Langebæk (Danish pronunciation: [ˈlɑŋəˌpek]) is a town with a population of 248 (1 January 2022), which until 1 January 2007 was the main town of the former Langebæk municipality (Danish, kommune) in Region Sjælland on the southeastern tip of the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in south Denmark. The municipality included the islands of Langø, Tærø and Lilleø, and it covered an area of 101 km2 (39 square miles). It had a total population of 6,332 in 2005. Its last mayor was Henrik Holmer, a member of the Social Democrats (Socialdemokraterne) political party. To the east is Hølen, a strait separating Zealand from the island of Nyord, and then further south is Stege Bay (Stege Bugt), which is the main body of water separating the former municipality from the next major island to the southwest, the island of Møn. At the narrowest point between the two islands to the south of Langebæk, the waters are named Wolf Strait (Ulvsund). There are a number of islands in the waters between Zealand and Møn, including the islands of Langø, Tærø and Lilleø. The Queen Alexandrine Bridge connects the former municipality, and the island of Zealand, to Møn at the town of Kalvehave. The bridge opened for traffic on 30 May 1943, and is named after Queen Alexandrine, the Queen Consort of King Christian X. The bridge is 746 metres (2,448 ft) long. On 1 January 2007 Langebæk municipality ceased to exist, owing to Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007). It was merged with Møn, Præstø, and Vordingborg municipalities to form an enlarged Vordingborg municipality. This created a municipality with an area of 615 km2 (237 square miles) and a total population of 46,307 (2005).

Høvdingsgård is a manor house and estate located just east of Mern, Vordingborg Municipality, Denmark. The Late Neoclassical, two-storey main building is from 1852 but was widened in 1901. Anders Lassen, the only non-Commonwealth recipient of the British Victoria Cross in the Second World War, was born on the estate in 1920.

Lilliendal is a manor house and estate located at Vordingborg in southeastern Denmark. The estate covers approximately 800 hectares of mostly farmland. Lilliendal was established by Hans Gustav Lillienskiold (1727–1796) in the 1760s and later owned by the Knuth family for almost two hundred years from the 1800s to 1994. A relatively small main building from 1765 was expanded in the 1850s and again in 1919.

Vinderød Parish (Danish: Vinderød Sogn) was a parish in the Diocese of Helsingør in Halsnæs Municipality, Denmark. The satellite town of Vinderød was in the parish. The parish was merged with Frederiksværk Parish on 1 July 2014 to form Frederiksværk-Vinderød Parish.

Mern is a village with a population of 1,005 (1 January 2022) located in Vordingborg Municipality, Region Zealand in Denmark. The village is a former Railway town at the Næstved-Præstø-Mern Railroad which was closed in 1961.

Stensved is a town, with a population of 1,585 (1. January 2022), situated on the southern Zealand (Region Sjælland), in Denmark. It is a satellite town to Vordingborg. The town is a part of Vordingborg Municipality. Stensved was inhabited already in the Iron Age, which stretched from 1200 BC to 1 BC.

Oremandsgaard is a manor house and estate located seven kilometres south of Præstø, Vordingborg Municipality, in southeastern Denmark. The estate traces its history back to the 14th century, but the current main building is from 1933. Oremandsgaard was acquired by Alfred Hage in 1861 and is currently owned by the fifth generation of the Hage family. It is one of the oldest organic farms in Denmark and plays host to an annual chamber music festival.

Jungshoved Church (Danish: Jungshoved Kirke) is a Danish romanesque church in Vordingborg Municipality, on the southern end of the island of Zealand. The Church serves as the seat of Jungshoved Parish within the Diocese of Roskilde.

Lekkende is a manor house and estate located 8 km south of Præstø, Vordingborg Municipality, Denmark. The estate was from 1774 to 1993 owned by members of the Raben/Raben-Levetzau family, The main building is from 1838 but was heightened by one storey in 1880.

Christinelund, originally a farm under Nysø Manor, is located a few kilometres east of central Præstø, on the island of Zealand's Jungshoved peninsula, in Vordingborg Municipality in southeastern Denmark. It takes its name from the salonist Christine Stampe and was frequently visited by Hans Christian Andersen in the 1850s, when it was the home of Henrik and Jonna Stampe. The current main building was completed in 1860 to a design by the architect Ferdinand Meldahl. It was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places by the Danish Heritage Agency on 23 February 1978. The property is now operated as a bed and breakfast.

Præstø (Danish pronunciation: [ˈpʰʁæstˌøˀ]) is a town with a population of 3,857 (1 January 2022) in Vordingborg Municipality in Region Sjælland on the east coast of the island of Zealand (Sjælland). The islands of Maderne, Storeholm, and Lilleholm are part of the Præstø Fjord Wildlife reserves (Præstø Fjord Vildtreservat).

Hotel Frederiksminde is a hotel and restaurant located in a parkland setting in Præstø, Vordingborg Municipality, Denmark. The restaurant has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide since 2016.
