Hardwar Gap

The Blue Mountains are the longest mountain range in Jamaica. They include the island's highest point, Blue Mountain Peak, at 2256 m (7402 ft). From the summit, accessible via a walking track, both the north and south coasts of the island can be seen. On a clear day, the outline of the island of Cuba, 210 km (130 mi) away, can also be seen. The mountain range spans four parishes: Portland, St. Thomas, St. Mary and St. Andrew.

Newcastle is a settlement in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. Formerly a military hill station for the British Army it is now a training centre for the Jamaica Defence Force. The Blue Mountain and John Crow Mountain National Park in which Newcastle is located was established in 1992. Newcastle lies on the Kingston to Buff Bay road through the National Park. The Blue Mountains are criss-crossed by trails connecting villages to farms and plantations and other villages and trails from Newcastle to Catherine's Peak and Mt. Horeb are among the attractions for hikers and other visitors to the Park.

The Hermitage Dam is a concrete gravity dam on the Wag Water River near Stony Hill in Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica. The primary purpose of the dam is to provide municipal water to nearby Kingston and Saint Andrew Parish. Construction on the dam began in 1924 and it was inaugurated on 4 May 1927. It is owned by the National Water Commission.

Stony Hill is a residential neighbourhood in St. Andrew Parish, Surrey County, on the northern outskirts of Kingston, Jamaica. As of 2009 it had a population of 8,388.The St. Andrew Juvenile Remand Centre of the Department of Correctional Services, Jamaica is located in the Stony Hill.

Hopewell is a settlement in Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica.

Gordon Town is a settlement in Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica. It has a population of 1,067 as of 2009. Reggae musician Judah Eskender Tafari was born in Gordon Town, as was Henry Arthur Campbell (1873-1953), electrical engineer. In 2019, Gordon Town Square was named after Louise Bennett-Coverley.

Castleton Botanical Garden is a horticultural site of interest established in 1862 and located 19 miles from Kingston, Jamaica. Soon after their creation the gardens were "the most richly stocked in the Caribbean, boasting over 180 species of palm and at least 400 specimens of other flora".

Temple Hall is a predominantly residential community in northern St Andrew, Jamaica. It is named after the estate and great house which it adjoins.It is bounded to the east by the Wag Water River and is essentially a linear settlement strung out along a short section of the A3 road at an elevation of about 1,000 feet (300 m).To the east of the river is a 1,699 feet (518 m) ridge and triangulation station which overlooks the settlement and is also called Temple Hall.

Saint Andrew North East is a parliamentary constituency represented in the House of Representatives of the Jamaican Parliament. It elects one Member of Parliament MP by the first past the post system of election. The constituency consists of the areas of Barbican and Waterloo.

Norbrook is an upscale neighbourhood of the Kingston Metropolitan Area of Jamaica, with approximately 15,000 residents and is an important residential, shopping and commercial centre of the city itself. Norbrook is regarded as anywhere from the Immaculate Conception High School (in the South) to about 100m up "The Hill" (in the North). Norbrook was home to the Late Jamaican Prime Minister Edward Seaga. It is also home to famous and wealthy Jamaican musicians like Shaggy, and Jimmy Cliff. Norbrook has some of the most expensive and sought after homes in Jamaica, with some selling for over a million USD ($150,756,800 JMD). The median home prices can range from $500,000 to $1.8 million USD. There are many upscale hotels like Sparkle Luxury Vacation Rentals. It is quite close to other luxury neighborhoods like Stony Hill, Cherry Gardens and Jacks Hill. The Constant Spring Golf Course is located in Norbrook. The shopping Centre Khemlani Mart is also located in the Neighbourhood.

Immaculate Conception High School (ICHS) is a Roman Catholic High School for girls in Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica. About 1700 girls are enrolled.

Hope Botanical Gardens, also known as the Royal Botanical Gardens, is a 200-acre (81 ha) park and gardens located in St Andrew, Jamaica.
