Newton International School is a private school located in Doha, Qatar. All pupils follow the National Curriculum of England and Wales. The school was founded in 2006. There are several branches in the city of Doha.

As Salatah al Jadidah (Arabic: اسلطة الجديدة; also referred to as New Salata) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah.

Zone 25 is a zone of the municipality of Ad Dawhah in the state of Qatar. The main districts recorded in the 2015 population census were Fereej Bin Durham and Al Mansoura.

Al Hilal al Gharbiyah is a settlement in Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah.

Hamad bin Khalifa Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Doha, Qatar. It is the home ground of Al Ahli SC (Doha) and Al-Sailiya SC. The stadium holds 18,000 people. In addition to QSL matches, the stadium also hosts regular track and field meets.

In the final round of matches of the final round of Asian qualification for the 1994 FIFA World Cup, Japan and Iraq drew 2–2 in Doha, Qatar. If Japan had won the match, they would have qualified for the World Cup for the first time. Instead, Japan finished third in their group, allowing their arch-rivals South Korea to qualify instead. The Japanese refer to the match as the "Agony of Doha" (Japanese: ドーハの悲劇, romanized: Dōha no higeki), whereas South Koreans, because the country's national football team only qualified in the final minutes of this match, refers to it as the "Miracle of Doha" (Korean: 도하의 기적, romanized: Doha-ui gijeok). The failure to qualify for the World Cup, and the dramatic way in which it happened, caused great disappointment for Japanese fans. Football had become very popular in Japan with the launch of the professional J.League earlier that year and the team had never been that close to qualifying for the World Cup. Although Japan has since qualified for seven consecutive World Cup finals (even co-hosting one), team members from this match are still known as the "Class of Doha" (ドーハ組, Dōha gumi) and the phrase "Never forget Doha" (ドーハを忘れるな, Dōha o wasureruna) remains a rallying cry for fans.

Fereej Al Asiri (Arabic: فريج العسيري; also referred to simply as Al Asiri) is a district of the municipality of Al Rayyan in Qatar. It is situated on the border with Ad-Dawhah Municipality and is thus considered a part of Metropolitan Doha. The district of Al Mamoura borders it to the south, New Salata borders it to the east and Fereej Al Nasr borders it to the north.A popular landmark is the Al Asiri Interchange, which was formerly known as the Midmac Roundabout because it hosted the headquarters of Qatari contracting company Midmac from 1979 to May 2008. The Al Faleh Training Centre, affiliated to Doha Academy, is also found in the district.

Fereej Bin Durham (Arabic: فريج بن درهم; also spelled as Fereej bin Derhem) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah. Together with Al Mansoura, it makes up Zone 25 which has a total population of 37,082.The district is in close proximity to Doha's business center and logistics focal points on the east coast, such as Hamad International Airport and Grand Hamad Street, making it a popular choice for commercial operators to set up in. It is also relatively close to some of Doha's major population centers such as Mushayrib. Bin Dirham Plaza, developed by Just Real Estate, is one such major project to capitalize on Fereej Bin Durham's location, having launched as a major 7-storey office project in 2017.

Al Mansoura station is the current eastern terminus station on the Doha Metro's Green Line. It serves the Al Mansoura District and Najma District. It is found on Al Mansoura Street in the Fereej Bin Dirham District, to the immediate north of Al Mansoura's northern boundary line.Metro Link 115 is passing by Al Mansoura Station. Facilities on the premises include restrooms and a prayer room.

Al Jabar is a settlement in Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah.
