Tower 13

La Danse de la fontaine émergente is a monumental fountain constructed in Paris. Located on Place Augusta-Holmes, rue Paul Klée, near Gare d'Austerlitz in the 13th arrondissement, it was designed by French-Chinese sculptor Chen Zhen, who died in 2000, and was completed by his wife Xu Min in 2008.

Quai de la Gare (French pronunciation: ​[kɛ d(ə) la ɡaʁ]) is a station on Line 6 of the Paris Métro. It is located at the intersection of the Quai de la Gare and Boulevard Vincent Auriol, in the 13th arrondissement.

The AP-HP Sorbonne University Hospital Group is a university hospital group resulting from the merger in 2019 of Pitié-Salpêtrière – Charles-Foix Hospital Group and the Est Parisien Hospital Group, affiliated to Sorbonne University. It brings together 7 university hospitals, including the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital (itself the result of the merger of the Salpêtrière and Pitié hospitals in 1964) and the Charles-Foix Hospital, which have been part of a joint hospital group since 2011, as well as the Saint-Antoine Hospital, Rothschild Hospital, Tenon Hospital and Armand-Trousseau Hospital, which were part of the former Est Parisien Hospital Group. The AP-HP Sorbonne University Hospital Group is one of the six university hospital groups of the Greater Paris University Hospitals – AP-HP, and is part of the Sorbonne University Faculty of Health Sciences. The university hospital group is home to research centers of international stature, including the Paris Brain Institute and the Institut de cardiométabolisme et nutrition (ICAN) at Pitié-Salpêtrière, and the Institut de la longévité Charles-Foix, a research center dedicated to aging.

Art Ludique – The Museum is a 1,200m² museum in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, France, housed in Les Docks, cité de la mode et du design and inaugurated on 16 November 2013.

The Pont de Bercy (English: Bridge of Bercy) is a bridge over the Seine in Paris. It links the 12th and 13th arrondissement of Paris by extending the Boulevard de Bercy and Boulevard Vincent-Auriol. In addition to the roadway, the bridge also carries Line 6 of the Paris Métro, between Quai de la Gare station and Bercy station.

The chapel of Notre Dame de la Sagesse (French; La chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Sagesse is a church in the Paris Rive Gauche neighborhood, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

The City of Fashion and Design, is a building located at the site of the old general storehouses on the quai d'Austerlitz in Paris. The public opening, originally scheduled for early 2008, took place during 2010. IFM Paris (Institut Français de la Mode) has been located in the building since 2008. Art Ludique, a museum of exhibitions of contemporary art in comic books, manga, cinema, live animation and videogames, is also located in the building. Located beside the Seine, between the Gare d'Austerlitz and the Bibliothèque nationale de France, The City of Fashion and Design was designed by architects Jakob + MacFarlane and is one of the most remarkable contemporary monuments of Paris with its bold architecture.

Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) (French for "French Institute of Fashion") is a higher education institution offering postgraduate courses and applied research for the fashion, luxury goods, design and textile industries, and creative industries more generally. In 2017, IFM was ranked number 1 worldwide for Fashion Business Masters programs, and number 2 worldwide for Fashion Design Masters programs by The Business of Fashion.

Station F is a business incubator for startups, located in 13th arrondissement of Paris. It is noted as the world's largest startup facility.Situated in a former rail freight depot previously known as la Halle Freyssinet (thereof the "F" in Station F). The 34,000 m2 (370,000 sq ft) facility was formally opened by President Emmanuel Macron in June 2017 and provides office accommodation for up to 1,000 start-up and early stage businesses as well as for corporate partners such as Facebook, Microsoft and Naver.

The Pont Charles-de-Gaulle (Charles-de-Gaulle Bridge) is a steel-reinforced concrete girder bridge straddling the river Seine in the eastern part of Paris. It is a one-way bridge carrying road traffic from the 13th arrondissement to the 12th arrondissement. Another one-way bridge further downstream, Pont d'Austerlitz, carries traffic in the opposite direction.

Chevaleret (French pronunciation: ​[ʃəvalʁɛ]) is an elevated station of the Paris Métro serving line 6 at the intersection of the Rue du Chevaleret and the Boulevard Vincent Auriol in the 13th arrondissement. The station opened on 1 March 1909 with the opening of the original section of line 6 from Place d'Italie to Nation (although part of line 5—some dating back to 2 October 1900—was incorporated into line 6 on 12 October 1942). It is named after the Rue de Chevaleret, a street that already existed in 1670, and was named after the locality, which in turn was probably named after its owner. Nearby are the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital and the Ministry of Finance.
