International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP) is an international school in Cagayan province, Philippines. It provides International Education Programs and Courses. It was founded by Dr. Ronald P. Guzman, three years after he established Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines. The institution has produced caliber graduates and board topnotchers in Customs Administration and Criminology.

Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines (MCNP) is a private, nonsectarian, tertiary-level, learning institution in Cagayan Valley, Philippines that offers courses for health professions. It was established in 1994 by Doctor Ronald P. Guzman, referred to as "Father Eagle" by the school's stakeholders. MCNP was granted an Award of Recognition for being assessed as Category a(t), Mature Teaching Institution under the Institutional Monitoring and Evaluation for Quality Assurance (IQUAME), as one of the first three Higher Education Institutions assessed nationwide and the only HEI in Region 2 on March 18, 2008. Currently, it has the 2nd highest number of enrollees in Region 2. MCNP has a twin learning institution, the International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP), which offers international courses, and produces graduates in Customs Administration and Criminology. It currently has two base hospitals: Dr. Ronald P. Guzman Medical Center and Holy Infant Hospital.

Tuguegarao Airport (IATA: TUG, ICAO: RPUT) is an airport serving the general area of Tuguegarao, the capital city of the province of Cagayan in the Philippines. Located along Maharlika Highway, the airport is accessible from adjacent municipalities in Cagayan and northern Isabela. It is classified as a major commercial domestic airport by the Air Transportation Office. The airport is currently served by Cebu Pacific, Sky Pasada, and Philippine Airlines with regular and charter flights to Manila, Calayan, Batanes, and Isabela. In 2023, Tuguegarao Airport recorded annual passenger traffic of 225,961, a 52.8% increase from the previous year.

Robinsons Tuguegarao (formerly known as Robinsons Place Tuguegarao), is a mixed-use complex shopping mall, owned and operated by Robinsons Land Corporation, one of the largest mall operators in the Philippines. It is located at the boundary of barangays Leonarda and Tanza, along Maharlika Highway, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Its location gives high accessibility to northern municipalities of Cagayan and the Tuguegarao Airport. The mall opened its doors to the public on July 26, 2018 as the first full-service mall in Cagayan, the second Robinsons mall in the Cagayan Valley Region, after Robinsons Place Santiago, and the 50th in the Philippines. With a gross floor area of 68,000 m2 (730,000 sq ft), it is the second largest mall in the region. The complex includes a Go Hotels branch, the first in the region, a budget hotel brand under the same mall operator.

Cagayan National High School, abbreviated as CNHS and locally known as Cagayan High (Filipino: Pambansang Mataas na Paaralan ng Cagayan), is the universal high school of Region 2. It is located in Taft Street, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. Established in 1905, it is the oldest public secondary level school in Cagayan and the province's premier secondary school. The school, which is administered by the Department of Education, has around 5,000 students. Its campus is fenced and gated, although some buildings outside the walls of the school are being used because of the great number of students. This is the biggest secondary school in Cagayan Valley. Cagayan National High School was nationalized, from Cagayan High School, by virtue of Presidential Decree 1050 on July 1, 1976. Cagayan National High School, like standard Public National High Schools in the Philippines, section their students according to the entrance exam scores taken before the students' first year. Students who identify themselves as (1) a passer of the Philippine Science High School National Competitive Examination (PSHS-NCE) or (2) an elementary school class valedictorian is exempted in taking the entrance exam but are required to submit proofs for validation.

St. Paul University Philippines, also referred to by its acronym SPUP or SPU Philippines, is a private Roman Catholic research non-profit basic and higher education institution run by the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres (SPC) in Tuguegarao, Cagayan, Philippines. It was founded by the Paulinian Sisters on May 10, 1907. It is one of the 40 schools owned, managed, and operated by the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres (SPC) in the Philippines. It offers basic, undergraduate, and graduate education. It is the flagship and main campus of the St. Paul University System. St. Paul University Philippines is also currently ranked, included, and recognized in the top and major world university rankings such as Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), Times Higher Education (THE), and World University Ranking for Innovation (WURI) rankings. It is one of the seven campuses comprising the St. Paul University System.

Saint Peter Metropolitan Cathedral, commonly known as Tuguegarao Cathedral, is an 18th-century Baroque Roman Catholic church located along Rizal Street, Barangay Centro 10, Tuguegarao City, Philippines. The church, originally built by Dominican friars, is the seat of the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao and is considered one of the largest churches in the Cagayan Valley. A historical marker bearing a brief history of the church was installed in 1982 by the National Historical Institute, precursor of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.

The Archdiocese of Tuguegarao is a Latin Catholic metropolitan archdiocese of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. Dubbed as the "Gateway to the Ilocandia and the Cordilleras," the city is located on the southern border of the province where the Pinacanauan River empties into the Cagayan River. Established in 2008, it is the first public science high school in the province, and is operated and supervised by the Department of Education (DepEd). Peñablanca, officially the Municipality of Peñablanca (Ibanag: Ili nat Peñablanca; Ilocano: Ili ti Peñablanca; Tagalog: Bayan ng Peñablanca), is a municipality in the province of Cagayan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 50,300 people. Peñablanca is home to the charcoal-drawn Peñablanca petrographs and the Callao Limeston Formation. Both the Peñablanca Petrographs and the Callao Limestone Formation are included as tentative sites of the Philippines for future inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The Callao Limestone Formation has at least 93 archaeological sites that yielded stone tools of Paleolithic industry and bones and shells of animals still living in the vicinity.

SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown is a shopping mall owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall operator in the Philippines, located in the city's business district along Luna St. cor. Mabini St., Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Opened on October 12, 2017, it is the first SM Supermall in Cagayan, the second in Cagayan Valley and the 65th in the Philippines. Also the seventh SM Mall under the "Center" brand, it has a gross floor area of 33,301 m2 (358,450 sq ft).
