Ak Saray Presidential Palace (Uzbek: Oqsaroy, Оқсарoй) meaning the White Palace in English is public museum which was the official workplace of Uzbek President Islam Karimov. Under former president Karimov, who served from 1991-2016, the palace was the seat of the executive branch in the country. After his death in 2016, the administration of Shavkat Mirziyoyev relocated the official workplace to Kuksaroy Presidential Palace in northeastern Tashkent. The area of the palace is 5460 square meters. There is a reception hall in the palace where guests will be received. There is also a meeting hall, as well as a recreational hall.

Yunus Rajabi museum is a museum in Uzbekistan dedicated to the life and work of national artist and composer Yunus Rajabiy. It is situated in Yakkasaray district in Tashkent.

Kosmonavtlar ("Cosmonauts", formerly known as Проспект Космонавтов, Prospekt Kosmonavtov) is a space-programme-themed station of the Tashkent Metro. It honors Soviet cosmonauts such as Yuri Gagarin and Valentina Tereshkova, the first man and woman in space. The station was opened on 8 December 1984 as part of the inaugural section of the line, between Alisher Navoiy and Toshkent.Until 2018 it was illegal to photograph the Tashkent metro, because it also worked as a nuclear bomb shelter.

The Uzbekistan State Museum of Nature is the oldest museum operating in Uzbekistan. The museum's main purpose is to show the natural beauty of Uzbekistan and to help protect its environment. The museum features chronologically-ordered exhibits and seeks to educate visitors about Uzbekistan's geography through time.

O'zbekiston (English: Uzbekistan) is a station of the Tashkent Metro on Oʻzbekiston Line. It was opened on 8 December 1984 as part of the inaugural section of the line, between Alisher Navoiy and Toshkent. The station is one of the vaulted type with two underground vestibules. The station is located lamps, which are made of glass and metal in the form of a cotton boll to disclose. On the walls in the enameled ceramics shown for water, and the ceiling is decorated with ganch. At furnish used marble, granite, ceramics, ganch, metal, glass and other materials.

The Humo Arena, also known as Ice Dome Tashkent or Humo Ice Dome, (Uzbek: «Humo Arena» muz majmuasi) is a multifunctional indoor arena located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Humo Arena is the biggest hockey arena in Central Asia with a capacity of 12,500 and the second after the Belarusian Minsk Arena in the CIS. The hall will be able to change the placement of seats depending on the sporting event being held. The main arena also provides for matches in basketball, volleyball, handball, futsal, boxing, taekwondo, short track, figure skating and curling competitions, as well as concerts.

The Hazrati Imam complex (also known as Hastimom or Hastim) is an architectural monument dating from the 16th to 20th centuries, located in the Olmazor district of Tashkent city, Uzbekistan. The complex consists of the Moʻyi Muborak madrasa, the Qaffol Shoshi mausoleum, the Baroqxon Madrasa, the Hazrati Imam mosque, the Tillashayx mosque, and the Imam al-Bukhari Islamic Institute. The ensemble was built near the grave of Hazrati Imam, the first imam-khatib of Tashkent, a scholar, one of the first Islamic preachers in Tashkent, a poet and an artist.According to historical sources, Hazrati Imam was also a master of making locks and keys, for which he received the nickname “Qaffol”, meaning “locksmith”. He also spoke 72 languages and translated the Old Testament (Torah) into Arabic.Today, the Hazrati Imam complex is located in the “Old City” part of Tashkent, and survived the strong earthquake of 1966. In 2007, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, the Hazrati Imam (Hastimom) public association was established, and construction and renovation works were carried out to restore the original historical appearance of the Hazrati Imam complex.

