Nayandahalli is a metro station on the Purple Line of the Namma Metro serving the borders of Banashankari and Mysore Road along with Bangalore University campus. It was inaugurated on 29th August 2021 and commenced to the public on 30th August 2021.

Mysuru Road Bus Station (MRBS), is one of the four major bus stations that serve as mofussil bus station hubs for the city of Bengaluru, India. It is located on Mysuru road. The other three major bus stations in Bengaluru are Kempegowda Bus Station (KBS), Shantinagara Bus Station (SBS) and Basaveshwara Bus Station (BBS). It is the second busiest mofussil bus station in Bengaluru only after Kempegowda Bus Station. It started functioning in 2005.

The latter is very well planned and most of the areas have wide roads and the road connectivity is laudable. Most of the roads here are now tarred, ending the age old woes of the people residing here. The BDA has divided Nagarabhavi 2nd stage into blocks 1–12. In addition, well planned residential localities like Annapoorneshwari Nagara, Vinayaka Layout, ITI Layout, MPM Layout, NGEF Layout and Papareddy Palya form a part of this area. Nagarabhavi has famous restaurants like Mane Ruchi, Swathi Restaurant and Nandana Palace. It also has access to good reading libraries like JustBooks and Central and Namma hotels. Many celebrities live in and around Nagarbhavi.

Jnanakshi Rajarajeshwari Temple is a Hindu temple located in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru district in Karnataka. The primary deity of the temple is Shri Rajarajeshwari. The temple was constructed in the year 1978 by Sri Sivaratnapuri Swamiji (popularly known as Sri Tiruchi Swamigal). The idol of Goddess Sri Rajarajeshwari, a form of Goddess Sri Lalita Tripurasundari. This temple is believed to be the "ear" or "karnabhaga" of Bharat's many Shaktipeethas as mentioned in the Tantra Chudamani. It was once known as Kanchanagiri situated between the Cauvery and Vrishabhavati rivers. The ruling Bhairava, Abiru Bhairava, is known as Jaya Peetha. The temple is believed to have been the home of the pious wife Anusuya and the sage Atri, who attained siddhi by appeasing the holy mother Sri Rajarajeshwari. The temple grounds are believed to be a sacred place for various devas, rishis, munis, and siddhas.
