Slievenaglasha wedge tomb is a wedge-shaped gallery grave and National Monument located in County Clare, Ireland.

Cahercommaun (Irish: Cathair Chomáin), sometimes Cahercommane, is a triple stone ringfort on the south-east edge of the Burren area, in Kilnaboy, near the rural village of Carran, in County Clare, Ireland. It was built in the 9th century.

Carron/New Quay is a parish in County Clare and part of the Kilfenora Deanery of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora. It is located in the northern side of The Burren, bordering Galway Bay and County Galway Fr. Colm Clinton, a member of Saint Patrick's Society for the Foreign Missions (SPS) was the parish priest for 17 years until his retirement in 2023. The priest of the neighbouring parish of Ballyvaughan/Fanore now also covers Carron/New Quay in addition to his own parish. The parish is an amalgamation of the former parishes of Abbey, Kilcorney, Noughaval and Oughtmama. The main church of Carron/New Quay parish is the St. Columba Church in Carron, built in 1861 by Fr. James Gleeson. The second church of the parish is the Church of St. Patrick in New Quay. The original church from 1840 was later replaced by a new one that was blessed in 1939. The third church of the parish is the Church of St. Mochua in Noughaval. This was originally a Protestant church in 1860, located in Ballyvaughan, but carefully taken apart and moved to Noughaval. It entered service again in 1943.

Carran (Irish: An Carn, meaning "the cairn"), also Carron, is a small village in County Clare, Ireland. It is in the Burren region, within a civil parish of the same name. It is notable mainly for being the birthplace of Michael Cusack, the inspirer and co-founder of the Gaelic Athletic Association. At the time of the 2011 Census, Carran had 106 inhabitants.

Temple Cronan is a ruined medieval oratory or chapel built near a holy well in the Burren, County Clare, Ireland. The current building apparently dates from the 12th and 15th centuries, although it may partly incorporate earlier buildings or some of the masonry thereof. It may have been the site of an early Christian monastery. Temple Cronan is located in the civil parish of Carran, eight miles from Corofin and about sixteen miles from Ennis.

Mullaghmore (Irish: Mullach Mór, meaning 'Great Summit') is a 180 metre (590') limestone hill in the Burren in Glenquin, Kilnaboy County Clare, Ireland. It is part of a hiking trail called the Mullaghmore Loop in the Burren National Park.

The Burren ( BURR-ən; Irish: Boirinn, meaning 'rocky district') is a karst/glaciokarst landscape centred in County Clare, on the west coast of Ireland. It measures around 530 square kilometres (200 sq mi), within the circle made by the villages of Lisdoonvarna, Corofin, Gort and Kinvara. The area includes such natural features as Mullaghmore hill and Ailladie cliffs, and historic monuments such as Poulnabrone dolmen and Caherconnell Stone Fort. The Burren National Park covers a small part of the Burren and is the smallest of the six National Parks in Ireland, while the adjacent territory, including the Cliffs of Moher, is included in the Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark.

Burren National Park (Irish: Páirc Náisiúnta Bhoirne) is one of six national parks in Ireland, managed by the National Parks and Wildlife Service. It covers a small part of the Burren, a karst landscape in County Clare on the west coast.Burren National Park was founded and opened to the public in 1991. It features 1,500 hectares of mountains, bogs, heaths, grasslands and forests. The park is the smallest of Ireland's national parks.

Kilnaboy or Killinaboy (Irish: Cill Iníne Baoith, meaning "church of Baoth's daughter") is a village, townland and civil parish in County Clare, Ireland. It is located in the Burren, and as of the 2011 census the area had 347 inhabitants.

Slieve Rua (Irish: Sliabh Rua) is a karst (limestone) hill in The Burren in County Clare, Ireland. The eccentrically shaped hill is located near Mullaghmore within Burren National Park.

The Inneenboy cross (Irish: Cros Iníne Baoith or "cross of the daughter of Baoth") or the Roughan Hill Tau Cross is a stone tau cross located in County Clare, Ireland. It is a National Monument.