Nest One is a mixed-use development complex in the very center of Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Nest One is the tallest building in Uzbekistan and the second tallest structure in the country after TV Tower of Uzbekistan (375 m tall). It is a multifunctional skyscraper, 266.5 m tall, located on the 4th lot of Tashkent City International Business District (TCIBC). The central and tallest tower of the complex consists of 51 floors and includes residential apartments, offices, restaurants, sports areas and other public spaces. In the adjacent buildings of the complex are office space and a proposed five-star hotel "The Ritz-Carlton". The total area of the project is 187.284 sq.m. The total area of the land plot is 14.779 sq.m. The project budget is more than 200 million dollars. After construction, "Nest One" will become the first skyscraper and the tallest building in Uzbekistan, as well as the second tallest building in Central Asia, after the Abu Dhabi Plaza complex in Astana, Kazakhstan.

The Oliy Majlis ([ɑˈliː mæd͡ʒˈlis]) is the parliament of Uzbekistan. It succeeded the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1995, and was unicameral until a reform implemented in January 2005 created a second chamber. The legislative chamber has 150 deputies elected from territorial constituencies. The Senate has 100 members, 84 elected from the regions, from the Autonomous Republic of Karakalpakstan and from the capital, Tashkent, and an additional 16 nominated by the President of Uzbekistan. Both houses have five-year terms.

The Supreme Council (Karakalpak: Жоқарғи Кеңесли, romanized: Joqarǵí Keńesi, Uzbek: Жўкорғи Кенгеси, romanized: Jo‘korg‘i Kengesi) is the parliament of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. It succeeded the Supreme Soviet of the Karakalpak ASSR in 1994, and is a unicameral parliament.The Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan is the highest state representative body of Karakalpakstan and exercises legislative power. The Supreme Council has sixty-five deputies who elected by secret ballot in single-member constituencies on a multiparty basis and on the basis of equal and direct suffrage. The stability and effectiveness of the work of the Supreme Council shall be ensured by the work of the sessions of the Supreme Council, the Presidium, committees, commissions and deputies. The order of work of the Supreme Council is determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Charter of the Republic of Karakalpakstan "On the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan" and other regulations. The procedure for holding elections to the Supreme Council is determined by the Regulations of the Republic of Karakalpakstan "On Elections" and other statutory documents. The term of office of the Supreme Council is five years. After the expiration of the term of office, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan shall continue its work until the beginning of the work of the newly-voted Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

The State Museum of History of Uzbekistan (Uzbek: Oʻzbekiston tarixi davlat muzeyi; Russian: Государственный музей истории Узбекистана, Gosudarstvennyj muzej historii Uzbekistana), previously known as the National Museum of Turkestan, was founded in 1876. It is located in Tashkent.Formerly known as the Lenin Museum, the History Museum of Uzbekistan has since been renovated and more exhibits have been added. The highlight of the museum is a very well preserved alabaster Buddha relief found from Fayaz Tepe in Termez. There are numerous fragmentary remains of Buddha heads and decorative motifs found from different sites around Termez. These depict Buddhist art of this region which shows remarkable improvement on the last periods of Gandharan Art undergoing changes with regional affinities. There are also a collection of Stone Age implements from the cave culture of Uzbekistan. The Muslim section of the museum has a collection of calligraphy and regal edicts from the Tamerlane dynasty to the last emirs of Bukhara. There is a collection of ethnic art and costumes from different parts of Uzbekistan. The collection covers the archaeology, history, numismatics, and ethnography of Uzbekistan.

Ilkhom Theatre (Ильхом Театр Марка Вайля) is a theatre company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Founded by Mark Weil (Марк Яковлевич Вайль) in 1976, it was the first independent theatre in the Soviet Union, and remains self-supporting to this day.Weil was murdered in September 2007. The murderers claimed that they took action due to his portrayal of Muhammed in his play Imitating the Qu'ran. Three men were sent to prison for between 17 and 20 years,His last production was the Greek tragedy The Oresteia; despite his murder the day before it was scheduled to open, the actors went ahead because, according to them and to Mark Weil, the show must go on.In 2011 Ilkhom Theatre won one of the Prince Claus Awards.
