Mandurriao (locally [manduˈryaw]) is one of the seven districts of Iloilo City, in the province of Iloilo, on the island of Panay, in the Western Visayas region, in the Philippines. It is the second-largest district by land area as well as the third-most populous district, with 62,240 people in the 2020 census. Mandurriao is considered the new business center of Iloilo City as it is the location of the booming Iloilo Midtown CBD, also known as the New Iloilo Business Center or the Iloilo Business Triangle.Mandurriao is one of the major commercial areas in Iloilo City, the others being Molo, Jaro and the City Proper. Alongside the Iloilo Diversion Road, also known as Senator Benigno Aquino Jr. Avenue, which passes through Mandurriao, one can see many commercial, residential, office buildings, as well as billboards and other businesses along the sides of the highway. The largest mall in Iloilo City, SM City Iloilo, is also located along the Diversion Road. Smallville Business Complex, along with Riverside Boardwalk, Festive Walk Parade and City Time Square are the bustling commercial and leisure areas in the district featuring upscale restaurants, bars, nightclubs and hotels promising the emergence of a modern nightlife in Iloilo City, thereby the district is sometimes locally referred to as "The District That Never Sleeps".Iloilo City's old domestic airport, Mandurriao Airport, is located in the district, and, as such, takes its name from it. With the opening of Iloilo International Airport outside of the city, the old airport was converted into the Iloilo Business Park, a new business development spearheaded by Megaworld Corporation. The state-of-the-art Iloilo Convention Center (ICon) in the Iloilo Business Park is also a sight to behold.The first phase of the Iloilo River Esplanade, an esplanade that is widely known as a recreational space for walking, jogging, open-air dining, and a venue for river water sports, is also located in the district.

Iloilo Business Park, also known just as Megaworld among the locals (after the developer's name), is a 72-hectare (180-acre) mixed-use master-planned community development in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines by Megaworld Corporation. It is located on the site of Iloilo's former airport, Mandurriao Airport, which the conglomerate acquired for 1.2 Billion Pesos from the Philippine national government. Megaworld is projected to pour in ₱25 Billion for the entire development in a span of years. It is an integrated township project featuring a commercial district, a lifestyle mall, office buildings catering to business process outsourcing firms, boutique and deluxe hotels, and a convention center.Initial development includes construction of a road network, the 12-storey Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and Richmonde Tower, Festive Walk, Two Business Process Outsourcing office buildings. The IT complex has been certified as an information technology park by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), granting locators perks such as tax holidays and duty-free importation of equipment among others.Megaworld is setting aside a 9.7-hectare lot for the boutique hotel and commercial district which is being offered to interested business owners.Iloilo Business Park increased by an additional 18 hectares, bringing the project to roughly 72 hectares from its initial 54.5 hectare-size. This is due to the increasing demand for residential and commercial properties and good reception to Megaworld's first development in the region and biggest township in the Visayas, modeled after the live-work-play approach that it claims to have pioneered in the Philippines.

The Ateneo de Iloilo – Santa Maria Catholic School (AdI–SMCS) (simplified Chinese: 怡朗亚典耀圣母学校; traditional Chinese: 怡朗亞典耀聖母學校; pinyin: Yílǎng Yàdiǎnyào Shèngmǔ Xuéxiào), is a private, Jesuit, Catholic, Chinese-Filipino Basic Education school run by the Philippine Province of the Society of Jesus in Iloilo City, Philippines. It is a non-stock and non-profit institution duly accredited by the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC). It is also recognized by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) with Level 2 accreditation. Ateneo de Iloilo began in 1958 as a parochial school named Santa Maria Catholic School. In 2004, the school was officially recognized as a Jesuit school separate from the Santa Maria Parish and was renamed Ateneo de Iloilo - Santa Maria Catholic School. It is the eighth Jesuit school in the Philippines to be named Ateneo. The Central Philippine University College of Theology, also referred to as the CPU COT, CPU College of Theology or CPU Theology, is the theological seminary and one of the academic units of Central Philippine University, a private university in Iloilo City, Philippines. Founded in 1905 as the Bible School for the training of men Christian workers and missionaries through a grant of the American industrialist and Northern Baptist, John D. Rockefeller, it is the oldest college and academic unit of Central Philippine University and the first and oldest Baptist theological seminary in the Philippines (first Protestant theological seminary outside Luzon). It was later folded and became as the theological department, a year after when Jaro Industrial School (the second predecessor of Central Philippine University), became a junior college in 1923. In 1938, the Baptist Missionary Training School for women, a separate seminary for women, merged with it when Central Philippine University became a senior college. In 1953 when Central Philippine College became a university, the department became as the College of Theology. The seminary at present maintains sisterhood ties with Silliman University Divinity School as both were founded by Protestant American missionaries, affiliated with the Convention of Philippine Baptist Churches and is accredited with the Association of Theological Education in South East Asia (ATESEA).
