commercial skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was built from 2008 to 2011. With a height of 200 meters (656 ft), it is the 22nd tallest building in Saudi Arabia and 12th tallest in Riyadh.

Al Rajhi Bank Tower (Arabic: برج الراجحي), also known as Al Rajhi Bank Headquarters, is a 205-meter (673 ft) tall commercial skyscraper located in the al-Muruj neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The tower serves as the headquarters for Al Rajhi Bank.

STC, formerly Olaya Metro Station, is a rapid transit station that serves the Blue and Red Lines of Riyadh Metro in the al-Olaya district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located on the intersection of King Abdullah Road with King Fahad Road and Olaya Street. It covers an area of 97000 square meters. STC station precedes the King Fahad District 2 station and succeeds Al Wurud 2 station on the Blue Line. On the Red Line, it comes before the Al Wurud station and after the At Takhassussi station. Gerber Architekten won the competition for the metro station in 2012. Construction of the metro station began in 2014 and was slated to complete by 2019. In 2018, the Saudi Telecom Company was granted naming rights over the station and was thus renamed STC station.

Delta Schools (Arabic: مدارس دلتا) is a private school located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Established in 1999, the school operates on a 25,000 m2 (6.2-acre) campus that serves from primary school to secondary school for males and females. The Princess Latifa bint Sultan bin Abdulaziz Mosque (Arabic: جامع الأميرة لطيفة بنت سلطان بن عبد العزيز) is a Sunni Islam Friday mosque in the al-Rahmaniyah neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Opened in 2013, it is named after Princess Latifa bint Sultan Al Saud, the daughter of Saudi crown prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz and granddaughter of King Abdulaziz ibn Saud, the founder of Saudi Arabia.

Daratassalam International Delhi Public School, Riyadh (Arabic: مدرسة دارة السلام العالمية الرياض), better known as DPS Riyadh is a K–12 gender-isolated English-medium community-based international school in Umm al-Hammam, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Al-Mursalat (Arabic: المرسلات, lit. 'radio installation') is a neighborhood in northern Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located west of al-Nuzha and north of the King Salman Neighborhood in the sub-municipality of al-Ulaya. It was named after the telecommunication poles in the locality that were built in the 1960s and 1970s by the German multinational conglomerate Siemens AG. The neighborhood was officially established in 1974 when Saudi real estate magnate Ibrahim Saeedan purchased almost 25 acres of land in the area. The district hosts the head office of the Saudi Telecom Company.

U Walk (Arabic: يو ووك), formerly University Avenue (Arabic: جادة الجامعة), is a shopping complex at the Prince Turki al-Awwal Road in the King Saud University district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, owned by Cenomi Centers. Opened in 2019, it covers an area of almost 30 acres and assumed its current name for its flagship feature, a 900-metre long walkway.

The KAFD Grand Mosque is the Juma’ah (Friday) mosque and an architectural centerpiece of the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The 6,103-square-meter structure sits on a large urban plaza that functions as a public space and, when needed, outdoor prayer area. Inside, the column-free space can accommodate 1,500 prayer spaces over two levels — a large central hall and a mezzanine. Designed by the Riyadh-based architecture and engineering firm Omrania and Associates, the mosque is inspired by the form of the desert rose.
