Kornwestheim

Kornwestheim station is located in the Ludwigsburg district of Kornwestheim in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It is located on the Franconia Railway (German: Frankenbahn) and is a station on the network of the Stuttgart S-Bahn. It is near the junction of the Untertürkheim–Kornwestheim line (Schusterbahn) freight bypass. Kornwestheim passenger station was the site of a Deutsche Bahn car train loading facility until December 2007.

The Wüstenrot Tower (German: Wüstenrot-Hochhaus ) is the central office building of GdF Wüstenrot, a German building and loan association, in Ludwigsburg. It was designed by architect Prof. Ludwig Kresse in Stuttgart. The address of the 72 metres (236 ft.; including antenna on top 79 metres or 246 ft.) tall building is Im Tambour 1, 71630 Ludwigsburg. Wüstenrot Tower is the tallest habitable building of Ludwigsburg and also one of the tallest high-rise buildings in Stuttgart area. It has 6 elevators with a capacity of 11 persons each and a freight elevator, which carries up to 1950 kilograms. Wüstenrot Tower is a modern landmark of Ludwigsburg and by its site at the southern edge of Ludwigsburg far visible.

The Wüstenrot Bank AG Pfandbriefbank was a German bank based in Ludwigsburg. As a branchless direct bank, it offered checking accounts, payment cards and securities trading.

Stammheim Prison (German: Justizvollzugsanstalt Stuttgart-Stammheim) is a prison in Stuttgart, Baden Württemberg, Germany. It is situated on the northern boundaries of Stuttgart in the city district of Stuttgart-Stammheim, right between fields and apartment blocks on the fringes of Stammheim. The prison was built as a supermax prison between 1959 and 1963 and taken into operation in 1964.

Arena Ludwigsburg, also known as MHPArena, is an indoor sporting arena that is located in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The seating capacity of the arena for basketball games is 5,325 spectators.

Ludwigsburg station is in Ludwigsburg in the German state of Baden-Württemberg on the Franconia Railway and the Backnang–Bietigheim line. It is served by regional trains and the Stuttgart S-Bahn. The Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg (German: Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg) was founded in 1991 as a publicly funded film school in Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The Filmakademie is one of the most internationally renowned film schools. One of its major distinguishing characteristics is the close collaboration with three other educational institutions on one campus: the Filmakademie's acclaimed Animationsinstitut (Institute of Animation and Visual Effects); the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris, an inter-university master-class on European film production and distribution hosted at the Filmakademie and in cooperation with notable French film school La Fémis in Paris and the National Film and Television School in London; and the neighbouring Academy of Performing Arts. The Filmakademie's international focus is another important aspect of its work. Renowned lecturers from all over the world regularly teach in Ludwigsburg, and exchange programmes with prestigious partner universities in Europe, North and South America, Africa, and Asia give students insights into foreign film worlds. Every year, the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg organizes a "Hollywood Workshop“ for selected students at the UCLA in Los Angeles as well as a binational short film project in collaboration with students from La Fémis. Incoming students from foreign universities will take part in a course called International Class that offers English-language teaching modules.

The Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Wuerttemberg (German: Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg) is a public drama school in Ludwigsburg, Germany. Founded in 2007 on the campus of the Film Academy Baden-Wuerttemberg. The Academy of Performing Arts offers an interdisciplinary education, combining acting for theater and film.

Schnarrenberg (Stuttgart) is a mountain of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The Schnarrenberg is a hill ridge in the north of Stuttgart in the quarters of Münster and Zuffenhausen. The majority is on the territory of Münster. At its highest point (316 m above sea level (NN)) is the Stuttgart Weather Office, a branch of the German Weather Service. Its slopes are covered by vineyards.

Ludwigsburg (German pronunciation: [ˈluːtvɪçsˌbʊʁk]; Swabian: Ludisburg) is a city in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) north of Stuttgart city centre, near the river Neckar. It is the largest and primary city of the Ludwigsburg district with about 94,000 inhabitants. It is situated within the Stuttgart Region, and the district is part of the administrative region (Regierungsbezirk) of Stuttgart.

Robinson Barracks is a military base of U.S. in the Burgholzhof community in the northern Stuttgart district of Bad Cannstatt. Unlike Patch Barracks and Kelley Barracks, also located in Stuttgart, the modern Robinson Barracks is now largely a residential neighborhood for US Department of Defense personnel stationed in the greater Stuttgart area operated and administered by IMCOM-Europe. The installation is named after 1st Lt. James E. Robinson, Jr. (1918–1945), an Army officer posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor during World War II.
